Terrence at Klear Klogs was a pleasure to meet and do business with from start to finish. I've had a nagging intermittent leak in my basement from the standpipe that my washer connects to for quite a few years and just kept a bucket under the standpipe to collect the gush. The pipe coming down from the first floor is from the kitchen sink. Every so often if we let a sinkfull of water go down all at once, the standpipe for the washer that connects to this same drain would bubble over on the floor. We called Klear Klogs after seeing Terrence's business card being featured at a local supermarket to support a local business. We called the number, made an appointment and Terrence showed up when he said he would and solved the problem immediately. The work was done a couple weeks ago and no leaks since. I got a response from Terrance very quickly. Incredibly friendly and prompt with his communication. We were caught in the middle of a DIY project and had hit an issue. He offered to have me send a picture of our issue and then if he couldn't talk me through it he would come out that day. Once he had the pictures, he talked me through exactly what to do and even let me send a another picture when I was confused. His explanation and fix took about 2 minutes. For the record I had sent the same pictures to another repairman and he said I had striped some bolts (which I hadn't) and that it could take a long time to fix and would be at least $150. He was so kind and spoke clearly and empowered me to do it myself. What repair man does that?! Answer, Terrance. I almost never write reviews, but Klear Klogs and Terrence were so amazing that I have to let others know. Terrence traveled more than an hour to clear our clogged bathtub. Within less than an hour he fixed the problem that another big name Company couldn't fix yet charged us over $300 for coming out and trying! I wish I could give this company more stars! Terrence was absolutely amazing! He put my mind to ease by explaining everything and answering all my many MANY questions. I was so afraid that our sewer blockage would result in having to replace the main line (a very costly job) but Terrence ran the camera through the line and showed where and why we were having the blockage issues and how it was unnecessary to replace the line. Calling a plumber for a clogged drain is the last thing this cheapskate wants to do. When the liquid drain cleaners and a couple hours worth of personal attempts with a manual snake failed to get my kitchen sink cleared, I very reluctantly called Klear Klogs. We had a back up from the house the main pipe line and it happen to us 3 times in less then a year. we had 3 different services and they just did a temporally job never cleared it fully till today. We had Terrance from Klear Klogs and he did the job correctly. We called due to a main line blockage, within minutes my phone rang and it was Terrance. I explained what was happening and he stated he could be here within an hour. This was the most professional experience that I ever had.
