We were drawn to the place as it allowed for Ceremony, Cocktail, and Reception to all be in one space, with a super smooth flow, and allowed our pet to walk down the ceremony aisle. Chrissy gave us a tour and was SO warm and welcoming taking time to answer our questions and even graciously scheduled a second tour with the parents. She was super honest and open about anything we asked, providing solutions to concerns, and the day worked out exactly as she described. We had a 165 person wedding, and was worried about it feeling cramped but it honestly felt very roomy and comfortable for moving around and dancing. There was enough room for all the chairs, tables, and even had a nice space for vendor table! The included tables and chairs saved us time and money, and we loved how our other vendors raved about the venue too--it made coordinating everything so much easier. The bartenders really impressed us with their skill, and those signature cocktails were delicious even though drinks came at a premium price. However, right after the ceremony, Chrissy immediatley found the bride and groom to give us our signature drinks, and even gave one to the nervous parents. It was such a personal touch that we will remember forever. Being in San Pedro Square, parking was a breeze at only 10 dollars for the whole day, and a easy spot to Uber to. We had a world cup watch party coinciding with our day, but the team proactivley warned us and helped us have alternatives on communicating with guests to make sure everyone made it smoothly. Overall, Blanco delivered on quality and service, and we'd recommend them to any couple looking for a polished, all-in-one venue.

GlassHouse is a beautiful venue with a modern feel that allows one to plan for a great event. But all of that comes with a cost. Dealing with the management who run the place will make your planning a nightmare. My wife and I very recently got married at the GlassHouse. It ended up being a beautiful event and a wonderful party. However what should have been smooth planning turned out not to be due to new management coming in. They caused unwarranted stress, charged additional excessive costs, and ultimately were not pleasant to work with. Right before our wedding, it felt as if they were trying to make it unsuccessful by their actions. We will never forget our wedding. It was a memorable and a once in a lifetime event. Also a once in a lifetime event, and never to happen again, is booking an event with GlassHouse.

Sometimes it's harder to explain things through text, so having both forms of communication helps. You'll have text to refer back to and phone conversations for clarification. We were most greatly appreciative and impressed when she had called us to notify us about a new color of chair covers she had just added to her collection. Originally we had planned for white chair covers, but we are so thankful that Lanny went above and beyond and told us about the burgundy covers as she received them. The burgundy chair covers were absolutely on theme with our simple/romantic Christmas (gold, burgundy, blush) theme and made the ambiance much more magical. Our basic package included the decorations to the check-in table, photo backdrop, sweetheart table, cake table, 3-tier'd cake, and stage backdrop. Lanny also has all the tea ceremony rentals and ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) available. We had already booked our DJ and Photographer before we got to Lanny, but her other services/connections include all other aspects of wedding planning. She is a one stop shop for all your wedding planning needs. Since it is covid, we weren't sure if cake tasting was an option. Lanny coordinated with the bakery and allowed us to try small square pieces of cake. Although it required us to pick up the different flavors on different dates, it was worth the patience and effort to work together. We couldn't try everything, but we did narrow down to 4 specific cake flavors we knew we'd like to try. We opted for the Mango Mousse cake and it was a hit with all our guests as it was not too sweet. She is prompt with text and email. Highly recommend her service.
