Our server delivered great customer service throughout our dining experience but I didn't like that they automatically charge you 18% gratuity without properly communicating it. This was my 1st time dining here and I didn't know that, neither is it posted anywhere and our waitress didn't mention it either. I realized it when I asked for a printed receipt.
