Kitchen 67 is one of my favorite restaurants! My husband and I recently dined at Kitchen 67 on a date night. Considering it was a Saturday night, we didn't have too long of a wait without making reservations. Once we were seated, we were met with friendly wait service from our lovely waitress. My husband ordered an old fashioned and I ordered the lemon meringue pie martini which was absolutely delightful; the graham cracker rim was a nice touch, it was like drinking an actual lemon meringue pie!! For our appetizers, we ordered fried pickles and the steak bites, which were both delicious! For my entree, I ordered the Zuckerburger with a side of onion rings. As you can see from my photo, I couldn't wait to dig in! Man oh man, was that a great dinner!! The atmosphere here is also wonderful, upbeat and lively without being too overwhelming! Great place for a date night or family dinner! We love it here! 10/10 recommend! read more

First time here very nice looking restaurant/pub. If you're in a hurry, this is not the place to come. I believe they are making one slow down to enjoy all. Everyone in my family enjoyed their meal. Daily specials, happy hour with apps 3-6 PM and late night specials 8 PM-Close. Ancient Salad with Grilled Salmon - the salmon was perfectly cooked and delicious! I asked for no salt and the minimal seasoning was delicious. (Looks like they also sell their seasoning). I liked that the grains were minimal, had mixed greens and the avocado slices were pristine. Pickled cabbage, sun-dried tomatoes, lots of dried cranberries and walnuts. I haven't had a salad like this before so it was nice to have something different. Will likely be my go-to for a healthier option. The Vodka Penne had asparagus which was a nice addition. The Mac & Cheese was a little salty but good. They have Pepsi products and specialty lemonades. Also a full bar menu. Like how the restaurant is sectioned to break it up. We were in an enclosed booth with higher walls which was nice. There are outside tables as well. Service was great. Our server was friendly and checked in regularly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was a long wait to get our food after ordering when the restaurant didn't seem too busy on a Wednesday evening. read more

The ambiance was okay, nothing special. The dirty bird sandwich was good! We definitely would order that again. My iced tea came without any ice. We had a toddler in our group and the staff was overheard when we left complaining about us having a toddler in our group that had accidentally spilled food on one of the menus. I have been here probably 40 times over the years and this was the worst meal I have ever had there. Started with the pretzel and cheese app. Pretzels weren't very warm and the cheese sauce was like warm at best. I ordered the pound of ribs, baked potato with extra butter and no sour cream. Two of the ribs were crunchy on the tips and I couldn't eat them. The potato came with a scoop of butter and a scoop of sour cream. Best part of my meal was the broccoli. My wife got a steak, sweet potato, and broccoli. Steak was a bit undercooked and the potato was stringy. Waitress was kind. No issues with her. I know this was a one time thing for me here and I will be back due to past experiences. Just highly disappointed in this visit. read more

I really Wish I could give this place a better review, our main waitress wasn't wearing her apron so she didn't have a notepad & she had to go back and twice and ask what i wanted, we had to ask for a straw 3 times just to get our own, the table wasn't clean and was completely covered in stuff when we were seated. For an appetizer we got loaded spuds and they were barely cooked halfway through the meal we decided we no longer wanted it it wasn't cooked to our asking I know that they are with the school and I really wanted to be able to give a good review but they could definitely do better. read more

Came in after flying in from AZ. First stop to grab a late lunch after getting off the plane. The place was nice and not very many people in there. Service was good and the food came out quick. The chicken fingers were good, nothing special, the queso dip was also good. The dirty bird sandwich was solid, but disappointed by the truffle fries which were cold. We had a toddler with us and as the last one in our group walked out after we had all left, he overheard the employees talking about the mess the kiddo had made. This was my first time here, I will definitely be back! I ordered the Bird in Hand, added Dirty Bird sauce and bacon. The base price is only $13 with chips, but I upgraded to the Cajun fries. The chicken was tender and juicy coated in a perfectly crispy beer batter. Phenomenal! The dirty bird sauce is a buffalo ranch sauce with the perfect mixture of buffalo sauce and ranch. For ONLY $1 I added bacon. The bacon was perfectly crispy and delicious! The Cajun fries had a good flavor. I would definitely recommend getting this sandwich! The food was tasty but the service was very poor. Walked in during lunch and the restaurant appeared to be 1/2 full. Waited at the hostess for a full 10 minutes before a hostess came over. Numerous other people walked by but never even greeted us. Man (assuming was a manager)was visible at the grill window the entire time and glanced our way but also never acknowledged us. Food took a long time to get. Only checked on after we finished meal. As we left passed by several employees at the front they looked right at us and not one of them said a word to us like thanks for coming. There restaurant was nearly empty after almost being there two hours. You would think during that entire time we would have had more check ins. Disappointed as I read the reviews before deciding to come and it did not live up to our expectations read more

