First time coming here, wasn't bad at all, truly enjoyed the experience, more so I enjoyed the fact that's you have to kinda wait on your food so rather than be on your phones scrolling you get a conversation from people, the food was pretty good, I mixed a few of the sauces to crest a concoction that was actually pretty good!! I'd defiantly come back, this would be an ideal 1st date spot in my opinion, very easy to talk while you wait for your food staff was very friendly and helpful. Second time here, buddy wanted to have Korean BBQ, and we were in the area so we gave it a try. Once again love this place especially how you get social, we were siting next to an older group, and even got to chat with them and get to learn where they were from etc.. I also love how they have the outside sink that you can wash your hands AFTER you use the restroom/eat. read more

Lunch 3:30 Dinner 4:30...not really! We arrived at 3:25, the freeway had shutdown so everyone was being detoured. Upon arrival, I noted that lunch ends at 3:30 and dinner begins at 4:30. So I asked if we could be seated for lunch. The server told me know that lunch was over, but we could be seated and pay for dinner. So I confirmed that dinner starts at 4:30, she said yes...then I asked if we were going to have to wait for an hour and she said no, we could eat now. So I asked again, why we couldn't have lunch since it wasn't 3:30 but we could have dinner when di ner wasn't until 4:30? She went and got someone else and they said the same thing. No lunch, even though it was within the time but we could start di ner even though that was an hour away??? If they closed down between lunch and dinner, I could understand, but they don't. I took my business elsewhere... too bad they don't understand their business hours are confusing and don't really make any sense. If they had "no lunch seating after 3" that would have made more sense but to have an hour gap and charge me for the higher price when I would be gone by the "time" dinner starts, is ridiculous and sad since we really do like their food. read more

This should be the way all the all you can eat korean bbq is supposed to do as a business model. I really enjoyed the food and you grab whatever food you want from the counter. That way you don't have to bother waiting for the server to take your order and eat as much as you need! The servers are also caring they come to you as soon as you wave your hand and give you attention as needed. The prime brisket and ribeye are excellent. My favorite is the marinated octopus. I'm not sure how I haven't reviewed this place yet, it's one of our faves. My partner and I have been coming here for about a year and visit at least twice a month, if not weekly while on keto! It's a clean buffet style space with great prices and friendly staff. Not sure why all the 5 stars review have this is the "best Korean BBQ that you will ever have." ... if best is chewy and low quality meats...? Food is a 2. Extra star for being clean and attentive staff. The meats were all super tough and chewy. They cut it too thick. The "prime" meat was not prime, no fat marbling. Don't even go for the beef tongue, you spend hours chewing it. It was disgusting. I had to spit out every other meat I ate in a napkin. Could not chew it. Only the marinated meats were decent...but sure, slather a bunch of marinate to mask how bad the meat was. It was pretty bad. The only cool thing about this place is it's new, the grill, hood and the buffet style. You don't have to wait for service- all self serving. Even got some Korean sides. Also the staff were pretty attentive, the owner was there and making sure things go smoothly. For $27 and low quality meats...probably won't be returning unless they read feedback and use better meats/cuts. A very affordable place to eat with a variety of different meats, vegetables, and condiments. As a frequent kbbq customer, it came to a surprise that you actually hand select your plate instead of ordering from a waiter. This was a very nice touch because I could control my own portions and eat right away instead of waiting for food to be delivered to the table. The artwork on the walls are a nice touch and there is even a mini game that lets you eat for free if you win! Worst K BBQ I've been to! Just on taste alone, 100% not owned by a Korean. The banchans were not good and It had a different flavor profile than Korean food. "Water" down sesame oil had no sesame taste to it. They cut a lot of corners, so the flavors don't come out like Korean food. Service was OK and it was clean. Will not return. read more

This was a random treasure find! The food is super good and super fresh! They are constantly changing out the meats and veggies. They keep each table super clean and will change out the burners immediately, if they notice they are getting too done. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. This is my go to spot when other K-BBQ places are packed and booked, This is definitely my favorite K-BBQ I don't need to wait for my food I just serve myself, I love that this is self serve, I love the employees they are so helpful, you never have an empty cup the food is always being re stocked, by absolute favorite is the spicy pork belly, it is sweet with a hint of spice. Came here because Gaja & Sonu were full. The establishment looks and feels cheap, the food being in a "buffet style" felt gross as it's right next to the restroom. Lots of flies. $30 per person is a genuine robbery considering the food was a 1/5 stars. Not many options at all and gross that it's sitting out in the open right next to the restroom. The workers did a good job of making sure we had everything, but that doesn't surprise me since there were barely any customers when we were there. $130 of disappointment. Never coming back. Plus the stove was barely even hot and took so long for the food to cook. We ended up staying longer than we wanted to because since we were already locked in spending $90 for crappy food we wanted to at least leave full. read more

