The coffee here is great and I'm sure the food is too. I used to patronize the business here prior to Klatch, but I believe they are the perfect replacement. The customer service here has definitely been elevated and the selection is better than before. I was greeted by the barista and was very welcoming. He even advised me to download the app to start collecting points. The ambiance has changed and is cleaner compared to the old rustic vibe of Dripp. I came in today to only buy beans and the notes have been very consistent when I pulled shots at home. Their coffee beans is a winner in my heart and it's worth the price. The beans range from $17.95 - $20+, which is worth it in my opinion. Klatch coffee is always a treat. This location is bigger than the other locations I've been to - I love that there's an upstairs area that patrons can go and hang out. The staff here was super friendly and helpful. I came here twice within a 3 day period and tried a couple of their holiday offerings: the Twig and Tree, and the Gingersnap Latte, both with their house made almond cashew milk. They were both super yummy! The Twig & Tree had a more earthy taste to it, if that makes sense, and they put a squirt of orange in it. Yay to new discoveries! I've been seeing Klatch Coffee in my many travels lately and when the coffee craving hit after dinner in Chino Hills, I knew it was time to finally give them a try. Everything about the experience was 5-stars: my drink, the service, and the establishment itself. What started as an after dinner pick me up ended up being a new place I can see myself frequenting for all of my coffee fixes and for a productive, cafe work space. This location of Klatch Coffee is in The Shoppes at Chino Hills. They have taken over what used to be Dripp. There is plenty of free parking shared among the businesses at the Shoppes at Chino Hills. If the lot is full, be patient as people are always coming and going. The outside of the establishment is well-decorated and welcoming, but the inside is even more impressive. Clean, open, and modern. Upon entering Klatch Coffee, I was instantly greeted by the person on staff ringing up orders. I explained it was my first time trying Klatch Coffee and his enthusiasm went through the roof. Extremely friendly and obviously excited about the product. It made me want to buy more than just a coffee! Within seconds of paying, my drink was ready. Staff was super efficient and the coffee was delicious. I love my cold brew and was pleasantly surprised to see a seasonal Pumpkin Cold Brew on the menu. I love pumpkin everything so it was a no brainer to order this. Wow! One of the best I've had this season. I believe they said they mix some chai, and it totally elevated the drink. The brew itself was bold and tasty but the pumpkin just made it so much better. Went here to catch up with a friend for breakfast! I don't come here a lot, but I always love the atmosphere and vibes! It's very modern and well-decorated with a lot of seating inside, upstairs, and outside. The staff is also very nice. This would be a great place to study! I ordered the apple cinnamon muffin and a hot matcha latte which both came out to be around $9. The matcha latte was very good and creamy! However, I wish the presentation was a bit better. I saw other people who ordered dine in as well with cute mugs, but they just gave me my drink in an uncovered paper cup. The muffin was alright -- it was very sweet and I could barely taste the apple or cinnamon. I might come back here again for their lattes, but I would skip the pastries... TLDR; Please do something about people leaving tables for over 10-15 minutes, with no one besides their supplies present. --- Klatch is highly trafficked. In an area surrounded by restaurants, and near both high school and college campuses, it is a place frequently visited by students to study. My experience is that at some point during their study session, these students get hungry and decide to leave their supplies on the table so that they don't lose their table. Today, a table for two held 2 laptops and no one present in the seats for 30-45 minutes. During this time no seats or table were available and many people were either forced to sit outside in the cold or leave the location entirely. It is one thing for a friend to stay behind at the table while another friend goes to grab food for the two of you. However to leave a table completely abandoned for almost an hour with your supplies on it to prevent anyone from taking your seat has definitely become one of the most irritating things to see. Unfortunately, this isn't a unique experience at this particular Klatch. Due to the location and close proximity to restaurants customers (those which are selfish and lacking self-awareness) believe that they can hold a table for ridiculously long amounts of time. --- I think the solution is pretty simple, during times of limited seating, after 10-15 minutes, if the supplies occupying a table have no one present, employees should have the right to move the supplies to the lost n found. read more

First time trying it and it was delicious. The service was kind and the ambiance was relaxing. Definitely a place I would've come to when I was studying. The iced crème brûlée latte was pretty good only thing is I had to mix it a bit more to get that caramel taste but I would have it again. My fiancés hot mocha was tasty too. Can't go wrong with Klatch . If you've never been, it's about $6/cup and they have limited flavors but the quality of the coffee is fair. I tried the new Lavender flavor and it was pretty good! Klatch is a great place to study and there are seats downstairs with outlets. I love Klatch from when I lived in Ontario. I was so happy to see they opened one in the Shoppes. Coffee is still good as I remember; however, the avo toast we got was so disappointing. It was so small. More like the end of the loaf and it was like $7.50 for it. I feel like there Should have been two in there or one large piece of bread. First time coming here since the location was a Dripp cafe, but I'm pretty impressed with how they rebranded & changed up the space! Much brighter environment with increased seating options & better outlet locations. Decent place to study with better outlet access from Dripp days, more tables, free wifi, and convenient bathrooms. I do want to say that it can get chilly with the AC so bring a light jacket to keep comfortable. My friend and I came at around 8-9 am on a Tuesday, and there was hardly anyone in yet. At around 10, it got much busier and a lot more customers came in to study, chat with friends, or enjoy coffee and snack. Because it can get busy, the environment gets loud on top of the music level and sounds of preparing the coffee. There is a great, partially shaded table area outside, but not sure if outlets are available in that space. Coffee is on the $$ side, but friendly service and beautiful latte art was presented (got the vanilla bean latte half sweet). I would recommend this place to study or meet for a date, but probably wouldn't come very regularly because of how much the coffee expenses can add up.
