Food was cold and not good. Ribs had zero flavor despite saying they are cooked for 12 hours in their seasonings. Scraped the bourbon sauce off because it was covered in big chunks of onion. No seasonings visible on the ribs underneath or on top. Ribs were watery instead of juicy with its own juices. Put my own sauce on and threw them in the oven. Even hot, they were just flavorless and watery. Cajun fries were way over seasoned and some fries were overcooked an dark brown and some were undercooked an limp. Wasn't 2 fries cooked the same. The work environment for the employees is atrocious. Especially for the hostesses. I will not spend a dime there.

I stopped in for lunch on my last day in town. I just wanted a burger and a beer, before heading back to clean and pack up before heading to the airport. I'm so glad I did. The waitress I had was incredible (I wish I remembered her name!) She was very attentive and helpful. I started with the loaded spuds, and wow were they good. Even my waitress said she hadn't tried them yet but was going to get some before leaving for the day after seeing them. Then I tried the Bacon Cheddar Pretzel burger, but I swapped the Swiss for the aged cheddar. I also went for the truffle fries. Super happy with my choices! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. Everything was delicious, and cooked perfectly. The service was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. read more

Had ribs the other night which were very tender. The menu states "choice of 2 side". I got garden salad and twice baked potato. When I received the bill I was charged $3 each. I asked the server about it and apparently "Signature" sides are the only thing included. I was so disappointed once again with take out from kitchen 67. I ordered food at 4:30pm with a pick up time of 6:30. I was surprised that I only had to wait a few mins for the food to be handed to me. Other times I have waited 10-25 mins for a pick up order. I got home which is 3 miles away. My chicken sandwich was ice cold and the lettuce was brown and wilted and the cheese looked like a hard piece of plastic. It was cold all the way through. My loaded spuds were also cold. The baked potato was hard and not fully cooked and the prime rib was cold. Luckily for $25 the prime rib could be reheated fine. I called and spoke to Aaron explained my disappointment. He said he would gladly give a refund since I was not going to go back out to get another order. That was March 11. I have not seen a refund and by now sure one is not being credited. I will NEVER order from Kitchen 67 again. Sad I don't think the Brann's family would be happy about this. read more

$1.50 mimosas with fresh orange juice on Sundays, so good! Each day is a different deal, but they're very generous. Bread is free but you gotta ask for it and they're super soft with cinnamon butter. This place is not even worth 1 star. It only gets 1 star because the staff was very nice. After being given 2 sets of dirty appetizer plates we were served dinner. The food was the worst quality I've seen in a long time. It is comparable to a hotel or college meal hall. The mashed potatoes were from a box and the "truffle fries" consisted of stale Parmesan shreds that I could have bought myself. My fiancés steak was literally just a piece of meat. No other words to describe it. My burger patty tasted like it was frozen and then microwaved. We went out to celebrate and were so disappointed with what we were given. read more

Food is great, when you can get seated. The service was not up to par and I am taking into consideration that staffing is hard every where. They have buttons on the tables for your waitstaff, ours either didn't work or we were being ignored. The wait berson forgot on of our entries and did not come back, causing the entire parties food to become cold. Couldn't get a refill on any of our beverages again due to bad service. Now I have eaten there many times pre pandemic and it was a great time. If they can get there level of service up then this is definitely a 4 star meal. read more

Came here today for some lunch and I have to say it was delicious! I had actually bought a groupon for a flight of beer and a burger. The burger was so good! You can clap get any burger made with a mushroom cap or a black bean burger. And I loved the sweet potato fries! The theme for this review is good to really good, but not great. For all who don't know Kitchen 67 is brought to you by the people of Brann's. The restaurant itself is very bright and welcoming. Set in a more upscale way then the Brann's restaurants themselves. The ceiling has LED tiles to create a light show. I ordered a 67 cooler. 5 boneless Bourbon Chicken Wings an after-work special. 5 regular Ninja Chicken Wings also on special. Bird in Hand Chicken Sandwich with House Fries, served with Beer Barreled Bourbon Ketchup. An extra side of Whipped Sweet Potatoes. Lastly for dessert 3 chocolate chip cookies. The drink 67 cooler is strawberry lemonade with Sierra Mist and basil. It was good, but nothing special. The Bourbon boneless wings were good, but not anything to come back for. The Ninja wings, whiskey bbq and garlic sauce, also were good, but nothing special. The Bird in Hand was ranked #1 sandwich to try before you die by a national article. My question is: Why? The sandwich was very good, but nothing Earth shattering, not even great. I expected WOW, not ok this is good. The fries were above average to good. The Bourbon Ketchup was also good, but nothing special. A good quality Ketchup is just as good. The whipped sweet potatoes were very good, I would have them again. The meal also came with 2 biscuits, good but too dense, not yeasty enough. Lastly the chocolate chip cookies were really good, easily the best part of the meal. Just for the information my rating system is: above average, good, very good, really good, great, lastly excellent/awesome. My service was very good and friendly. I was seated fast. Well done by all. This was a good meal but nothing was great or special. If someone else wanted to go there I would happily go, but I doubt I would choose to go back. Fiancé and I really enjoyed date night here! 6pm on a weeknight, no wait although they were pretty busy. We started with soft pretzels and queso and they were great. I had the Zuckerburger with chips and my fiancé had the Bird in Hand chicken sandwich. The burger was very tasty and the egg was cooked perfectly. Lots of flavor and very filling. The chips had a lot of seasoning and were average. The chicken sandwich was very good and lived up to the hype of #1 sandwich to try before you die. To finish the meal, we enjoyed the Martini Brownie Sundae and it was great. If you get a booth, you get an iPad at your table. I did notice that the manager brought an iPad to the kid at the table next to us though. They looked to be loaded with games for the kids to enjoy. The service was very friendly and helpful. Stopped in there today with my daughter for lunch. We walked in to a modern looking restaurant with a unique sense of style. The silverware is in blocks on the table, keeping them out of the way in a way that I would never have thought about bringing to a restaurant setting. The service was okay; to be expected for the lunch drought. The waitress was attentive when she did come around. The food was fabulous! The presentation was beautiful. Visited on Saturday night at 7pm. The restaurant was busy, but not excessive. A number of large parties at tables and only a few people waiting. The host was very dismissive. He was unclear and aloof. We were told it would be 30 minutes to be seated but when we inquired at 40 minutes he said he wrote a time down to seat us that was 46 minutes, which we didn't understand. The host kept wandering away from the podium and we watched multiple parties come in and nervously wait to see if anyone was going to help them. Again he seemed rude and almost dismissive to everyone that came in. Parties would leave and tables would be cleared but there was no real effort to get people seated quickly. The staff, from our server to the food runner, all seemed to almost be walking on eggshells. No one seemed very happy to be there. The food was very good. We have eaten here numerous times and never been disappointed (Pretzels and Beer cheese, Fish Tacos, and Bird in the Hand). The Iced tea was horrible. Either it had been sitting for a very long time or the machine had not been cleaned in a while. Ordered another drink and explained why and server did not seem concerned. A table next to us complained of dirty glasses and silverware. Hoping that maybe it was just a busy night and some normal things were just overlooked.
