pedicure by the older woman was painful to the point of being abusive , pinched ,slapped, snapped and pulled on my toes and scrubbed the skin off my feet and shins.I'm not sure if this lady has anger issues in general or if she just didn't like me. I didn't wanna be rude and make a scene, but I could not get out of there fast enough. This woman needs to find another line of work. She clearly does not enjoy what she does. Everyone else was nice and my finger nails came out very pretty. Heading on vacation to the beach today and will be needing Neosporin on my shins because my skin is so raw. my husband got a pedicure. By a very nice lady and he enjoyed it very much. I would go back as long as I don't have to have that angry old lady again

Jimmy did my SNS manicure wonderfully, he was patient and worked until perfection. He communicated throughout my appointment to ensure I was satisfied. My gel pedicure was done beautifully by a woman as well.

I asked for ombré white tip. This review is to help others who wish to get the ombré white tip. There are a lot of videos online on getting ombré look with gel and it takes sponges and things like that to get that look well. Today I found out that they can only achieve that look with the powder and not the gel. Even though they said it's not possible just googling you will see many people can get the look with gel. I know this is what I asked them for but it is their job to let me know if what I'm asking for is going to turn out good or not. Plus they need to be honest if they can actually do what I'm asking for and not just wing it. I like Tom he is very talented but today I just walked in and he was fully booked so he couldn't get me in at first or fix the problem afterwards. If you want it done right you have to book an appointment with Tom otherwise you don't really know what you are going to end up other people there. Update I came back and Tom was able to fix them. Thank you so much even though they are not ombré they look even better with the design he did for me. Tom you do great work. Thank you!!

So my sister told me about this place and how amazing they are at nails. I have long natural Nails so I was a little nervous about going somewhere new. I am visiting from New York so I usually only go to one place . I made an appointment with Tom because that's who she sees when she goes . I should him a picture of what I was yes which was ombré with a more neutral shade of pink. Tom was so amazing he took about two hours making sure my nails were perfect . I was amazed I never had my nails done like this before. The shape of them are absolutely perfect and straight and the shading is so great. He takes his time and is so nice

Yesterday me and my mom came in for pedicures! And let me just say this....it was TERRIBLE. This was our first time trying out this spot and let's just say this will be our last. They rushed through everything, even the polish was horrible! It looked like a 5 years old just did my toes! Got the polish all over my cuticle! Totally do not recommend this place to anyone!

I came here on Monday of this week. Tonight is Thursday just to give a timeline. I got my nails done Monday. I have pretty grown on acrylic nails so I asked for a refill. I do like how my cuticles were done well and I enjoyed the shape of my nails and color. I originally wasn't going to review this place because I did genuinely like how my nails looked. But when I came Monday. The appointment felt very rushed. Though being quick can sometimes be nice i felt awkward and scolded when I didn't move my hands quick enough for her. But i felt like i was annoying her by being there. So i came in tonight to get it fixed. I've never had them break this soon. I did walk in so i had to wait about 30 minutes. Which I didn't mind waiting I told them. But again, she was very rushed and quick to moving around my hands. Like it was my fault they chipped so soon. As soon as she was done she got up and said all done and walked away. No sorry or have a good night. Very cold shoulder. A nail salon is supposed to feel relaxing not extra stress. I'm surprised they didn't charge me. Maybe because I looked so sad. I love how my nails looked. But how I felt like I was annoying her by just being there. I doubt I'll come back.

The staff here is so incredibly friendly! They're so good at nails, and always find time to fit me in since I usually am always a walk in client. I'm so indecisive & they always assist me in helpful suggestions on what colors would look nice. They're definitely skilled too cause they're fast and yet my nails always look so pretty. The shape is always what I ask for, & their customer service is great. Would definitely recommend!!!

So I had been going to another nail place for about 1 1/2 years. Became unhappy with them at my last visit. I am glad to have stumbled upon this place. Very friendly couple that helped me out. I am a bit finicky when it come to gel-manicures. Well Sam nailed it. She did a great job. Now, the are 25 minutes from my home, but they are so great I made my next appointment. That is not like me, but that is how satisfied I am with them. read more

i was going to give 1 star but decided to give 2 because i was taken as a walk-in. i'm in the service industry so this does count for something. i had gotten a pedicure with gel & acrylic. -pedicure felt rushed -absolutely no conversation even as i tried to make small talk - all nail lengths are uneven & crooked -polish all around the cuticle & skin i went by myself and i tend to be very non-confrontational so i paid & TIPPED !! will not return & wouldn't recommend to anyone. disappointed is an understatement. read more

Called in a crunch to get my pageant nails done. The got me in right away. It was a very quiet day, and a relaxing experience. It was only $26 for a gel manicure which was very affordable! The nail polish I choose was very low however, and it took longer to get them done because of this. I wish they had more choices of color! read more

