Ube Strawberry cheesecake Peach cobbler 2 for $5 croissants

The two for 5 croissants are my go to but the donuts are great I'm a fan of the strawberry shortcake

    Cinnamon roll

I have been wanting to try this spot since they opened. This morning I was up early 3a, looking at the website and deciding what i wanted to try. I love cinnamon rolls , but didn't want just a regular donut I could get anywhere. I got there about 7:50a. I was immediately greeted when i walked in, the place is bright and inviting. Lots of choices and pretty donuts. I couldn't decide. I ended up selecting a cinnamon roll . I wanted a hot coffee but they only a "drip" hot coffee and no hot specialty coffees. I selected the Zombie. I liked the description that it's 50% sweet and it's a popular drink. Marcus was helpful and cheery told me i could sip throughout the day, it's only 10:15a and it's halfway gone . They suggested I could get a box of 4 donuts for an estimated $20. I was firm and bought 1. I couldn't take the chance of eating them all. I will be back to try other donuts.

What can I say about this place...its AMAZING!!! Gourmet donuts!!! I got the strawberry shortcake, guava, tiramisu and cube donut as well as the croissants with 3 meats and jalapenos. No coffee today cuz I had some earlier. So far I've only tried the strawberry shortcake and I'm VERY picky with strawberry flavor anything and bro it was delicious! The croissant was different the ham was cubed pieces of bacon and slices of sausages. It has a nice cheese ratio. Anywho I'd recommend this place if ur into fancy donuts and or love vietnamese coffee.

Cute, different-looking, & pricey donuts. Clean store with friendly staff. Maybe because I'm not a big fan of donuts to start with, I was not impressed with their donuts. They are donuts with different 'toppings' but nothing i will go out of ny way to purchase in the future. (Actually a friend got me the donuts this time so i didnt purchase them...) For the price & the taste, I prefer Japanese or Korean bakeries.

This is the newest Knead location by Costco Gasoline in Signal Hill. I've been several times to every Knead location in Long Beach and Cerritos. They've expanded all over the area and I've had everything on their menu. They have a few really great donuts. My favorite is their croissant donut with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. If I see their creme brulee donut, I don't pass it up. They have some really interesting flavor combos that are worth trying and I appreciate what they do with those. The donuts will cost $6 to $8 and I think they're worth it. My review would be higher if I based it on only those items. In the past, I was critical of some of their standard "glazed" and "blueberry" donuts costing $4+. (Note that their glazed donuts are now $3). I also thought it was distasteful to get promotional text messages about being able to get a dozen for "only $50" (or whatever it was). I felt that those texts were tone deaf and they highlighted exactly why I consider it a 3 star, "special occasion" spot. And, while there are some sure hits here, there are also some clear misses for me. Today, for example, I got a $9 jalapeno hot dog that they call the "spicy fluffy godzilla". It is a pretty substantial sized hot dog that they bake into some fresh bread. I love fresh bread; however, there has to be something else for me to want to spend $10 for it (factoring in taxes). I wouldn't be complaining if it had bacon, if it was a croissant dough, or if it were surrounded by scallion pancake dough. Anything to make it taste more than just a standard hot dog. The comical thing is that their neighbor is Costco, which sells a pretty famous $1.50 hot dog (drink inclusive). The fact is that if a doughnut or hot dog is to command more than $6, it has to be special and it has to be something I can't get elsewhere for cheaper. I respectfully give this criticism to the Knead team because I think they have a few great items; however, if they want to charge premium prices for some of these products, then that product needs to also be premium.

    Missing BOGO Ham pocket :(

My partner and I love Knead and have had great experiences there in the past. We've even met the owner a few times, which is part of what keeps bringing us back for the amazing coffee and delicious pastries. This review is based on our most recent visit on Saturday, March 14, 2026, between 9:45-10:10 AM. We saw a BOGO deal for a ham pocket and asked the cashier about it to make sure we understood the promotion. She explained it to us, and we specifically asked for the BOGO deal when ordering. When we received our drinks and ham pocket, we noticed there was only one. We asked where the second one from the BOGO offer was, and she told us we hadn't asked for it. That was confusing since we had just discussed it while ordering. My partner and I try to be very respectful and avoid making a scene, but I did ask what the difference was between ordering it normally and ordering it as the BOGO. She said she needed to enter it differently in the system. At that point I didn't want to argue, so we just left. We still really enjoy Knead and hope this was just a one-off situation. If a manager happens to see this, it might be helpful to review the promotion with staff so customers clearly receive the specials they ask about. Also if we haven't asked for the BOGO should she had asked if we wanted to do it too because there was TWO of US? LMFAO It's so confusing she made my head hurt LOL

