It's only been a couple weeks since I had a high efficiency combo furnace/tankless water heater installed. Working perfectly. Very professional job. The guys were courteous and worked steadily to get the job done in one day. John explained everything when he gave me the estimate. He didn't push for the more expensive furnace like a couple other companies did. The other four companies I got estimates from all had concerns with venting.
