I came here early this morning (around 6:30am) and was helped by an awesome lady (unfortunately did not get her name). She recommended me the "Bees Knees" which has vanilla, honey, and orange (I got it hot). I also got their most basic breakfast sandwich which was ok, but my god, that bees knees latte really is the bees knees. It was so good I came back for another latte later this afternoon and Joshua helped me with my drink. This time I got a decaf iced version. I found it a little too sweet this time, but when I went to ask for a little half and half and some ice to fix it, Joshua offered to remake it for me so I would love it. Needless to say, I did. Great drinks, great staff, great place to get some work done too. Would definitely become a regular here if it weren't over an hour drive from where I live. read more

I visited Klatch Coffee today on a recommendation as I was a little early to my flight out of Ontario Airport. Walked in and was greeted ans given some recommendations. Wasn't very busy when i got there and got my drinks quickly. After 5 min it got pretty busy. Staff was really helpful and upbeat. Nice seating area outside. Even in 90 degree weather with the shade on their patio and the breeze from the santa ana winds, it was comfortable. Definitely recommend it. $4.75 for a 16 oz cold brew and 24 oz is $5.75. We sat for about an hour while we killed time until our flight. Definitely recommend. read more

What a disappointment. I used to live int the Rancho/Ontario area a few years back and would go to Klatch fairly frequently and loved it. I was bummed when we moved that we wouldn't be close enough any longer. This morning I was in the area and figured I'd stop in for a quick coffee and pastry. I wish I could leave this review actually based on the coffee but I never got a chance to drink it. It was scalding hot. So hot that it loosened the lid to the cup and began spilling everywhere. I couldn't go back and ask for another cup by this point because I was driving to work. It was so hot I couldn't even hold the cup with the sleeve on it. It's amazing that it didn't spill all over me honestly. But seriously, that was dangerously hot. Y'all need to fix your drip coffee machine or something. Editing to respond: it's not that the lid wasn't on all the way, the problem was the coffee was so hat that it messed up how the lid fit and loosened it. When they had given me the coffee it did not have a lid on it. I put one on myself after putting in cream and sugar. And even at that point was still boiling hot, which was why I grabbed the sleeve. I unfortunately do not live in the area so it's unlikely I will be back. read more

So it's just another coffee place with little to set it apart from every other coffee place but, a double edged sword here... diminutive sized breakfast sandwiches priced between $7 to $9 plus dollars are probably exactly what the overweight American people need... instead of the vats of greasy hog food they're fed today, it's still pricey as a sandwich and coffee shouldn't be $20 bucks with a tip but the quality better be there and for the most part it is here.. I'm going to say if I had 2 eggs on that sandwich it would have sustained me but I needed second breakfast read more

I've been coming to Klatch since 2015. I've seen staff come and go I've met the owners. Klatch Coffee is a premium quality coffee that in many ways, remains unmatched. They make an effort to cater to the customer because it shows their genuine passion for coffee itself. They have history with coffee and never settle for less. I pray they never turn into a chain that prefers volume over quality. The staff have always been amazing. They are highly trained in customer service and go beyond the scope of their duties to get to know their customer base and their preference of coffee. More often than not? They got my drink in their mind the minute I walk in through that double door. I've even made close friends of some of the employees too. (Special mention to Elaine!. She's always ACE) Kim is social and friendly. She's always smiling and kind. Josh has come a long way from when he began working there. He's got excellent customer service skills and his barista skills have reached a whole different level. Top Notch. Vick always knows what I want before I ask for it, Stephanie is always attentive and goes the extra mile for customers. I love the vibe! I love the aesthetics. Very nice place! It's a chain coffee shop and I never had a bad experience at this particular location. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant, lemon bar, and blended mocha. All were excellent. The ham and cheese croissant was much bigger than I thought it would be (or my eyes were hungrier than my stomach!) so I ended up sharing it with my husband. Very polite and great staff! Everyone wore a mask and social distancing was in effect. Very professional and just a warm experience under the circumstances. I've been to this location before the pandemic and had the same experience so I'm glad nothing really changed other than the obvious. Highly recommend. read more

This place is a cute coffee spot. I went in on Saturday morning and they were busy. They have some seating available, stools by the window and a few tables and chairs. I got an iced creme brulee, large size and it was way too sweet for my liking. It took me the whole day to get through this drink as I did not want to waste money I spent lol. I like my coffee mildly sweetened so next time I'll have modify this drink if I get this again. I tried my friends chai latter and it tasted good, still a bit sweet for me. I like that they have their own specialty milk, the almond cashew milk sounded delicious but not very distinctive when drinking. You can tell its a different milk but not something you obsess over or want to avoid. The place was very clean. They have plenty of parking in the parking lot but again it can get busy. The cashier was an old man and was friendly in the brief interaction we had. read more

