I have been coming to Karla for about a year and a half or so. I am so grateful to have found her! My dog can be very anxious -- I've even been told my groomers "don't bring her on a weekend, she's too much to handle". Which is sad because she is such a sweet dog, so that must mean those other groomers weren't able to work with her and calm her down. With Karla, it's a completely different experience! She gets one on one attention - she's not kenneled for half of the day waiting her turn. When I pick her up, after only an hour an a half - she is calm and happy. She wanted to see a picture of my dog and told me about her grooming services. She did everything my previous groomer did at a better price. When we met you could tell she was great with dogs. I felt very comfortable leaving our boy in her hands. It took less than an hour and I picked him up. I was hoping to leave a good review about my dog being groomed by Karla but that didn't happen. I contacted her on 6/14 about having my dog groomed, she responded right away and let me know what her services include and pricing but she needed to see a picture of my dog first. I let her know I would send her a current picture later in in the day. When I did send her a photo I never got a response. I didn't think anything of it I figured she's busy with her day. So I contacted her the following day on 6/15 If she saw the photo of my dog and if I can schedule an appointment but I still have not gotten a response. I was really hoping to get my dog groomed with her since My dog had a bad experience getting groomed at petsmart. Karla is the best groomer ever. Okay, so not only is she super talented, she is patient and kind and loving to the dog and to the owner. I haden't been having the best experiences with groomers lately until God sent me Karla and wow, she certainly is a God send. Not only is she reasonably priced, she is as quality as they come. Other groomers can try to take advantage of people and keep them locked up in cages for 4 hours, not Karla. She is the best at what she does.