First time at this location! I frequent their Long Beach Store (PCH & Clark). Same great service and gourmet donuts! I love the creativity of their donuts! It's always a bit difficult to decide the selection is so inviting! I only needed two but chose four for two if us! Of course we could only eat one each as they are very filling. The other two were still.yummy the next day and that speaks very well of their freshness and quality (did not dry out). I selected the Guava (one of our favorites), Blueberry, Banana Cream, and Maple Bacon. All were excellent keven the two we ate as day old!). The Maple Bacon, how creative! Mini pancake and a tube filled with Maple Sryup. My husband really enjoyed that experience! Pricing. Some people complain that Gourmet Donuts are too expensive. A few weeks ago we were craving donuts and stuck out in Orange. The closest place was a large chain store. I spent about the same amount for four great donuts at Knead that I did for six crappy donuts at the chain store! It took two chain store donuts to fill.us each and the remaining two were too dried out to eat the filling day, compost bin! This store is not close by but next door to the Signal Hill Costco. Great treat after shopping! Def6coming back!

First time at Knead Coffee & Tea and I'll definitely be going back. If you're looking for great coffee and custom original donuts in Signal Hill, this spot delivers. The owner Huey and his staff were super friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. The Vietnamese coffee was one of my favorites. Strong, smooth, and customizable so you can adjust it to your sweetness level or add toppings. The boba milk tea was perfect! Not too sweet, just right, which I appreciate because a lot of places overdo it. The donuts and pocket ham croissant were delicious, and they had great specials going on too. If you're near Signal Hill or Long Beach and want a local coffee shop with solid drinks and unique donuts, this is a great find.

I been wanting to come here and try some of there donuts

I read a lot of mixed reviews, so I needed to try Knead Donuts myself. Regarding donuts, our family isn't big on them frequently, nor are we into drink fads. So, with that being said, let's get into the review. I have attempted to stop by several times, and each time I was in the area, they were closed or not yet open. This location has been open for 5 to 6 months, the cashier mentioned when asked. You know there is a saying, "we eat with our eyes." I can definitely say I did just that, not knowing what to try first. As a unit, we love bananas, bacon, and strawberries. So with that, I solely ordered their maple and bacon, banana cream, strawberry shortcake, and a cinnamon roll. Once we got home, we sat down and tried all 4 donuts, taking a bite of each one. The banana and cream was a 10. I devoured the whole donut, not leaving anything for anyone else.tfhe maple bacon did quite do it for me nor did the strawberry shortcake. The cinnamon roll was for the hubby. Each donut brought it's own kinda flavor to the table. I intentionally went in to buy 2 donuts but left with 4 paying at $22.00 total Knead is a small location with one table inside no bathrooms available. Plenty parking that's for sure. Will I be back yes but I will not be a regular. I see sweets I gain weight. That's with most things.

Honestly the best donuts in Long Beach if you're bringing donuts to a function. They are not just your typical donuts, they are designed beautifully which makes it hard to even want to take a bite because of how beautiful they are! I recently brought them to a baby shower and I kid you not, I had several strangers come up to me to ask me where I got them from. Costumer service is always ready too! The only thing to keep in mind is that they are a bit pricey but they are worth the price! I typically get a breakfast sandwich and a Vietnamese coffee bi weekly before work. This is a must try!

Donut shops are ubiquitous in Long Beach, with one practically open at every corner during morning hours. Knead Donuts has carved out a niche for high end donuts/pastries, opening its original store in 2017, with their Signal Hill location (their fourth one) in 2024. For us, it's a special occasion donut place, so when my wife picked up my brother/me from the Port of LA (after finishing our back2back2back cruises) to go together to Las Vegas, she stopped by Knead to pick up donuts. They were really good. Reading a bit about their history, the owner was inspired to open the first one after having visited and inspired by Side Car Donuts (another gourmet donut shop in the LA area). But Knead definitely has a Long Beach vibe, taking advantage of the large Cambodian community (biggest outside of Cambodia) to initially gain critical knowledge of donut making, and emphasizing newness/freshness. Each of the gourmet donuts are $5, and she picked up some strong vietnamese iced coffee for the long drive to LV. The cronut was very good, large enough to share. We couldn't finish the rest, so ended up using them as a finishing enticement to get the best upgraded rooms we could when checking in (everybody loves donuts!). My wife and I have lived in Long Beach 'long' enough to have first hand experience of restaurant tenants in particular locations now In this case, the previous tenant was Chinese Combo, a fast food Chinese take-out that we frequented when making our periodic Costco/Costco Gas run. Really happy that the space was filled so quickly. Will need to visit their original location soon, to try some of their other donuts.