I like Klatch Coffee, because is it not quite as large-scale as say a Starbucks, but more of a mom and pop vibe, which makes it more personable. There are other Klatch Coffee locations in the area, but this one seems to resonate with me because it has a chill vibe. Never feel like I'm being rushed. Most of the time there are available tables if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee and/or snacks. They also have seating in a patio area if you want to be outside. I am big on clean restrooms, nothing bothers me more than to have to use a disgusting filthy restroom (which is usually the case with most Starbucks), and I have never once seen the restrooms here dirty (which is not an easy task when it comes to customer public restrooms) so kudos to them! I especially like their cinnamon twist pastry, it always tastes fresh! read more

Was staying in the area for a business trip and it was fairly close to the hotel I was staying at so I walked over and got the Eskimocha with almond milk and house chocolate. I got it with whipped cream because apparently I'm not living if I don't get it and I'm glad I did :). The breakfast wrap was okay- it didn't taste fresh but the salsa was delicious! I'd try a different sandwich and buy that sauce on the side and take a big jar of it if I could because it was delicious! Overall it's a cute little coffee shop that feels very commercial but it's a clean and modern vibe. I would come back if I'm in the area and try a different drink next time too! The Best coffee in the Inland Empire! I frequent here a lot! The service is great and the baristas are happy to give you suggestions that work for you. The seasonal menu is always fun. If you like sweet go for the creme brûlée, it will satisfy all your dessert needs. If you're a purist, the cold brew is amazing and the espresso is great! It's a small inside area so seating is limited but there's outdoor seating with shade and a fountain. A little noisy cause your by Haven which is a busy street. Otherwise it's a great place to meet and chat. You don't feel like you can't stay there and work, it's welcoming. read more

Was overcharged on multiple occasions without explanation. Menu prices do not match what you are actually charged. I looked around for a sign today to see if they charge for credit card charges and did not see a sign. I asked a worker if they recently raised their prices and she said yes and walked away quickly. Do they not think to update their menu if this is the case? I checked other locations and the prices were not raised and online ordering is the same prices as other locations. Not sure why this location is charging more than they should compared to online ordering prices and other Klatch locations. Management should really look into this. Something is not right. read more

Charming little coffee shop with the friendliest staff. I truly love their cinnamon twists, and they make them fresh on location. Unfortunately they were in the process of baking them when I visited, so I will have to wait until my next visit. I ended up getting a cappuccino chip muffin instead, which was just as fantastic. I appreciate the fact that there are vegan and vegetarian options in addition to a wide variety of different drinks. They seem to have a new option every other time I visit! Needed a caffeine hit before knocking out our holiday shopping and Klatch Coffee came through. I ordered the nitro cold brew on tap (see pic) and my girlfriend ordered the Christmas pour over coffee. I tried both of our drinks and they were both equally delicious. My nitro cold brew had a nutty flavor which is kind of hard to explain but it was so good. I was skeptical, because most roasters pollute what may have been good Kona or Ka'u beans with a lesser grade Central American coffee bean. My coffee requests are not dictated or influenced by TikTok or trying to be unique. I like my coffee cold, but with no ice. And often ask for it half sweet. The barista here delivered a creamy cup of Java goodness that was just on point, not too sweet. They carry croissants too. It's not at the display, but once you get your coffee, they hand you a perfectly toasted butter croissant with it too. If I'm in the vicinity again, will definitely return. read more

Cute coffee shop with some killer roasted beans. The baristas are super friendly and are more than happy to give coffee suggestions to meet your caffeine needs. I needed a pick me up after lunch and as an iced coffee drinker, was recommended the iced creme brulee latte. The espresso drink was pretty smooth overall and surprisingly not over the top sweet even at full sweetness. They can adjust the sweetness and I think if I got it again I would do that as you get plenty of sugar from the caramel streaks along the side. It's rich with the half and half, but you can also adjust that if you want. Creamy and dreamy but it'll get you through the afternoon. read more

I mentioned it to the cashier and she informed me that they made their almond coconut milk in house . Immediately I was sold . Like Starbucks but way worse. We stopped by here to grab a quick bite during our road trip, thinking it'd be a nice local coffee shop. I'm not sure if it's a chain but there are multiple locations in the Rancho Cucamonga area. We ordered a few breakfast sandwiches and a vanilla bean latte. The service was terrible. We tried to order a bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwich and were rudely and dismissively told that that wasn't on the menu. We then tried to substitute the croissant in the egg and ham croissant sandwich to a bagel and the cashier stood there trying to sub it in the system for 5 minutes without telling us what was happening. He also left in the middle of our order to go back to the kitchen. We thought he just forgot about our order or something. The food itself was not great. The avocado in the Favorite tasted like it came from a guacamole prepackaged snack pack. The egg was lifeless and chewy. The vanilla bean latte was atrociously sweet. Like undrinkably sweet. Overall, bad food and bad service. Definitely don't recommend stopping by. You'd be better off at Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, honestly. read more

Coffee is good (3 stars). I have issues with their POS system. It's confusing and they tack on 4% to use card (I never carry cash and I understand the fees associated with cards) but to ask for gratuity with no option of selecting no tip or skip - doesn't feel right especially when I got a snarky comment about making my coffee less sweet and how I should add another shot instead (I am sensitive to too much caffeine). I would of consider coming back had it not been for the snarky lady and if I had cash. read more
