Stopped here for breakfast once at lunch a second time absolutely has a very traditional American menu. However, some things are a little fancier than you would see at a mom and Pop restaurant of the similar type, highly recommend giving it a try. Prices are competitive it's very clean and well staffed very enjoyable place to sit and relax and eat a meal. The desserts are excellent and I had both breakfast and lunch both times. Definitely get an A+.

Strong 3 1/2 stars. Spacious restaurant, friendly service, and good food. I ordered the quinoa bowl and it was tasty. Could have used some seasoning, perhaps cumin, oregano, chili powder? Mr. Wonderful ordered today's special " Corned Beef Hash Benedict" and enjoyed it. This restaurant could have been a bit warmer. It was chilly enough that I kept my jacket on.

We were seated immediately and then greeted with a smiley waitress who got us drinks super fast. Our food came fast and was very hot and fresh. Absolutely no complaints. The environment was very positive and the other customers looked very happy. We will definitely be back.

This was one of the beat Corn Beef Hash I have eaten in a while. It was so delicious and that Hollandaise sauce added made the dish even better. We also ordered Strawberry Waffles, kids Grilled Cheese and a kids stack pancakes. We left no crumbs literally lol. It was busy when we walked in but we got seated pretty quick. Our server was so friendly and helpful being it was our first time here. This place has lots of seating and can accommodate larger parties. I noticed on my way out another section that I didn't notice when we walked in.

Just the breakfast before a long, hard day at the MX track.

Just the heart attack the doctor ordered! The two egg and bacon breakfast, with four meaty strips of bacon and a side of unique and delicious (herby?) sausage gravy. Washed it down with some tangy, sweet orange juice. I think I'll die happy.

One of my favorite places to go for brunch. This is the location I haven't been to before. It's a little bit smaller than the other location, however the food is just as good. They have a huge number of options if you want to make your own breakfast combo. However, I go for the chicken fried steak. It's always tender, hot and tasty. I can get crisp red potatoes at this place where other restaurants don't seem to know how to make that happen. The service today was excellent. They know how to get your food to you quickly. The wife went for the ham scramble. We both thought our meals were served quickly and were very tasty. I highly recommend this place and suggest you give it a try

Located in a beautiful region of Vancouver called the Evergreen district. We arrived at opening 7:00AM. The ambiance was pleasant and the decor was modern yet spacious. The waitress was super nice and attentive. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros which was excellent and healthy. My wife the Turkey Scramble. A+ for both entrees. The menu is quite extensive which means we will be back to try all their specialties. This special place was everything we have bed looking for since we moved to Vancouver. Took us 7 months to finally find what seems like our kind of place. Go check it out. You will certainly be amazed.

I returned for the chicken fried steak today. The flavor was fantastic but on this day it was a bit overcooked. Hash browns were perfect, the pancakes were fluffy and the server was incredible. Yasmine was my server and was the best. Highly recommend

The place is clean organized and well serviced. We got our waters right away and food order taken promptly.Prices are affordable and you get generous portions. Food has great flavor. Would return again.

This time, we arrived around 9A and were seated approximately 30 minutes later in the very well-heated patio area. Our server was welcoming and returned quickly for our drink order. I chose an oat-milk chai and was not disappointed. For a restaurant presented as a French bistro, I was surprised that there wasn't a single quiche on the menu. I almost ordered the BLT, but I wanted to try something different, so I chose the west coast salmon benedict with provençal potatoes and butternut squash. The hollandaise was tasty, but the benedict itself was mixed for me. It was served on a sliced croissant, which sounded appealing but wasn't sturdy enough for the toppings and quickly became soggy. Thankfully, I had removed the top half and eaten it separately. I was also expecting the thin slices of smoked salmon you might find on a bagel, but instead received a salmon fillet whose smoked flavor was barely noticeable -- perhaps the Hollandaise overwhelmed it. The butternut squash was delicious and outshined the potatoes by several miles. I wish I had asked for an entire side of squash bc some of the potatoes tasted stale, much like McDonald's fries that have been sitting around for a few hours. My daughter ordered the risotto cakes and eggs, which also made me question the "French bistro" identity, since risotto is Italian. SIL had the corned beef hash. Hubby ordered the chef's omelet with a side of bacon. And the grandbabies had pancakes, bacon, and eggs. My family makes it very obvious when food is delicious: lots of nodding, happy sighs, "You need to try this," or completely cleaned plates. Breakfast did not produce any of that. As our server was preparing to close out the tab, we asked for the dessert menu so we can sing happy birthday to one of our grandbabies. We ordered the Versailles cake and a pavlova. The Versailles was the definite winner. Suddenly, there were the yum sounds and the "You need to try this" comments. We all agreed that its light texture and coffee chocolate flavor were wonderfully similar to our beloved cappuccino mousse cake from Schubert's Bakery SF. It wasn't overly sweet, and the velvety dark-chocolate ganache was delicious. I enjoyed it so much that I went home and immediately searched for a Versailles cake recipe, only to discover that "Versailles" apparently isn't an established French dessert, but La Provence's name for its chocolate sponge layered with vanilla, coffee, and dark chocolate mousses. The pavlova was enjoyable, but it inspired nowhere near the enthusiasm of the Versailles. Between the polenta, risotto, pesto, burrata, mascarpone, tiramisu, avocado toast, corned beef hash, Benedicts, and conspicuous absence of quiche, I left wondering how much of the actual menu is French. There are certainly French ingredients, sauces, pastries, and techniques, but the overall experience felt more like a Pacific Northwest brunch café with French and Italian influences than a true French bistro. Would I return when visiting our daughter and her family? Not on my own accord. If the family chose it, I would definitely go, but I would adjust my expectations and not think of it as a French bistro, order an oat chai, request extra butternut squash, and save plenty of room for the Versailles.

I was surprised to find them not too busy at 8:30 on a Sunday morning, but noted over the hour I was there, more and more people came in. I had trouble deciding and asked our server Aida, for some recommendations. I ended up ordering a vegetable omelet, with Home Style home fries and pancakes. This was an enormous meal, easy to share with one or two others. The omelet is made with 4 eggs and prepared thin-style (skinny omelet) and included sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and spinach. Cheddar is the standard but they will substitute cheeses. The home style home fries were beautifully fried and had onions and bell peppers with cheese melted on top (+$3 up-charge). The two pancakes I upgraded toast from (+2) were really good. This meal will be at least 3 meals for me. My grandson really wanted a waffle and unfortunately they don't offer waffles on the kids menu. He loved his waffle and I've got to say it looked amazing! The kids menu is well-priced, including the beverages with kids milk offered for just $1.99. Coffee came in a lovely tall coffee mug and it was pretty good. AIDA did a great job of checking in with us on reasonable intervals and was very sweet. Very clean, comfortable and modern facility.

However, I can't see going here when my turkey sausage and over medium eggs were flavorless and cost $16. My BF poured maple syrup on everything to get it to have flavor: on his scrambled eggs and the sausage patties in addition to his French toast. If you look at my earlier pics, the toast has gotten thinner and overall the food just looked... tired. The waitress was equally tired. It took her 5 - 10 minutes to come take our order. One of the hostesses had to come reassure us that she was on her way. When she did, she was utterly cheerless and seemed really bummed out to be there. Looks like we'll have to find another breakfast spot.