I just moved here from Florida and I'm on the hunt for a nail place. I checked the reviews and gave this one a try. I have to say my experience was great! Tom did my dipping powder and it was perfect. Just to my liking, thin and natural. Mary did my pedicure, she was a doll. The nail spa is so modern and cute. They had good music playing in the background and a movie that caught my eye. It was a little pricey compared to what I used to pay but you pay for quality. :) 10/10 recommend. read more

Yet to find a nail place in Arizona that doesn't nick my cuticles while cutting or use acetone to clean up the sides instead of their fingernails. I saw the good reviews and thought I'd give it a shot. I was disappointed. The length of my fingernails are different from the right to the left. I asked for a round shape and it's a rounded square. I wasn't entirely happy with the paint job (she coated it way too thick) especially after she cut too deep into my cuticle and left me bleeding. I had to ASK for her to disinfect it. Halfway, she asked another girl to finish the paint job for her and just switched without letting me know what was happening. Ultimately, the new girl refiled my gel manicure and redid my entire hand. While I appreciate the gesture to fix it, I didn't think it was professional that she just got up and left because I was unhappy. read more

Tom did a great job with me today! I called as a new client & he was able to take me ASAP, which I was not expecting. He listened to me & was eager to make sure that I was happy with my nails. I have been going to another neighborhood salon for almost 2 years & it was time for a change. As the owner, Tom takes pride in his work, staff & salon. The reason for 4 vs. 5 stars is that they have a small selection for SNS colors. Hopefully over time they will have more. Thanks Tom, see you soon! read more

Yesterday I drove 30 minutes to get to my appointment I scheduled a week ago to get my nails done. When I got to the location it was completely dark. I reached out through yelp because they weren't answering the phone and found out that they had closed for the day cause they had a slow day. This I understand as it is more expensive to run a salon when you're having no business. And I didn't expect to have them stay open for me. However a message to let me know would have been the professional thing to do. As I did schedule an appointment in advance. And I did drive over half an hour to get there. read more

Disappointed, my daughter's and used to go here all the time. We always tip well. We've had stopped going as they up charged us, prices for us seem to be 20 dollars over posted prices. My hubby gave us gift cards for Christmas telling them what he wanted, they quoted and gave him cards for the amount of the service, and sure enough they charged $20. Over....and yes we still tipped.We will never go again and do not recommend read more

Nails are lumpy and uneven. They aren't shaped that well either. They are rounded instead of more square and sharp. They are also thick. I'm very disappointed. Since i am leaving town i will have to ask another nail salon to fix their mistakes. read more

Very nice service, super clean salon, and I do like my nails. They look gorgeous and the coffin shape is perfect, and I'm normally picky about that. My only complaint is that my nails are really thick. Like toooo thick. So I might be coming back asking for a back-file. Other than the thickness of my acrylics, I would come back. read more

I took my girls (16 & 13) to get acrylic coffin nails done on Tuesday August 11. I didn't catch the names of the nail techs. My oldest daughter had a woman work on her nails and my youngest daughter had a man work on her nails. They both did a fantastic job and they were both nice. The guy was very funny! My girls are extremely happy with their nails and they are holding up super well. I will definitely be returning with my girls and I do recommend the Nail Place to anyone looking for well done acrylics! read more