I had made a reservation on Thanksgiving day for lunchtime, and despite it being a holiday and expecting a long wait time, it was quite the opposite. We were greeted by the friendly staff and seated quickly. There were so many options to choose from! I especially loved the beef bulgogi! Though it is a self-serve location, that aspect makes this place more convenient. You don't have to constantly wait on waiters to bring you additional sides or take additional orders. Been wanting to try this place for some time because there is never a wait time as advertised. I don't normally like waiting to eat but I may have to change that. The food selection here is ok. There are roughly a dozen or so type of meats and seafood. The banchan is limited, however. The meats here are of the frozen variety, you know the frozen rolled beef you see in Mongolian grill type places. That's not the problem though. The problem is that it's not marinated and texture wise.....it's off. The beef isn't tender and it's sliced so thin that you don't get great bites. Instead, I opted for the galbi since those weren't sliced and rolled and looked alright. Boy was I wrong. The galbi basically had no marinade I could distinguish from and tasted like black pepper. After taking a few more bites, I realized this place isn't ran by Koreans but rather Chinese or Vietnamese. Koreans would never season galbi with just black pepper. Moreover, the galbi was really chewy and tough. The straw that broke the camel's back was the banchan. The potato salad tasted like something you get from your local supermarket deli. It definitely had vinegar in it which is never in a Korean potato salad. The seaweed had tons of garlic and was prepared the same way you get from a Chinese food deli. The kimchi looked off, plus the spoon handle was laying on top of the kimchi which I found really unsanitary, so I opted to pass this one up. The service was just ok. Now I know why people wait over an hour to get into the AYCE Korean establishment down the street and not here. While I'm usually not the one to wait, after eating here, I'm going to rethink this the next time I go to a "no wait" AYCE spot. Never again. read more

Top line for me is the staff we dealt with was rude. We got there and the waitress sat us down, didn't say a word, and walked away. I've never had to self serve KBBQ so I didn't realize we were waiting for nothing. We happened to see the only other person in the restaurant serve themselves, so that's how we figured it out. Not my favorite but still an ok bbq place for me . Servers are always nice and friendly. It's a self service buffet , but personally I'd rather order from a server , I don't like to always get up . Interior is always neat and clean , the tables are very beautiful, I love their tables . Meat wise , my favorite is the brisket , recommend the pork belly too , not a fan of the chicken , sadly they don't have my husbands favorite which is beef tongue , I never get to try their desserts hopefully I will sometime when I go back . So there are at least 3 Korean bbq near my area that I know of and tried and this one is so so. It's different in a sense that you get to pick your own meat in a buffet setting. I've never been to one before until we tried this place out. There are pros and cons to this particular restaurant and this is why I'm not giving it a 5 star. The idea is good and would have probably enjoy it more if the selection were not as limited. Another downside is that, I've noticed that they only have 1 premium meat (kalbi) and the rest were your usual (pork, chicken, and couple kinds of seafood). This is legit the BEST Korean BBQ around. Tons of meat and veggies to choose from! They also do unlimited rice, dumplings, aaaaand miso soup!! The facilities are always very clean -the fridge where they keep meat and veggies SPOTLESS. My thing is broccoli with ponzu sauce! I love the "do it yourself" aspect of it all! They have potstickers that were empty and not filled until we finished at our table. Our grill was burnt for the majority of our cooking which i found extremely frustrating since there was only one other party there eating. Several people on staff that proceeded to enjoy their own food, meanwhile the customers needed a grill change....a good 20 minutes ago. The food was okay, but for the price it should have been better. Some of the meat was frozen like when you go to the mall and eat at Great Khans Mongolian, where you place frozen meat pieces in a bowl and they add noodles. Well, this meat was frozen, no seasonings, the vegetables they had were okay, nothing to write about and the other meat they had (chicken) and some Korean style ribs were bland, they had sauce and seasoning with no flavor. Their miso soup was good and potstickers that come with the meal, but they ran out of rice and we were having to scrape the bottom of their rice cooker. not really even just OK. went on a sunday afternoon. everything was well stocked. the servers were very attentive. our glasses stayed full and dirty dishes got bussed. i like that there's fresh veggies to grill (mushrooms, onions, whole garlic cloves, bell pepper, carrots, squash) and lots of different kinds of kimchi. i like that it's AYCE but for three people it was a hundred bucks and two drank only water and the other had a soda. given their posted pricing, can you help me with the math? the biggest problem was the quality of the meat. all the beef was gristly and tough. dairy cattle are best ground for cheap burgers and not served in K-style BBQ places. there are other close by places with better food and better value. next time, i'm gonna make the drive. read more
