Shelves - height placement ... Door and Shower - height placement) for Our approval for ANYTHING cosmetic, and or for aesthetic purposes ... The Crew ALWAYS went above and beyond ANY of Our doubts, and or trepidations We may have had as first time Clients ... The Crew ALWAYS actively listened ... and over delivered by exceeding ANY of our expectations!!! Working with Johan, the designer, was wonderful. He listened to our goals, made great recommendations and never tried to upsell. Omer, the project manager, was terrific and dropped by regularly to ensure everything was running smoothly, and answer any questions we had. Pedro, Bernardo and their team were great. They always arrived on time (at 7:30 one morning when the cabinets were scheduled to arrive), meticulously cleaned up everyday and executed the project with skilled perfection. After receiving some opaque estimates from other companies, I went with MKB because I could see how their detailed estimate was derived and the designer listened to me about doing "value" substitutions for certain items. Some issues were discovered after demolition, and Kevin did a good job of figuring out solutions. The project started later and took a bit longer than we would have liked and there were a bump or two along the way, but Ata and the crew worked hard to complete the project successfully. We were very happy with the end result. We also appreciated how MKB dealt with two items that arose after completion within the warranty period; both times MKB promptly sent out a crew member to fix the issues.

The staff here are polite, but they just don't know their business. We had over a full day of our time wasted on two separate visits and nearly wasted about $8000 because of incompetent advice. We are never going back, and with so many other file and decor stores in the area, neither should you. They tried to sell us very expensive marble tiles without telling us the special and serious maintenace problems marble tiles cause, then increased the price when we tried to actually buy the tiles, then misled us on the second visit when they tried to sell us patio tiles for a shower floor - which don't work because a shower floor is curved for drainage. These people simply don't know their business. It could cost you thousands. Go somewhere else.

This project merged three rooms which required the removal of walls, installation of new hardwood floors, installation of new cabinets & countertops, extensive rewiring, installation of new windows, asbestos abatement and new plumbing. The Panorama crew took precautions to mitigate the impact on the environment for the health of themselves and the occupants of the house. The project involved a variety of trades and scheduling with 3rd party contractors and county permits & inspections.The remodeling project passed all county inspections with no rewiring or other rework needed. George's recommendations for component suppliers were spot on. The suppliers provided excellent quality materials with timely deliveries. Where possible, materials were manufactured in the U.S.. George's coordination of deliveries and 3rd party contractors for asbestos abatement, cabinets, countertops, structural engineering, and kitchen design was top notch, and key to the success of the project's completion ahead of schedule. George should be nominated for sainthood for his patience with nervous clients. Several meetings were held during the planning stage to iron out details. During the project, he communicated daily the status of the work, keeping us well informed of progress and issues. We've used FloorsUSA twice in the past 10 years. Each time we put in wood floors on two levels of a…read moretownhouse and stairs. The first time everything went very well. Happy with the job and pricing. We used them again about 5 months ago. Installed floors on two levels and completely new wood stairs. The floor installations were good. The stairs didn't work out so well. After 3 weeks the shine from the stain (3 coats we were told) disappeared. We called a few times to ask to fix it. But the salesman kept trying to convince me that the shine can't be compared to the floors because they apply more coats at the factory. I said that I'm not comparing them. The shine on the steps just faded. He didn't want to hear it, kept going back to the comparison which was bizarre. In the the end playing ignorant worked because we just gave up trying to deal with them. He then promised my wife to find a solution but never called back. By then we had made our final payment. The new steps also creak and occasionally make a loud noise when you walk down the stairs. If you use this company just do something simple and basic. Otherwise you'll get a situation like mine and the above reviewer. They outsource their installations to third party contractors so it's hit or miss. Not sure how they are selected.