I stumbled upon this salon based on reviews I have been having issues with terrible work from other salons. I came based in the recent reviews. I saw Minh for my pedicure and she did an amazing job and Tom did my acrylic he was able to do a back fill when I thought I would need to take a new set off from the terrible work from other salon. I love my nails and the time Tom puts into getting them to look good. I have never been disappointed with his work. I have walked in or made an appointment and every time its been a great experience. I would recommend all my friends and family to go here. I have moved a little farther away but I will still keep going here. It's hard to find someone that can do an awesome job every time. Where do I begin... she nicked my cuticles and held the drill down too long it burned my nail and on those times I flinched as every other person would as it is an instinctual reaction to pain. The first time this happen she said ok I'll drill really slow because you're sensitive and I said no, you burnt me." Then she kicks my cuticle and I went to check if it was bleeding and she had this look on her face she looked at her coworker as if I had just spat in her face. Then again she gets my cuticle and I jerk my hand out of reaction and I And she says verbatim "you are kind of baby" and I looked at her and said "excuse me?!?!" And she didn't say much after that. When I had picked my color she went and got a different color and said this one's prettier let's do this one. And I'm like uhhh ehh and she said ok you pick and I said I'll keep the dark one I picked out. And I said why? She said because I'm too sensitive and I look at her and say no. I like GELL. After another time she burned my nail with the drill she rolls her eyes and said do you want her to finish? (Le Ann) and I said you know what yes. I want her to finish. She was so so so damn rude. Cross boundaries. Tried to make me feel like I was doing something wrong. She also asked me if I'd been there before and if one of her coworkers had done my nails and I said yes everyone in this room (3 other people) has done my nails before I've been here forever. She had nothing to say. So if you wanna be borderline assaulted, talked down to, told that your color is ugly, and be treated like you're the biggest inconvenience on plant earth, you'd like it here. Linda is the worst nail tech I have ever encountered in my fucking life. Oh! She also told me to stop watching as I was looking at her do my nails. I was watching a YouTube video and I would glance back-and-forth, but she literally said stop watching her do my nails.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Tracy and her brother Hyde. I go to Hyde every time and every time I am there they make you feel right at home. Hyde always takes his time and remembers which nails are tender and gets the job done while keeping me pain free! They both do incredible work and ensure that the product they use is the very best. I tend to sometimes feel if I speak up at other nail salons if I want something filed different or immediately am not a fan of the color they get super frustrated. Here they don't care about anything but your happiness and have no problem fixing something! Tracy is fantastic! I was recently introduced to her by multiple friends who get their nails done by her and it has been one incredible experience after another! Her artwork and talent is unparalleled. She is completely capable of recreating pictures you show her and she listens to exactly what you want and makes it happen! I called and made an appointment so I could get my services done. The salon is cute and clean with a pleasant vibe upon arrival. I was greeted and sat fairly quickly which was nice. The pedicure was enjoyable but she cut too much on my cuticles on my big toes (you'll see the scabs on my cuticles in the photo) which was pretty painful but it wasn't a lot nor severe. I loved the shape and the color so overall it didn't dampen my experience too much. After my pedicure was finished I thought I would be sat immediately for my nails but when I asked the woman who serviced my pedicure she told her colleagues something and then told me Id be sat in a moment and to just wait and relax in the chair. They sat down two other women before they finally sat me down (I waited a total of around 35 minutes after my pedi) which I found very unprofessional. The woman that I was sat with for my nails was in front of me and throughout my pedicure service I had watched her complete a full set with intricate design and jewels. Really the nails were quite lovely and so as you can imagine when I was sat with her, I was excited to have her complete my very basic set. I wanted short/medium almond shape with a French tip. As soon as she put the tips on I knew it was going to be an awful experience. When she asked me the length I had her adjust it a couple times to get to my preferred length and she was rude from then on and her customer service and quality of work drastically declined as she continued.. She pre shaped my nails using nail clippers to get a "rough draft" of the almond shape and asked me if I liked them, I asked her is this just the initial shape and will the shape look cleaner (more even) when we get closer to putting on the TAP gel. She yelled at me HUH and after I repeated myself she looked at me like she didn't understand and then said yeah very curt. After that, every time she had me check anything on my nails she would rudely throw my hand at me and if I would ask her to change something she would rudely and loudly yell at me HUH. I wish I would've just had her remove the tips in the beginning the first time she was rude and paid for my pedicure and left. But because I didn't do that I paid $140 ($150 after tip bc yes I tipped and mainly it was for the pedi - that woman was lovely and she shouldn't suffer bc of her rude ass colleague) to be treated very poorly, yelled at, and left with very poor quality nails that are uneven and misshapen and on my right thumb literally missing the left side of the tip because she filed it down so much. Hindsight is 20/20 and if I could go back I would've left or just gotten the gel X where the shape is already done and all they need to do is adhere it and put the design. I've added photos of my nails, both hands and my feet so you could see for yourself the quality of that woman's work. They're kinda like smoky mirrors. From afar you don't or won't see the problem but if you zoom in or really look at them you'll see how uneven not only the shape is but also the French tip design. Now are they atrocious? No. I've had worse nail shape and design wise. Is it worth the price paid for them? H3ll no. If you do try this place, I do NOT recommend the nail tech who handled my TAP gel service. I didn't get her name but she was the one who sat right behind the front desk. There's 2 tech tables on the left hand side when you walk in. Hers was the one on the right. If you're in a pinch like I was it's an eh spot. Given how I was treated and the quality of my nails AND the price. I wouldn't recommend it. I'd rather spend the same amount or more money at a salon I'm treated respectfully and kindly at and my nails are even and done beautifully without me requesting them to be fixed.

Went in like an hour and fifteen minutes before they closed for a pedicure. They took me as a…read morewalkin. Kelly did an AMAZING job and took her time paying attention to detail and made sure that the gel polish was not on my cuticles before curing it. This is my BIGGEST pet peeve when I get gel polish. Didn't pressure me to add more services or get a bigger pedicure package. In total my pedicure was about an hour long and was amazing! I do know that this place can get busy during the day and the parking lot is chaotic. But if you go towards the evening there is plenty of room. I will be back for sure and will be sure to ask for Kelly!
