We ordered the following dishes: -Burrata and prosciutto avocado toast: Because we didn't know when we would be back and we planned on having the soufflé pancakes, we ordered this as an appetizer. It was hearty with its avocado, prosciutto, and burrata. Extremely fresh and well seasoned. We inhaled this. -Truffle fries: We also inhaled this. Ordered this side to hold us over, and in the blink of an eye, these too were history. Probably some of the better fries I've had in awhile and I'm a fry lover. -Nutella croffles: Despite ordering this, I'm still not too sure what a croffle exactly is. They have this option or the chicken and croffles option. We chose this one based on Yelp photos, and also, because we had had two savory dishes already. Was a hit but huge. We had to stop eating these to make room for the soufflé pancakes. -Soufflé pancakes: Tasty, don't get me wrong, but surprisingly underwhelming after everything else. Extremely fluffy with options of chocolate chips and matcha cream, both of which can be placed on the side. Have to say all the food was spectacular. Every single person who has been raving about this café is onto something. Mind you, the drinks don't fall far behind. We had a beautifully-presented butterfly lemonade and a caffe mocha whose foam had KIXI written in it. The caffe mocha was so detailed that I actually felt a little bit bad drinking it. Go figure! At any rate, five stars go to Kixi Café. Really the only thing negative they have going on is their parking lot, but I'm not going to dock them for that. read more

In from out of town and looking for a place to brunch, I came across Kixi Cafe. What really caught my attention was their selection of teas and coffees. I'm a big tea drinker so this was a no brainer for me. When you first walk inside, you'll notice an abundance of color and decorations but in a good way. We were seated in the small outdoor patio and after reviewing the menu decided to go with an Iced Matcha Rosemary Latte and the Classic Brekky platter. After a short wait, my latte was brought out and it was visually attractive with a two-tone of color with a dash of, what I assume are, rose petals on top. After a quick stir, I took a sip, and it tasted as good as it looked. A nice blend of the matcha and rose milk without being overly sweat. My Brekky came out and looked very appetizing. The scrambled eggs were nice and fluffy but no runny. The bacon was nice and crispy as were the breakfast potatoes. The toast was sourdough (I believe) and was toasty and tasty after adding some butter. Overall, Kixi really satisfied, and I have bookmarked this location so next time I'm in town I'll be coming back. read more

I have only good things to say about Kixi. We were greeted and seated right away. We chose to sit inside. Party of 5. The waitresses were very nice and patient, as we took our time to decide what we wanted. All the food was exceptional and tasted very fresh. We had their cotton candy, which was made in house, in their cute cotton candy machine. We went at 11 AM, so parking was easier to find during that time. We haven't really explored Boca much recently, but the plaza that Kixi is in definitely has us wanting to come back. All the restaurants looked great, and it was bustling the morning we went. We specifically came for Kixi, and had chance to take a walk around while waiting for a slot to open. Word has obviously spread as there was a short wait, but things move quickly and we ended up sitting at the bar. As a non coffee drinker, the strawberry milk took my fancy and the bear glass definitely added to the cute factor. We shared a burrata salad and I had a scrambled egg sandwich, and everything hit the spot perfectly. Service was on point, and definitely has us wanting to come back for more. read more

I was in the Boca area and I dropped into this cafe and fell in love! Big parking lot so you don't have to pay for parking which is great. It's small and cozy with a nice touch of decor. There was indoor and outdoor seating. The outside was a garden vibe and the indoor had colorful velvet chairs/ sofas. Super cuteee! They also had some clothes, jewelry and other things for sale once you walk in. I wish I lived closer so I can become a regular and go have coffee with my friends. Kixi Cafe checks all the boxes. The decor, vibe, and look are incredible: everything is pretty, charming, eclectic, inviting. The rose wall, the vintage-looking ceiling, the varied beautiful plates and cups, the funky furniture , and more. I did not want to leave, seriously! Kixi also has an outdoor/parking lot space which also looks charming, but I have not dined in it yet. Then there is the menu. For one, you will find two of the hottest trendiest food items on their menu: souffle pancakes and croffles. The incredible thing about both of these items is that despite their sweet nature, they were not overly sweet. The textures were out of this world. The croffles: either nutella croffles or chicken and croffles. I opted for matcha cream with the pancakes. Besides the lovely dishes, everything is plated beautifully as well. The tea menu itself is insane. It screams fun, beauty, creativity, and even interactivity (see the cloud drink!). Plus a cbd-infused drink menu? There is an abundance of non-alcoholic drink options. The staff didn't clean the table next to us either. 