I have changed my mind. I came here for a mani pedi and it took over THREE HOURS. This is not an exaggeration. I arrived at 1, left at 430. The older man did my nails and the pedicure was terrible, and then he did my dip manicure and cut every single finger on my hand. To the point that I complained and got a new woman, named Lee Ann (wrong spelling probably). She did a great job, so I wanted to come back. Next time I called and asked if Lee Ann was in and was told yes, she could see me. I got there and someone who was NOT Lee Ann greeted me saying she was Lee Ann, but I have met Lee Ann and this wasn't her. They probably thought I was a racist white lady and couldn't tell the difference, but I could I just couldn't believe it so didn't say anything. Then, fake Lee Ann brought me to someone else's table and she did my nails instead. It was not what I asked for, horrible customer service, and they genuinely just tricked me. When I call to book a service with a certain person, I expect that is what I will get. I won't be back here, I don't support this business and being lied to. read more

Lien is amazing and does a great job every time. I normally get an acrylic refill and she's done cat eye and jelly style nails for me. Recently I asked for designs for a concert I'm going to and I'm so happy how it turned out! I asked for a daisy with a missing petal and then designs from the artist's album covers. Clean, nice music, very relaxing vibe, got a manicure and pedicure. Chose a color for both to match from an array of choice. I got the $40 pedicure and it was beautifully done and took a little over an hour. I didnt wait long to start because I made an appointment a few hours earlier. The staff here immediately greet everyone who walks in and are very friendly. I think they are familiar with the regulars as well. I do feel im a bit tall for the chairs though, my legs were achy after the pedicure from being propped up. read more

My MOH booked this place for my bridesmaids and I to get our nails done. I never get my nails done except for when I'm in a wedding, so of course I had to get them done for my own! I wanted something neutral, with a little bit of sparkle and Lien did a great job on my ombre dip nails (with iridescent glitter!) It was a beautiful look for my wedding, and the nails lasted me for weeks! I had never had dip done before, so it was an interesting process to see with the dip powder. My nails were super thick after, which I am not used to. Also got a pedicure and had them scrub all the nasty dead skin off my feet. This place is near to my house so it's very convenient when I need easy services, their flexibility to get you an appointment it's incredible and I've been seen they also take walk ins. I got gel manicure twice and it lasted a month! My nails are pretty sensible now with gel so I stopped using that technique but would recommend if you are looking for a good place that does the job quickly and with nice personal! read more

Came here to get my nails done a week ago and though the pedicure was great but the manicure...not so much. My pedicurist was really warm, friendly, kind and did an incredible shop with my callused dry feet! For $40, I felt like my feet were transformed! My big toe nails had this white mark on them for forever, and she managed to just easily buff it out. I was so impressed! Her name was Kim and I will definitely try to go back to her! I got a gel manicure which was also $40 and unfortunately the person who did my nails didn't even completely take off my prior polish. There was still pink polish sitting underneath the teal. When you're paying $40 for a gel manicure, taking off the old nail polish is kind of the very least I expect. If Kim hadn't been so great, i definitely would have rated it lower! read more

I have been coming here for about 2 years now. My nails are perfect every time. Leanne is great at acrylics and powder dip. I usually get gel or powder and turns out just how I like it. I went last week to remove my acrylic nails and get some nail polish. Acrylic nails removal was good however it took a lot of time. In the end, it was removed cleanly however, my nails were filed weirdly. Each nail looked different, and was not at all professional. I asked to apply clear nail polish with french tips. The nail paint has come off in 3 days!! The French tips were done horribly, did not look neat. I would not come here again. read more

I wasn't planning on writing this review because my experience was pretty average/normal and what I get done is very simple (solid color gel mani, short nails). But I am writing this 1 FULL MONTH after getting my gel manicure and when I tell you not a single nail has lifted.... not one. My nails are all super grown out now and its a terrible look, but I am so so so so impressed by how they've lasted. At other places, I normally see lifting at the 2 week mark and it starts getting caught in my hair and I get tempted to peel it. I will be back! Oh, and price was avg, I think 40 for a gel mani. read more