One comment regarding the avocado salad- barely any avocado (3 small pieces). Basically a high priced garden salad. Will not order that again. Very average. Martinis were truly meh. "Fresh-tini" was awful. All were served in "tin cups" which added a strange tinge. Food was all just ok. Queso very runny. The service was pretty meh - my Fuji apple salad came with some special rolls that I had to specifically ask for because the waitress had forget. Oh well, it happens, can't blame them too much. But everything else was pretty slow. The food itself was just fine. My apple salad was crisp, sweet, and the chicken was juicy and tender. The pretzel appetizer was amazing, definitely get that if you go. Dessert seemed pretty lackluster - it was overly sweet and didn't offer much in terms of complexity. The ribs were delicious and fall off the bone tender. The food was all so delicious and full of flavor. The staff wasn't as attentive as I would have preferred however, she did go out of her way to accommodate me so kudos and a nice tip for that. Stopped in for a celebratory lunch. The place was definitely not packed at lunch hour, but had consistent table clearing and refilling. Came with my Gram & apparently there was a reservation for a large party (but in the almost two hours we were there, no such party came in...) so we were offered a high top or a wait...after waiting for the hostess to notice us. Thank God my Gram is still pretty spry, or else the high top would've been a nightmare (we were hangry and waiting for a reg table wasn't a doable option for us.) Things went up from here. We were given plenty of time to make up our minds over the extensive menu choices. Our meals came out quickly and were cooked to order- in both our cases this is a rare and much appreciated occurrence. My burger was actually rare! And it was nice and juicy, good number of toppings, the bun didn't get soggy; bun to burger to condiments ratio was great. Subbed for a side of fries - crunchy My gram got a steak cooked medium rare, and that's how it came out - again great! Her sides were to her liking. This is a place clearly trying really hard to be cool, but they're not. Fork & knife are stuck into a block of wood on the tables, exposed to everything looking like a centerpiece. Chairs all looked dirty, like someone spilled red wine and smeared it around. Mystery rolls came out, we didn't order them and our waitress didn't explain; I'm assuming a complimentary pre-lunch dessert? Ranch tasted like tartar sauce. My sandwich didn't have the "dirty ranch" on it but our waitress didn't come by after discovering that. I was of course charged for it though. The chicken was super dry and it didn't look like fried chicken... it looked like a breaded coating fried. Everything was very greasy. No extra napkins given. This place has been on my list for a while and I was excited to finally try it when I was on that side of town for lunch one weekend. Unfortunately, it was pretty underwhelming. We were seated right away for lunch on Memorial Day and the service was pretty quick which was a plus. The tables were dirty, the wall our booth was connected to was dirty, it looks like nothing has been cleaned in months or even longer. Kinda off-putting from the start. My friend has a dairy allergy and they were super accommodating and cool about it so she went ahead and ordered the cherry chutney sandwich with substitutions. I went for the chicken sandwich since it said on the menu "#1 sandwich to try before you die according to huffpost". I wouldn't agree but hey, to each their own. It really didn't have much flavor and honestly could have passed as a fast food chicken sandwich. The fries were good and crispy. My other friend got their soft pretzels and cheese. I dipped my fries into the cheese and it was SO good. Definitely a redeeming factor of the meal. I'm glad I tried Kitchen 67 but I don't feel the need to come back here again. read more

