I called to schedule the wheel alignment appointment and they were able to fit me in later that day. I really appreciated this! Also, I called around to other auto shops and Zenith had the best price for the wheel alignment before the Costco discount. Went in for an engine diagnostic and was told it was either a dropped valve seat or piston slap ( cost will exceed value of my vehicle ). Obviously they couldn't confirm the issue unless they did the labor but that would have costed thousands of dollars and potentially a full engine replacement adding more cost. Basically they ran through a whole pathway of options and the cost which was nice. I decided not to do the service but i'm thankful for the transparency and honesty the guys here gave.