Great donuts and coffee. Super nice place, very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend! Kneads is becoming a favorite spot for me.

This new location is one of their smaller ones. They still had Rosie the robot outside greeting people I did come pretty close to closing time, So Rosie didn't have any samples and there wasn't much to pick from These donuts are delicious, and if you ask me, they definitely have the best Cronuts (They are on the expensive side) but you can definitely taste the difference between good quality ingredients and cheap ones. And they have some unique flavors The woman working at the counter was extremely helpful. One of their donuts looked like it had filling in it, (I asked if there was filling in it) she said there was nothing inside the donut but it would only take her 1 minute to fill the donut (I declined) still, it was extremely nice of her to offer I ordered Fruit Cronut Strawberry shortcake Cheesecake (I got to pick between regular cheesecake or chocolate chip cheesecake And then I picked an Oreo cream Cronut. This was probably my favorite I saw the Ube donuts, which are absolutely delicious. But I wanted to try some that I never had before (I highly recommend the Ube one, though) They also had a little fridge with some drinks in it (run of the mill soda and water) They have amazing Vietnamese coffee here. I used to get it all the time. So I highly recommend it as well! Really excited that they have another location And they have great parking (it's in a huge parking lot with a Costco) P.S they don't have much seating inside. Only about 1-2 tables But I highly recommend and think everyone needs to come to a kneads donut which has become a Long Beach staple

I'm tired of these new fancy donut shops specializing in "creative" donuts with all kind of crazy toppings like every sweet cereal you grew up with priced like at $5.00 a donut or something. I go in and can tell this is one of those Asian donut shops that opened all over down here in SoCal. I think they might be Cambodian, nothing against Asians making donuts, they're the ones that started using the pink boxes we all know. Asians make the best fried chicken, so why not donuts? I look at all the donuts in the cases and they seem like all the familiar ones. I order a dozen and just point to the ones I want. The even have bear claws. I got one of those just for me. Just look at the donuts--they're beautiful. Bright colors, creative toppings, great presentation. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Everything here feels like it's built for looks rather than taste. The whipped cream was thick, hard, and almost waxy--I was expecting something light, fluffy, and creamy. We tried several donuts, including the Boo-Berry, which didn't even compare to a basic cake donut from an average shop. The biggest red flag? Our 8-year-old granddaughter. She immediately picked the rainbow donut, got excited... and only ate about a third of it. That alone spoke volumes. It's rare for a kid that age to not finish a donut. The only one that was somewhat decent was the banana cream cheesecake--but even that didn't taste anything like cheesecake. It was barely passable, mainly because of the banana cream filling. Out of the four donuts we ordered, none were finished. Most had more than half left and ended up in the trash. Looking back, we probably should've taken the hint when we walked in and saw only one customer. Great concept and presentation, but the taste just doesn't match. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

As I entered the parking lot I witnessed a lady hanging out of the window of a car missing a rear bumper, cursing at a minivan that looked like it had recently been involved in a series of hit-and-run crimes. I'm unclear what occurred before I got there, but kept my head down and quickly parked and scurried inside. The entrance had cardboard on the ground laid out like some sort of Oscar the Grouch red carpet. There were two people sitting at the middle two tables with portable shopping carts filled with assorted belongings. Knead Donuts does sell beautifully crafted donuts, which would satisfy even the most critical sugar junkie, but with premium pricing attached to each donut, can't justify the money spent, for my needs.

Another great experience at KK. Today for Saint Patrick's day at Krispy Kreme they are flaunting…read morethe green and if you also flaunt the green, you receives hot sample of their original glaze. If you know me, this is my favorite doughnuts. Because it's St. Patty's day, they are offering their special green original Glazed doughnuts for a whopping $12 for 12 green original glazed doughnuts. However they did sell out but our girl Angie who was helping us quickly informed us of their substitutions. So we went with 4 Chocolate icing green doughnut, 4 of the green sugar doughnut and 4 of the original glazed doughnuts. It was still worth it for the $12 dozen. Any excuse or reason that Krispy Kreme gives me to go get a dozen, I am there.

Second time the "hot donuts now" light was on and got cold donuts. Ordered three hot donuts,…read moreserver didn't ask for my number for rewards, donuts were served in a supermarket-style container, like it was pulled out of the trash, not even a box with a closure. Just a disappointment. Hot donuts are a nice treat when they are hot. If hot donuts are not available, okay, turn the light off and no one's time is wasted. The server seemed okay, just sensed no desire to correct issues or provide basic customer service. Hard to tell if it's t's the server or the management. Time to find a new treat. :(