4) the table is wobbly and going to collapse any day. Suggestions, wipe down your seats, clean your tables after each customer, clean the hair off the upholstery, and tighten the screws on the tabletops, clean the menus, everything is sticky. Sat down right away -- promising start. Placed my order. Then... nothing. No water, no acknowledgment, no hint that I still existed. Meanwhile, tables that arrived after me were merrily sipping drinks and receiving food. Apparently, invisibility is a service feature here. After 20 minutes of parched silence, I began to wonder if water was now considered a luxury item. After 35 minutes, still parched, still ignored, I left. The staff? Very young, very forgetful, and apparently trained in the fine art of "winging it." No notepads, no memory, no sense of sequence. Watching them work was like witnessing a live-action improv show -- except no one laughs when you don't get your order. Great food -- if you can actually get it. If you're looking for the latest sweet food trends, chances are they have it at Kixi Cafe. I was on the hunt for croffles since they are trending in 2022, and we found some here! This cute little cafe is in Boca Raton hidden within a plaza. Although small, it packs a punch with its cute decor and amazing food. After perusing the menu, you'll have a hard time deciding and just might end up getting everything off the menu... we did. Well, almost everything. We got: a chai tea, Matcha Dalgona, their signature souffle pancakes (we added house matcha cream), Burrata and Prosciutto Avocado Toast, Nutella Croffles, and a side of truffle fries. One word: YUM. The souffle pancakes were as beautiful as we thought they would be. Pro tip: If you want these, I recommend ordering them as soon as you sit as they do take a while to make. We ordered them before deciding on anything else and they came out right before all our orders. The matcha cream was a great addition! They weren't as fluffy as I thought they would be but they still had a great taste and nice little jiggle. The croffles were the main event since we came here in search for them. They had the taste of a croissant and the look of a waffle. It came with nutella and a caramelized banana that all came together for some amazing flavors. The matcha dalgona was definitely an impulse choice since they are two very trendy drinks mashed into one. I mean, where else do they serve this? It was good but overloaded me on caffeine so I couldn't finish. I'd be excited to try their other drinks, especially their cocktails. Kixi was a nice discovery when there was such a long wait at our usual breakfast place in Pompano Beach. Checked Yelp for an alternative brekkie/brunch place in Boca and Kixi came up as one of the options that was highly rated. This is a cute little cafe that serves unique breakfast selections such as their signature souffle pancake. Unfortunately, souffles take at least 20 mins from time of order so we had to skip it this time. They also offer chicken and croffle (waffle-pressed croissant) that seemed popular. Anyhoo, we ended up sharing shrimp & grits which was delicious and beautifully plated plus an order of lobster fried wontons. The hot chocolate with marshmallows was really good too. Omg this is the cutest little spot. My friend and I had our Mother's Day brunch here and we were happy with this choice.. credit given to one of my Yelp elite friends here -seen her review and said we HAD to go. They definitely need to expand! Such a good vibe here and did I mention cute?!? We sat at the bar while we waited for our table and enjoyed the butterfly amethyst and it was soooo good and refreshing! The flower wall is beautiful and as seen in the photos but there are only two tables in front of it -which were already taken so we didn't get pics in front of it but managed to take one of it. We requested outside seating, my only issue was the heat! Omg it was hot. Some outside fans would make the outside experience a better one. There was a portable fan outside by the door and which we asked a waitress to turn on, she did and it help cool us down for a bit with the help of more purple amethyst drinks lol! The food was amazing! I had the steak, eggs and potatoes and it was seasoned to perfection. Could careless for the greens but everything else was amazing. To top my meal off I had the tiramisu latte and baby- it was delicious 10 out of 10 and it was so cute with the KIXI "stamp" on it. Parking was easy to find, we parked right in front of KIXI and wore our heels just fine. Adorable little cafe. Plenty of outdoor seating but smaller than I thought it would be on the inside. Despite that we only had to wait 20 minutes to be seated during Sunday brunch hours and they have a system set