Should have looked at the reviews. This is the last place I will eat again. It took us almost an hour to get ribs.... Ribs that are usually precooked and restaurants just warm it up. My sandwich was sitting there for about 20 minutes... when we asked why it was taking so song they said it was because the side that we got wasn't ready... then just bring out what was ready so we can actually eat. I was offered deserts for my troubles which I declined. Could not get there fast enough... so disappointed. Definitely on my list of do not go back. Thursday evening, easy to find a table. Just missed the happy hour 3-6pm...which looks pretty awesome. The Thursday special had $2.99 Long Island Ice tea and $0.99/wing (boneless or traditional). Of course I had to order both. I opted for the traditional wings. Best part each one can have a different sauce or rub, I chose the rub, whiskey bbq too sweet for me, and buffalo blue where blue cheese is mixed with Buffalo sauce - turned out to be my favorite. For dinner I ordered the one pound of "fall off the bones" rib with bbq sauce, fresh broccoli and baked potato. The broccoli was perfectly cooked, nicely green and firm. Potato came with sour cream and butter. The ribs were tasty and definitely fell off the bone when you pick them up. read more

Honestly this has kind of become my favorite casual restaurant. I am kind of glad that I live in Standale and they are over by Knapp's Corners because if they were closer I would be in there all the time. The Pretzel Bites app is outstanding. The burgers are very good. The Fried Chicken Sandwich is great The Wings are very good. Nice wine and beer selection with many Michigan offerings of both. My biggest issue is that I like the Chicken Sandwich is so good I can barely get myself to explore the menu past that but I did try the burger and Wings and would not hesitate to get them again if I can make myself go past the Fried Chicken Sandwich. Food was delicious and very fresh . The service was ok nothing to complain or brag about . The atmosphere was nice the place is really clean and organized . I ordered a bird in hand sandwich(chicken sandwich) and I made it spicy and it was an upcharge but the sandwich wasn't spicy at all, like non existent , disappointing. The regular sides are really limited and the most popular sides are premium which you have to pay an extra 2.99 per side . Go here now to try the fall seasonal soup--the best butternut squash soup I've ever had in my life! I don't know what they put in it that makes it so delicious, but it's worth a trip here! I paired a cup of soup with the Apple Salad--also really good. They have an extensive menu and everything is very reasonably priced. My daughter and her fiancé took me here for lunch whe I was visiting them. We were greeted promptly and seated. As with most restaurants they were short staffed due to the pandemic. But we did not wait long to be visited by our server, who took our drink order. Shortly thereafter the server returned and took our lunch order. My daughter as usual was undecided. But chose her meal. I had the special of the day which was a beer and Burger with fries. My daughter had a salad with blue cheese and some protein (sorry don't remember what it was. Her fiancé ordered a steak and fries. It became evident that the kitchen was short staffed too! But it's understandable given the pandemic. When we did get our food everything was cooked perfectly! My daughter loved her salad, and food. Her fiancé raved over the steak as it was cooked perfectly to what he ordered and expected. My burger and fries too was cooked medium which is how I like it. Came here on a Friday during lunch. Waitress was very attentive and asked if I would like some bread and cinnamon butter while I was deciding on what to eat. Couldn't refuse and it was one of the softest and fluffiest bread rolls I've had in a long time. No regrets :) Ordered the spicy bird chicken sandwich with truffle fries. Fries were OK ~ perhaps should've tried the Cajun or onion rings recommended by the waitress (upcharged without telling you they are extra). The chicken within the sandwich was fantastic -- you could tell that there was consideration put into place to make a good dish. However, I couldn't tell if it was the spicy bird or not as I could not taste any hint of spiciness. My tolerance for spice is pretty low so usually even a hint of it should have hit me with a bang. Disappointed on that aspect but other than that.. the trip was great. Would come here again to try other items. read more

We've been here a handful of times and this was by far the worst. Understanding and taking the staffing struggles into consideration..the service and food was underwhelming. Our wings were dry and overcooked, the burgers weren't seasoned at all and the fries were soggy. The worst part was my husband's water cup had mystery goop inside of it.
