I'm going to give this place a four star review mainly on the outstanding customer service and the potential I experienced. And I say potential cause I didn't really enjoy my drink but that was not the baristas fault, just happen to get a little too adventurous and just wasn't right to my palate. Amazing baristas with a wealth a knowledge, really made en effort to convince me of their menu and off menu offerings. Clearly this showed passion and skill. The coffee was a creamsicle eye opener l, which was obviously very strong from the cold brew and double espresso shots, but what I didn't enjoy was the orange peel. Wasn't particularly fond of the aftertaste but again that a personal issue not their fault. I am rarely in the area but for sure if I am ever out near Ontario I will definitely stop by again and I may or may not go for something crazy again. Great quality coffee. Give them a try read more

This is my daily stop before heading into work and even on the weekends. I will drive past another Klatch location to come to this one based on the employees alone (don't get me wrong the drinks are delicious) but the employees are always going above and beyond. I have gotten to know all of them on more than a first name basis and each and every one is so friendly and kind. It's my own version of Central Perk (from FRIENDS). I love coming in, being greeted by their smiling faces and sharing a quick laugh or two. The interior is cozy, I've never sat down to enjoy a beverage but I've never felt cramped while waiting for my order to be completed. I love the large outdoor seating that they have along with the fountain. It's a little Ontario oasis :) If you have not tried Klatch, please trust me when I say you will not only love it but become a full blown Klatch junkie. I went on Saturday midday. The place was PACKED. I did an online order and when I arrived, my order was not ready. It took a while for me to receive my order; hence the deduction of one star. The staff was friendly and you could tell they were really working hard to fulfill the orders. The coffee was what I expected as well. I have gone to this location a handful of times, the coffee is great and the baristas are super sweet and nice. If I feel over caffeinated, I will order their Strawberry Mint Sparkler which is extremely tasty! I have also ordered their Creme Brûlée over ice and it is delicious but not overly sweet. They have amazing breakfast options as well, I have had their Nutella Strawberry Toast, if you are a fan of Nutella this simple toast will feed your cravings. But it does get messy! The only bummer is this coffee shop is teeny tiny. Although the Yelp page says its great for working, there is maybe room for 10-12 people to sit and relax and I believe only two accessible outlets. There are some tables located outside of this coffee shop, but the last three times I have gone, it was sunny and there are maybe two tables that get shade. The rest of the sitting area has no umbrellas/no shade. I tend to work during my lunch, but I can't really do that here :(. Solid coffee spot! Seating is pretty limited. The people there are very friendly. I think their cold brew batch that day was just a tad burnt. However it was what I needed after an early morning flight, strong and refreshing. Their vanilla latte even though we asked for very lightly sweetened it was wayyyy tooo sweet. The show off: down a start because It should have been on jalapeños bread. But I didn't see any jalapeños but cheese infused in the bread. But I live how it tasted and the crunch was amazing! The coffee was great and prices were reasonable (do note iced coffee's are a different price than hot coffee). They offer convenient online ordering which seemed like a favorite for locals who just came in and walked out. I was very disappointed in the wrap for the price ($8.75) and lack of size. Such a cute little coffee shop! It's located in the corner of a plaza, with plenty of parking. It's super close to Ontario mills outlet (which was why I wanted to go bc why not shop with a GOOD cup of coffee in hand?) I got an iced honey latte. They have a bunch more flavorings, but I stuck with something simpler. The honey was a bit hard to mix at the bottom, and the coffee was quite strong (which is a good thing!). I had to add a bit more honey and kept swirling, but it finally melted thank goodness. The baristas were super friendly. Stopped by Klatch Coffee on a Sunday afternoon after a brief visit at Ontario Mills. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The husband ordered the Ice Creme Brulee and he loved it. He said it had the right balance of sweetness and coffee. I ordered the sweet peach tea from the tap menu. It was delicious. I was afraid it was going to be very sweet, but it wasn't. You can definitely taste the peach, but the tea was strong; just the way I like it. I also saw that they make their own non-dairy milks. I am excited to try their lattes next time. read more

I always have the best experience here! The employees are always so helpful, patient and kind! The place is also always clean. With Covid, masks are required and when you enter the store, there is a shield between you and the employee. Employees are wearing masks properly. My favorite it definitely the Rosy Cheeks Latte with the Real Pumpkin Latte coming in a close second. I cannot deny that Klatch Coffee makes good quality drinks, but my experiences lately have been disappointing. Therefore, I decided to update my review. The last few times that I have been here have been hit or miss. My drink orders have been messed up a few times now, and when I have found out once I've driven away, not much can be done to correct it. Other places make it a point to still try, but this is not the case here at Klatch. To add to the disappointment, I find out today that there is an upcharge for syrups... when did this start happening?? On top of this, today I waited for my drinks for a while until I decided to ask about them. They were ready to go, but were just left behind the counter, with no one bothering to let me know they had been done! I'm glad there are other good coffee shops around because sadly I am not sure how much I will continue to frequent Klatch from this point forward.
