I told that person I would make sure they have a spot. It seemed like she wanted to reschedule or something Then a day or two later I get an email stating the sales rep was all of a sudden sick. How convenient and good timing. So I said okay and I wasn't going to work with them because the timing was suspicious. But I said that I would still work with them. So we scheduled another day. I received an email asking if they could come out on a specific day and I said yes but I guess I didn't respond that same day and that was a problem. The next email I got was a response with the another date almost two weeks later. I asked what happend to the earlier date and I was told the sales rep books up fast and they got booked and then the asked me if I wanted another sales rep and I said yes and asked what time could they make it. The final email the sent me said after checking they don't service my area. Like really?! I already gave them my address the first time we talked, and now y'all don't service my area? Which is the Philadelphia area. That's real strange to me and still confused by their actions and responses. I wasn't rude or anything. Maybe someone will have better luck with this company but I couldn't be okay without sharing this with whoever decides to contact this company and maybe they will see this and not do this to the next potential customer.

When they left my wife and I were all ready to hire them. Estimates and contracts were a breeze, and before we knew it we were at their showroom in Medford,NJ. We worked with Steve's sister(Amanda) who was a tremendous help with flooring, tile and countertops. We had different experts in throughout the project and every one of them left the job site cleaner than they found it. But I would have to say the best part of the entire project was working with Dynamic's foreman Trevor. We never had to guess when any of the contractors were going to show up, Trevor handled everything and was there to answer any of our ridiculous questions via text message during the project.
