First time customer here. Made an online order that was confirmed on June 18. It's now July 8 and the last status update on shipping was from Oklahoma City USPS distribution center on July 1. Now it's July 8. No updates or delivery. While I know this is somewhat on USPS, Knockaround shouldn't use a shipping service this poor. At least ship them first class or something more reliablle. I've been buying Knockaround sunglasses since 2017. When my eyes started getting bad last year, I bought prescription sunglasses from them as well. I've unfortunately had the frame crack on 2 pairs in the past year and they replaced them free of charge. Their customer service is honestly second to none. Gereme in specific is a rockstar. I've bought about 10 pairs of sunglasses and never had an issue, until recently. I placed an order got an email that my order was shipped with no tracking info in the email and the link provided lead to the web site and an error message displayed. I've tried calling and the recording says that my call is important to them only for 1 min later another recording says to email my issue and the call ended. I've emailed them to get a tracking number and have gotten a response in 3 days. Again big fan of their sunglasses and prices but the customer service needs to be upgraded. read more

I have to admit, I'm a sunglasses kinda guy. I love my Oakleys and my Ray-Bans, but after losing a couple of pairs over the years, I've become leery of losing them (especially after how much they cost). After 8 days and the order did not ship I had to send multiple emails and all they did was cancel my order and refund me. This is just bad business as there was no explanation or offer to make this right. I've bought a pair or two online from these guys before and the delivery is always fast being their local here in San Diego. I was contemplating on buying a new pair because I lost my other pair. I looked up the address and drove to their warehouse. TERRIBLE NON-RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I placed an order for $170 of Knockarounds. I had one pair (that I purchased through Amazon) and I liked them. NINE days later they have not even been processed. I have written to them six times and left five voice messages over the last six days and I have not received any response. The problem is that they were supposed to be delivered to the place where I was staying for two weeks. I was told they would be mailed the next day after ordering them. I've been a fan of this company for years. I own over a dozen pairs of knockarounds and have always been blown away by their customer service and quality of product. After my experience today, I knew I had to leave a review. I bought a pair of glasses in 2015 that I wore all the time. I recently scratched the lenses pretty badly. I emailed asking if they sold replacement lenses for their glasses. Instead of selling me lenses, they said that I could send the shades back, where they would fix them and send them back to me FOR FREE. I bought these glasses three years ago. Had the worst experience. My package was left in "preshipping" for almost a week I made multiple attempts to contact customer service and it took several days to hear back. I informed them to cancel my order before it shipped since it was taking so long and I didn't hear back until after it finally shipped and per the representative could no longer be cancelled. I ordered weeks in advance to be able to take on my vacation and they will be arriving while I am already gone and so they will be of no use. After reading many positive reviews, I decided to order a few pairs for my dad for Father's Day this past June. I must say, the quality is awesome and comparable to some of the more expensive brands out there. I bought my dad a few pairs of Ray Bans last year and they have both since bit the dust... we still have them laying around and my dad compared them to the Knocks... a few seconds later he threw the Ray Bans in the trash. After purchasing a few sunglasses between my spouse and I this last time I ordered the Mai Tais in candy pink. Received the turquoise. I e-mailed customer service and after a few e-mails back & forth & taking a photo along with the receipt that was sent to them per Frank Zendejas request. He emailed then asking for my order #.