up that lets you track your place on the waitlist. We both ordered the strawberry lychee frose. It's very refreshing and not too sweet. Then to eat my friend got the fried chicken benny and I got the soufflé pancakes with matcha cream (the real reason I came). This was my first time having soufflé pancakes and they were so good. Even though they look small they are dense and will you fill up. It was lacking on the matcha cream but I just asked for more on the side so it's an easy fix. I had a bite of my friends benny and it was packed with flavor. I think we ordered the perfect dishes for a savory and sweet combo. Super cute vibes and our waiter Scott was great despite it being a busy morning. They have many latte options and I got the dirty chog chai latte to go as per Scott's recommendation. This is a great place for a slow paced brunch, if that's what your looking for. Don't expect to get out of here quickly- we were there for 3 hours. We were greeted promptly and given water which is great. First round of drinks took a long time. Eventually we ordered, food didn't take crazy long, but our second round of drinks after the food took a long time. We were there to chat and have fun together so it was fine, but be aware if you want to get in and out quickly. This is a cute little cafe. Plenty of parking. The inside is very small and you will probably have to eat outside. Seats outside were not very comfortable and it was very hot. The food was really good. Amongst the table there were truffle fries, eggslut sando with fried chicken (my friend said it was too much food for her and next time she wouldn't add the chicken), French toast (looked amazing) and chicken and croffles. I personally got the shrimp and grits. It was alright, not my favourite. A bit plain, but not bad. The drinks were my favourite part. Not a lot of alcohol but friends enjoyed proseco, cloud 9, and froze. I don't drink alcohol but the coffee and tea options were plentiful! I had two different matchas: matcha rose and matcha cha cha. Decided to finally drive over. I didn't know the place was sooo small, but the decor inside was definitely doing what it was supposed to do. It was me and one other group inside so we were spread out a little. I ordered the cloud 9 drink which came with cotton candy and Prosecco, topped with flowers, sprinkles, gold flakes. I loved it and it was cute. For my entree I ordered the Nutella croffles and I must say they are a must. The brûlée banana on top really sent it to the next level. I ordered the tiramisu latte with oat milk to go and when I say that latte was so amazing, when I got to the bottom I almost cried. So I've been to kixi café twice. The first time, the server was very confused. He gave me the wrong thing in the menu. I let it go because they were fairly new. The second time I went was this past week. The service was much smoother and the server was really nice and understood the menu well. My son adored her and didn't want to come home. I met a friend for drinks and some good eats. And this place delivered just that. We got a few drinks which were decent, I feel like their drinks can have a bit more flavor but they are extremely pretty and well curated. The food is the star of the show. Their food is excellent. Both visits I enjoyed the food a lot. This time I got the soufflé pancakes which were amazing, the side of fries, hit the spot just right. This place is Instagram worthy and so very pretty. I really wanted to love this place like a lot of the other reviews but it just didn't work out as well. The soufflé pancakes take 30-40 minutes to prepare as the menu says, but they don't even start making them til 10 am, so early risers are out of luck. Outdoor seating is covered with pretty cushions and lots of flowers for an enchanting setting. Parking is right in front and almost too close and annoying. The food was really delicious and is definitely the best part. The coffee and specialty tea were ok. The food is a little on the pricey side compared to nearby options. Some solid kids options too. The avocado toast was tasty, kids rolled French toast with warm syrup for dipping along with free drink and the Classic eggs were simple enough. I was contemplating on how many stars to give Kixi Cafe. I think it deserves 4 stars for the hype they have created over beautiful brunch plates, drinks and atmosphere. It's definitely an Instagramable experience! I have dined here twice. On a weekend and a weekday. On the weekend, there was a wait for a table. The hostess provides a very inaccurate time. They have tables inside and outside crammed together. The table next to you can hear just about everything you're going to say. Then they won't seat you at the next available table. They will make you wait for a table perfect for your party size. I had this experience the first time I went. We waited about 30 minutes for a table when we were quoted 15 minutes. On the weekday, there was no wait for a table. Both times I have dined here, I tried to order a few things off the menu that they