He was professional via text and got to me right away. Our timing didn't match up at first but we just communicated and he was accommodating. Yelp has this same address for "ABC Locksmith". The signage above the door however says "ABC Locksmith and Shoe Repair". Anyhow, I have been here twice already. Once to get copies of some keys and the second time, to get my high heels repaired. I actually waited a while before bringing my shoes in because they are pricey Salvatore Ferragamo pumps. But having seen him work on other people's shoes and seeing all the equipment he had indicated to me that he was an experienced cobbler. And I am glad I came to him. I had heel tips that needed replacing. Ferragamo actually included extra ones when I bought my shoes so I brought them with me. The price? $7. I'll be back.
