    Vodka Penne - has asparagus
    Jane N.

Everyone in my family enjoyed their meal. Daily specials, happy hour with apps 3-6 PM and late night specials 8 PM-Close. Ancient Salad with Grilled Salmon - the salmon was perfectly cooked and delicious! I asked for no salt and the minimal seasoning was delicious. (Looks like they also sell their seasoning). I liked that the grains were minimal, had mixed greens and the avocado slices were pristine. Pickled cabbage, sun-dried tomatoes, lots of dried cranberries and walnuts. I haven't had a salad like this before so it was nice to have something different. Will likely be my go-to for a healthier option. The Vodka Penne had asparagus which was a nice addition. The Mac & Cheese was a little salty but good. They have Pepsi products and specialty lemonades. Also a full bar menu. Like how the restaurant is sectioned to break it up. We were in an enclosed booth with higher walls which was nice. There are outside tables as well. Service was great. Our server was friendly and checked in regularly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was a long wait to get our food after ordering when the restaurant didn't seem too busy on a Wednesday evening.

The ambiance was okay, nothing special. The dirty bird sandwich was good! We definitely would order that again. My iced tea came without any ice. We had a toddler in our group and the staff was overheard when we left complaining about us having a toddler in our group that had accidentally spilled food on one of the menus. This sort of put a bad taste in my mouth after hearing that.

    Fall off the bone ribs

I have been here probably 40 times over the years and this was the worst meal I have ever had there. Started with the pretzel and cheese app. Pretzels weren't very warm and the cheese sauce was like warm at best. I ordered the pound of ribs, baked potato with extra butter and no sour cream. Two of the ribs were crunchy on the tips and I couldn't eat them. The potato came with a scoop of butter and a scoop of sour cream. Best part of my meal was the broccoli. My wife got a steak, sweet potato, and broccoli. Steak was a bit undercooked and the potato was stringy. Waitress was kind. No issues with her. I know this was a one time thing for me here and I will be back due to past experiences. Just highly disappointed in this visit.

Bird in Hand, dirty bird style w/canjun fries

This was my first time here, I will definitely be back! I ordered the Bird in Hand, added Dirty Bird sauce and bacon. The base price is only $13 with chips, but I upgraded to the Cajun fries. The chicken was tender and juicy coated in a perfectly crispy beer batter. Phenomenal! The dirty bird sauce is a buffalo ranch sauce with the perfect mixture of buffalo sauce and ranch. For ONLY $1 I added bacon. The bacon was perfectly crispy and delicious! The Cajun fries had a good flavor. I would definitely recommend getting this sandwich! The service was super friendly.

Zuckerburger comes with chips. Burger, bacon, avocado, fried egg. Favorite burger.

Good food. Never had something we don't like. Friendly service Relaxed clean atmosphere. Favorites are the burgers, especially the Zuckerburger (with egg, bacon and avacado Also Fish Tacos - order the optional third if you like to take home leftovers. Yum

Place was little but noisy but had some nice lighting for a date night. Pretty typical for a bar/bistro later at night. The service was pretty meh - my Fuji apple salad came with some special rolls that I had to specifically ask for because the waitress had forget. Oh well, it happens, can't blame them too much. But everything else was pretty slow. The food itself was just fine. My apple salad was crisp, sweet, and the chicken was juicy and tender. The pretzel appetizer was amazing, definitely get that if you go. Dessert seemed pretty lackluster - it was overly sweet and didn't offer much in terms of complexity. Just because of how many great restaurants there are around here at similar price points, I don't think I'd return here again.

    Lunch menu

Stopped in for a celebratory lunch. The place was definitely not packed at lunch hour, but had consistent table clearing and refilling. Came with my Gram & apparently there was a reservation for a large party (but in the almost two hours we were there, no such party came in...) so we were offered a high top or a wait...after waiting for the hostess to notice us. Thank God my Gram is still pretty spry, or else the high top would've been a nightmare (we were hangry and waiting for a reg table wasn't a doable option for us.) Things went up from here. We were given plenty of time to make up our minds over the extensive menu choices. Our meals came out quickly and were cooked to order- in both our cases this is a rare and much appreciated occurrence. My burger was actually rare! And it was nice and juicy, good number of toppings, the bun didn't get soggy; bun to burger to condiments ratio was great. Subbed for a side of fries - crunchy My gram got a steak cooked medium rare, and that's how it came out - again great! Her sides were to her liking. Definitely not disappointed by the food.

Complimentary rolls??? Buttered to high heaven with cinnamon butter? No idea, our waitress just brought them out and said nothing

I was surprised at how long it took for the 2 hosts to greet us - as we were standing directly in front of them. They were talking to one another, and it was probably work related, but to just stand there staring at them for a couple minutes while they ignored us was awkward. When they finally talked to us they weren't very friendly. Anyway, we made our way to the bar and it was full except for 3 seats. I think the bartender waiting on us was new. He seemed like he was pretty overwhelmed/in the weeds. He greeted us quickly and brought us waters when he did, which I appreciated. I ordered a Blackeberry Bourbon Sour and my Mr had Paloma Nuestra. We both enjoyed our drinks they were refreshing and well crafted. For dinner I had a really hard time deciding! I wanted to try so many things! Our bartender said his favorite thing in the menu is the chicken and rice bowl. That was something I was considering and decided to go with that. Excellent recommendation! The chicken was flavorful and so tender. The hot peppers were a nice touch. There was a lot of food too! I couldn't finish it all. Mr had the hanger steak that was served with mushroom and asparagus risotto. He said the risotto was the best he's ever had, and I agree. The asparagus was perfectly cooked and so was the steak. The space is really nice, felt intimate without being overcrowded. We are looking forward to coming back!

