This is hands down the worst cleaning of anything I've ever received. Go anywhere else. They were supposed to clean our rug with a standard clean and then again for pet odor & stains. They picked up our rug, had it for a week & a half, charged us $300+, and brought it back looking and smelling the exact same. There was still pet hair & dust on it, it's like they didn't even run a vacuum over it. We are working with them now to get a refund, but it has been a massive waste of time & energy to deal with. They need some quality control that checks rugs before they leave their facility because there's no way anyone would consider this a job done. I would use a garden hose in the yard to clean my rugs before using Kiwi. Their means of correcting an issue is to put you on ignore.

I waited a few days before posting this review, hoping to be contacted about my experience, and refunded my money. I coordinated my 7x10 shag area rug for a cleaning. I worked with a rep named Mr. Gilbert and sent him several photos of my rug in advance. Upon pick up, I asked about a few repairs and projected costs. A few days passed, and I got no word on the cost of repairs. I contacted Mr. Gilbert, who said he would contact his supervisor. I then requested they move forward with just cleaning the rug. A few weeks passed, and no word. I followed up and left a message. A few days later, I received a voicemail saying my rug was ready for delivery. They would arrive between 8-5 pm and give a 30-minute phone call en route. I received a call and voicemail message around 4:45 pm stating they were an hour away and delivery would be closer to 6 pm. This was a total inconvenience, given we'd waited around the house all day. Upon arrival, I noticed the rug was not wrapped or secured like the rugs I had cleaned in the past with another company. I requested the delivery guys to unroll the carpet. To my surprise, the rug had not been cleaned. I immediately called the customer service number, which was the same number that had called to confirm delivery. +1 (817) 764-7272 The phone rang with no answer ( mind you, the office is now closed) while I picked sticks and debris from my rug. Initially, the delivery guy said it was my type of rug until he saw me pulling little pieces of debris from the rug. The delivery guys asked if we wanted them to take the carpet back. We rejected the offer. I paid the $180 and wrote a note on the delivery receipt. I was explaining my disappointment. read more

I scheduled an appointment between 3-5 on a Wednesday. I had to take the afternoon off work to be available. At 4:30, they called me to tell me no one could make it out that afternoon. I rescheduled for the following day at the same time. I again had to take the afternoon off work. It is currently 6 pm and I have called them twice to inquire if they are coming and have been told that someone should be coming shortly. I would strongly recommend against using them if you are in a situation that you have to be home to let them in. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I should have read the reviews before I started the service. I had an appointment today with Kiwi services to do my Dryer Vent today for the second time. This is already a repeat service of the first day when the gentleman only brought a vacuum to do the work. There was no extension to the end of the pipe at the roof. I was extremely unimpressed by the service. I called to have them re-do the service. Today My window was 8 am to 10 am. They showed up at 10:20. If I am quoted a time by someone, there is an expectation that a follow up will be provided if the time is not going to be met. None of that occurred. I asked the gentleman how this was going to be done and he said that the tool he has attaches to the drill and goes up about as high as the heighth of the dryer. The gentleman went in the attack but don't know what he did, He took no tools. The tool that this gentleman brought in was only 3 feet long. So he was right, It would only go so high. Again, not going the distance of the pipe to the roof. There were several phone calls back and forth to the office from the technician about the pipe in the roof. I still don't understand ho this service gets done without the visiting technician not knowing what or how the job is going to get done. Here is what their website states for their service: "KIWI's dryer vent cleaning services will clean your clogged dryer vent to prevent house fires. It's important to clean your dryer to avoid dryer fires in your laundry room due to a dirty lint screen and hot air. Our air duct cleaning services are the best in the industry, making us the unmatched dryer vent cleaning company." Now, I don't know how you can claim to be the best in the industry if you don't have tools to clean the entire dryer vent pipe all the way to the roof. I could have done this service with a $20 tool from Home Depot and gotten further into the pipe. I was still very unimpressed by how this job was conducted. The technician worked hard at the job he was doing and did well given his limititations and lack of equipment. Professional, NO. Best in the Industry? NO Unmatched service: NO I just let by gones be by gones and chose to take the job as it was and do it myself . I cannot believe that a Texas based company is doing this quality of work and luckily I am not out that much money. read more

