May 2nd, 2025 I contacted Bray & Scarff as the range hood was no longer working and requested service under the extended protection plan. May 9th, 2025 Technician came out and said it needs a control board and a switch, which he told me he ordered and it should arrive within 10 days or so.. After several weeks of hearing nothing I called Bray & Scarff service. I was told the part was on back order and they would seek an alternative supplier. Several more weeks passed so I went to the store. They contacted the service department that was not responding to me. Service responded next day and scheduled a service call. June 24th, 2025 Another technician came out on June 24 and told me the part had not actually been ordered, because the original technician probably did not realize he needed to make a phone call to order it. He ordered the part from Broan (the maker of Best appliances) in my presence and I was again told it told it would take around 10 days or so to arrive. July 10th, 2025 I put in a detailed complaint on the Bray & Scarff website I selected that I can be contacted by phone, text or E-mail and the best time for me is ANYTIME. I received NO response. July 14, 2025 I called Bray & Scarff yet again. After a long delay, I was told that the cost of the repair was too high and they would refund me the purchase price of $1950 (the actual purchase price was $2052) and I would receive a check in the mail shortly. THE COST OF THE PARTS WAS KNOWN TO BRAY& SCARFF ON MAY 9th, WHEN THEIR TECHNICIAN MADE THE DIAGNOSIS. August 6, 2025 My wife made yet another call to Bray & Scarff. She was told the check had not been mailed and they would look into it. August 10th, 2025 STILL NOTHING Filed a complaint with BBB Proposed Settlement This is a breach of contract. I expect Bray & Scarff to fulfill the terms of of the extended warranty contract and pay me damages, for the more than 3 months period that I have been without a working appliance and my wasted time trying to resolve the issue, in the form of any difference between the purchase price of a new appliance and the original price, plus the cost of installation. August 24th STILL NOTHING

Working with them was the best contractor experience we've ever had!! The job was finished early, on budget and beautifully executed. It was a stress-free experience. Working with Johan, the designer, was wonderful. He listened to our goals, made great recommendations and never tried to upsell. Omer, the project manager, was terrific and dropped by regularly to ensure everything was running smoothly, and answer any questions we had. Pedro, Bernardo and their team were great. They always arrived on time (at 7:30 one morning when the cabinets were scheduled to arrive), meticulously cleaned up everyday and executed the project with skilled perfection. And, thank you to the gentleman who hauled away the trash and debris everyday so that it wouldn't remain in our driveway. I highly recommend Dulles Kitchen & Bath!! After receiving some opaque estimates from other companies, I went with MKB because I could see how their detailed estimate was derived and the designer listened to me about doing "value" substitutions for certain items. Some issues were discovered after demolition, and Kevin did a good job of figuring out solutions. The project started later and took a bit longer than we would have liked and there were a bump or two along the way, but Ata and the crew worked hard to complete the project successfully. We were very happy with the end result. We also appreciated how MKB dealt with two items that arose after completion within the warranty period; both times MKB promptly sent out a crew member to fix the issues.

And everything you see in these photos, we had to point out to them! I guess they hoped we just wouldn't notice or would take care of these things ourselves. This project began in Oct with the goal of being done by Thanksgiving. Today is Jan 5th and we're still waiting for some of these problems to be resolved. Our calls and correspondence are often met with silence or being told that the person we are trying to reach is out of the country. In desperation, I even called the cabinet manufacturer to find possible solutions to the unstable island. MK&B responded with an ultimatum that we choose their waterfall quartz counter design or we would be charged $4000 for our desired cabinet material support panel alternative. Even as we wait for them to complete our kitchen job, we receive their marketing emails. The only thing they have been prompt about is requesting payment. If you hire them, expect plenty of change orders and accept that you are paying more for the very items you may find on Amazon or at the big box stores. As for whether that added expense is worth it, based on our experience we would say absolutely not! Save yourself some money and headaches, and take your business some place else!

George stands apart entirely. He is the only contractor I would trust with my home, and going forward Panorama will be the only company I use. I am extremely particular, have very high standards, and am a perfectionist and George exceeded my expectations at every turn because he is exactly the same way. He notices everything. Details that most people would miss, George catches immediately and addresses without being asked. That level of care is rare. Professionally, George is exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable, consistent, and prompt. He is hands-on in a way that is almost unheard of, he is on site, actively overseeing the work, ensuring quality and continuity throughout the project. That alone sets him apart from most contractors. Just as importantly, on a personal level, George is genuinely a people person. He communicates clearly, listens carefully, and makes the entire process feel calm and well-managed. His crew reflects him perfectly, they are respectful of the fact that they are working in your home, pleasant to interact with, and highly skilled at their craft. In an industry where trust can be hard to come by, George has earned mine completely. Panorama Remodeling delivers not only beautiful results, but peace of mind. I would recommend George and his team without hesitation to anyone looking for excellence.

This project merged three rooms which required the removal of walls, installation of new hardwood floors, installation of new cabinets & countertops, extensive rewiring, installation of new windows, asbestos abatement and new plumbing. The Panorama crew took precautions to mitigate the impact on the environment for the health of themselves and the occupants of the house. The project involved a variety of trades and scheduling with 3rd party contractors and county permits & inspections. The remodeling project passed all county inspections with no rewiring or other rework needed. George's recommendations for component suppliers were spot on. The suppliers provided excellent quality materials with timely deliveries. Where possible, materials were manufactured in the U.S.. George's coordination of deliveries and 3rd party contractors for asbestos abatement, cabinets, countertops, structural engineering, and kitchen design was top notch, and key to the success of the project's completion ahead of schedule. George should be nominated for sainthood for his patience with nervous clients. Several meetings were held during the planning stage to iron out details. During the project, he communicated daily the status of the work, keeping us well informed of progress and issues. Panorama's crew always arrived early and started on time, working tirelessly and professionally. While supervision was on site daily, the Panorama crew was well trained and worked largely independently. Shout-outs to Hector (Team Leader), Randy (Lead Plumber), Karen (Kitchen Designer) and the electrical team.
