Rude! Your experience depends on the nail specialist you get. I moved my hand out of the heating equipment for a brief second to adjust to a comfortable position - the lady screamed at me "oh my god" and continued on as if it were a big deal asking me if I put my hand for 60s etc. I told her I did then she went on to blame me for the fact that she didn't paint half my nail (has nothing to do with drying). She was screaming and honestly I'm not paying 50$ for a mani to be screamed at! Icing was she refused to clean my nails after I repeatedly told her and got paint on the insides of my nails. I told her several times and she played dumb. In the end, she forced me to write a review while I sat at her table, I politely declined as she already took 1.5hours for my mani!! Time is valuable - so are experiences. Such poor etiquette! read more

​Lee is the best! I do acrylics with gel polish, and have been going to Lee for a fill and new design every month for a year now. Her sets always last the full 4 weeks between appointments without chipping or breaking even though I'm pretty hard on my nails. Nail drills have always scared me off from doing acrylics in the past, but Lee has a very gentle and confident touch that makes me feel comfortable. She also does a great job with whatever design I come in with, and will help me choose the right color (or occasionally blend of colors) to get my vision just right. For my wedding nails she even did a double-length appointment with me to make sure my manicure was absolutely perfect for my big day, and it was! I get complimented on my nails constantly now. Felt hustled by Thuyen. When I wouldn't agree to buy an upgraded manicure package, she made my bill reflect charges she did not disclose. Even at the very end after I disputed it, because she cannot competently add she still tried to charge me $30 extra making my bill from $278 to $308, as I treated my daughter and I to a valentines spa day. Because of her behavior, we will never return and she lost our business as a locals. This is an ethics issue for me and I know there are salons out there who do not engage in deceptive billing practices. read more

To confirm, I ended the call by saying, "Okay, see you at 2 to take off gel," and the receptionist responded, "See you." I arrived on time, only for the receptionist to tell me they weren't able to drill off my gel manicure. When I mentioned that I had gotten it done at one of their chain locations (which, as I later learned, is their policy for removal) he still refused.