Do not use this company! They promised my rug in 2-3 weeks I received it 5 weeks later and the work was terrible. Then, they took an additional week to fix it. I received it today, it's still not fixed but I'm tired of dealing with them. Rebecca told me my rug would be delivered at a determined time today, and after calling three times to confirm they stated it would be later. We used Kiwi to clean our over-sized (12x15). They knew the size but only sent one person to pick it up. My son had to help pick up and carry it out to their vehicle. Once it was ready for delivery, I once again told them we didn't have anyone to help their person with the rug. I had more than one conversation with agents regarding this issue. The last person was adamant that they could not provide a second person to deliver it. Made me really mad but I didn't have a choice. The delivery person arrived expecting me to provide the additional help. As it turns out, as a 69 year old woman, I had to help their man to bring in my rug. And even he complained that he hurt his back 3 weeks ago. To top it off, the rug smells worse than when they picked it up. Buyer beware. read more

Kwiw was hired in August 2021 to restore hardwood floors & carpet. A husband & wife team came out. The carpet job was okay, not the best. The hardwood floors are damaged . Each area they treated left a residue sheen. No matter how many time you mop. In the entr they fail to mop up the chemical became there are stains on my hardwood. I call back in October, they came back out ...wife sprayed windex on floor and and taken a dust mop cloth using her foot to mop. Of course none of this worked. Called back several times was told contract was over. They finally schedule to come out in November. Never showed up or call back. now I'm out of $2000 and have to contact a different services to fix there mess up. If could rate no stars I would. Beware of Kwiw. Horrible experience. Had air duct cleaning, carpet and front tile entry way cleaning scheduled. I was over charged with dead end vents, the from floor entry way was never cleaned and they didn't clean the carpet in all the room remotely well. Several damages to my walls from them tearing the vents off verses cutting around the vent because the vents stuck from the paint More money doesn't equal better service or work. My wife called to get pricing to clean our couches. They told us a cost and we agreed to it and schduled them for today to complete the work. They said they would be here between noon and 2 so we boarded our dogs to ensure the cleaners didn't have to deal with our dogs while working. First off they were 45 minutes late. The gentlemen that came pulled up in a super small vehicle. Not sure what he planned on using for the cleaning as there was no space for any cleaning machines, etc.... Second he then tried to tell me a cost almost 3 times of what we were told on the phone. I guess he thought we would just agree and say yes. NEGATIVE STARS!!!! I originally made an appointment for Dec 3rd for a couch cleaning at the 5-7 time slot ( I made sure they knew i wound not be home until 5:30) At 4:30 i get a call that the tech is on his way. I remind them to check the note bc i will not be home until 5:30. So they say he will wait. At 5:20 i show up the tech has left. I called and spoke to Irene she is SOOOO sorry and will have them come out Dec 5th and throw in a free protectant spray for my trouble. NO SHOW on Dec 5th. I had an appointment today with Kiwi services to do my carpets today on a warranty service. My window was 8 am to 10 am. I called at 10:30 because they had not arrived. They assured me I'd be sent the next technician. I called again at 1. Same message. I called again at 2 and again at 3. 7 hours later, and after a no-show, no-call, the dispatch agent indicated they would not charge the trip fee for my cancelation. What trip fee? They never showed up and never called. The best they could do is schedule me for another week out? This is a misrepresentation of services. When you sign up for the first cleaning, you supposedly have a year warranty for cleaning at a reduced price. That warranty is useless if they don't come back or put your appointment behind all of the new appointments. There is no excuse for an 8am appointment to still be waiting for service at 3pm unless the company is deprioitizing warranty services in favor of new customers.