did not have. They did not have lobster roll both times I went. They didn't have the steak and eggs. They also have "high tea" on their Yelp photos and they are not serving that right now. I tried their classic breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast). It was really good. Their charcuterie board for an appetizer, had a variety of items. Some items my guest and I did not eat. They had an abundance of cheese versus their deli meat ratio. I also tried their chicken and croffles. The fried chicken was delicious. The croffles, a first for me, are made of croissant instead of waffle. Both times I've dined here, the wait for the food took about 40 minutes from the time you order to the time it hits the table. A very long wait. The drinks, I only saw one barista making the drinks. All of the drinks I've tried here are amazing. Their cappuchino, the butterfly lemonade, and the tiramisu latte. I love all their drinks. They definitely did that part right for their cafe. As for pricing, they are priced higher than average. Breakfast or brunch will run you around $20-30 a person. read more

Great aesthetics and very instagrammable place! I love the flower wall! They decorate all of their plates very beautifully but thats kinda the only thing they have going for them. The soufflé pancakes were super eggy so the flavor/texture caught me off guard. Chicken and waffles was kinda average. Chicken was decently seasoned but the waffles were a tad disappointing. Only 2 mini Belgian waffles and somewhat chewy/overcooked. Pricey for what it is. Small portions as well. I did however enjoyed drinking our drinks. Blue moon milk tea and matcha rose latte were perfect for a mid afternoon. Not overly sweet like the tiramisu latte. Definitely will go back just for photos and maybe try more of the menu. read more

I don't drink alcohol but my friends each had a glass of the sangria that they enjoyed. I had a Tiramisu Latte with Oat Milk which was yummy and I'm already craving another one. WOW Croquettes and Tuna Crudo was probably my favorites of all the food items we ordered. We also had the churrasco steak, scallops and octopus which was yummy.. Had brunch today at Boca's newest must try cafe! Kixi Cafe is a girls brunch dreeeeeeeam! It's adorable inside and out so come ready to snap your Instagram photos. Be warned the space is small. Limited but comfortable seating inside...more seating outside than inside so if it's an especially hot day be prepared to wait for an inside seat. The specialty lattes were fantastic! I had the rose matcha latte iced with boba! Others in my group had the tiramisu latte iced, the hazelnut latte iced, and the iced caramel macchiato. Everyone raved! We split the truffle fries (crispy good but actually lacking sufficient truffle flavor). Then we split the original avocado toast, salmon avocado toast, and the cookie butter soufflé pancakes. The three entrees were so gorgeous presented and the toast was on point! They have only been open a month at this point (May 23,2021) so servers are still a little confused about things like what size parties can be seated where (we were seated inside then asked to move outside because the table they first seated my party of three was for four or more), then while we waited for the outside table to be cleaned they came and said we were fine to go back to the inside table ‍. They happily and easily split the check. But we waited a long time before they even asked if we were ready for the check. Fine with us cause we were happy to chat and take photos, but there was a long wait amassing and they could have turned our table much faster. Overall they did very little checking in to see if we needed anything. They seemed to just be getting through taking orders and delivering orders....so I imagine service will improve as they hit their stride once they are open longer. Just be prepared to be patient and happy to wait for a table if you get there and there is a wait. Last, they have a high tea which looks fabulous...but it has to be requested 24 hours in advance and I was informed they can't accommodate a request to make it vegetarian. That last bit seemed odd as there are lots of tea sandwich options that are vegetarian ...but again I think this is an issue of them being new still...I think the idea of substitutions is too overwhelming as they get up and running with everything else! So grab your girls, or your mom, and go have a fab brunch...just bring a good attitude and be patient if you need to...the servers are sweet, but taxed...they'll get in a groove soon I'm sure! read more

Wow this place is so delicious. I don't recall the name of the latte that I got but it was really good! I think it was the cookie butter one. The flavor was amazing and it was topped with crumbles and crunchies that made me want to get one to go. The burrata salad was also really delicious and fresh. I didn't get to try their famous pancakes (can take 30 mins) but I did try their French toast which was so good. I had a rose latte which was very very subtle.