What a disappointment, but not nearly as much as our experience at 123 Tavern. We came in at 4:15PM before the Brandi Carlile show needing a table for a party of 8-10. The place was fully booked (but only half full at that time) except the bar (first-come, first-served). Fair enough -- but from the moment we walked up, the manager at the host stand couldn't have cared less. She quoted a two-hour wait, shut down my question about sitting outside with a flat no, and pointed us toward the bar. No sense of customer service at all. Like zero. The three of us who were there took the last open seats at the bar. Then came the real show: one bartender for the entire restaurant AND bar. He ignored us for ten minutes. My wife and friend got their beers quickly -- but my bourbon sat finished at the service station for another seven minutes while I watched the large ice cube melting as it marinated there. When I finally asked where my drink was, I got "I'm working on it." When he did finally bring it, he pushed it across the bar at me -- no apology, no eye contact, his attention on anything but me. I'll be honest about what I can't prove: I've worked in this industry a long time, and the whole thing read like my service got intentionally slow-walked. My drink held back while everyone around me was taken care of. Maybe the front manager said something after our rocky start at the host stand. Maybe they're just all bad at their jobs. I can't tell you which. I can only tell you how obvious it felt from the barstool. Everything after was the same; menus, ordering, closing out, all a slog. I had to hunt down that same manager for our check so we could get to the show, and she was all attitude, zero help. We only escaped because my wife flagged a server who found a another manager. His response to hearing all this? "I'm sorry." Nothing else. No attempt to make it right. For the first time in my life, I left $0 on a $100 tab. I'm a 25%+ tipper. That's how badly this went. Here's the thing, 123 Tavern: if you're going to bill yourself as a place to gather before events, staff the place and train your managers to act like they want customers there. Until then, I'll spend my money somewhere that values it.

I love pretty much any kind of meat covered in BBQ sauce, so naturally, I ordered the BBQ platter. It came with a variety of meats, including brisket and pulled pork, along with plenty of sides. Because I love BBQ sauce so much, I made sure to ask for extra. When the platter arrived, it honestly looked beautiful. The meat looked tender, the sides looked delicious, and for a brief moment, I thought I had made the perfect choice. Then my nose picked up the extremely pungent smell coming from the BBQ sauce. I should have taken that as a warning, but I remained optimistic. As one does, I generously dipped a piece of pulled pork into the sauce and opened wide for a big bite. The second that sauce touched my tongue, my entire body went into survival mode. I nearly gagged at the table. The only way I can describe the flavor is like someone mixed citrus juice, straight vinegar, battery acid, and the liquid from the bottom of a garbage can, then confidently labeled it "BBQ sauce." It wasn't smoky. It wasn't sweet. It wasn't even pleasantly tangy. It tasted like a lemon had been left to ferment inside a car battery. My mouth immediately started watering, but not in the good way--in the way it does right before your body decides it needs to remove something immediately. My nose hairs nearly fell out. My taste buds began filing formal complaints. I'm pretty sure the sauce stripped a layer of enamel off my teeth and erased several childhood memories. I tried taking another tiny bite because I thought there was no possible way it could be as bad as the first one. It was. Possibly worse. The flavor somehow became stronger after I stopped eating it, lingering in my mouth like an unwanted houseguest who had no intention of leaving. The meat itself may have been perfectly fine, but the sauce completely overpowered everything it touched. Once it was on there, there was no saving it. Not with the sides, not with water, and apparently not even with the pile of grapes I am currently stress-eating at my kitchen table. I went into Gravity expecting a delicious BBQ dinner and left feeling like I had licked the inside of a citrus-scented Duracell battery.

We could sit out there for hours The staff were warm and inviting, and very efficient and timely. The food: amazing! We questioned why we hadn't gone here before! I got the mahi mahi with a type of cold pasta salad, so good, great flavor and filling! My husband got the pork chop, literally the best pork chop I have ever had, a type of mushroom sauce was to die for and the little potato cakes hit the spot. Drinks: soo delicious. I would go here just for drinks. I got the pornstar martini with the prosecco side car and my husband got a type of bourbon smash I think.. sorry can't remember the name of it. If you haven't been, drop everything and head over there, it's worth it.

What a pleasant and wonderful dining experience! We arrived for our reservation and were…read moreimmediately seated. Our waitstaff was pleasant and really enjoyed chatting with us. They also were very good at simply leaving us alone and letting us have a nice evening. The food was delicious! We had the special appetizer of foccia bread and a ragu with goat cheese and pesto. It was so yummy. Two of us had the summer risotto without any added protein. The risotto was so creamy and full of flavor. I had to force myself to slow down because it was just so good I wanted to eat it all. Instead, I chose to savor each bite. The third member of our party ordered the pork chop which was cooked beautifully. We also had the blueberry cobbler with ice cream, which while not anything like the cobbler that I make, was very tasty. There were some minor things like mislabeling a Chiante Classico and a Super Tuscan from Spain (ES) and Italy (IT) on the wine list and the noise level being loud enough it was difficult for myself and another member of our party to hear as we are both hearing impaired, but we managed. All in all a really good evening! I recommend Linear!
