Best food I've had on this trip. And the staff are so attentive. You won't be disappointed!

My take out order of a small two meat - brisket combo and a slice of pie were all reasonably priced. All were good. Meat's smokey flavor stayed til the next day when I finished it on the road.The meat came with two slices of white bread and pickles. The blue berry pie was a full size . It is packed with crisp berries, and right amount of coulis. Crust is fine. Pie is sweet enough to my liking- homemade style. A friend from Jackson recommended Knotty Pine as we were staying in a rental home just outside of Victor. We were not disappointed! The service by Gabby our waitress was outstanding as were her food suggestions! I had the BBQ plate which was really quite good. One of our group had the trout on lentils which was unique and very good, also. I am in Jackson Hole & Targhee annually so I can't wait to go back to the Knotty Pine next year. A must go place to eat! The elegance of eating outside was no match to any other place we've eaten. The mussels in a garlic wine butter sauce was very good. It came with French bread for dipping. I had the fish and chips which was nicely battered cod, and my husband had the steak hoagie with French fries. The fries were skinny, homemade freshly cut and perfectly fried. Delicious. Just got back from my first trip to Idaho (and my first trip outside NY since February). I couldn't be happier that this adorable place was walking distance from our townhouse and that this was the first bar I had a cocktail inside since COVID. Adam the bartender is a gem--killer taste in music, pours a tasty and strong cocktail and charmingly put up with our wild gaggle of rowdy ladies with a wink and a smile. We didn't end up eating here, but had such a good time, we went back the second night to cause more mayhem. If you find yourself in Victor (and you should), please go visit Adam and the Knotty Pine. The food here was very good. I had the BBQ chicken, and it was moist with good flavor. The BBQ sauces available on the table were also tasty. Service was friendly and fast. Good food. Hubby had chicken with beans and coleslaw. Nothing but bones left . I had the large platter. There were three meaty ribs and two other meat choices. The food was really good and service amazing. Cold beers and other beverages to choose from. The only reason before having a second beverage was the storms were threatening us with rain and lightning. Worth a stop for sure!!! read more

Recommended by a local that worked at Grand Teton Brewing, this place did not disappoint! In fact, the ribs and baked beans are some of the best I've had. Very cool vibe inside. I can Imagine that outside of Covid, this place can be a really good time. We sat right next to the music stage inside. I ordered the ribs, Mac n cheese, and coleslaw. My wife also got the ribs, but very smartly got an order of their baked beans. I'm a bean lover, and these were some of the best I've had. If you make a visit to Victor, don't miss this place!!! This is the best BBQ in east Idaho (and probably west Wyoming as well)! They have a great beer selection, great atmosphere, and what you get is a good value for the price. During the summer months, there's nothing better than sitting among the trees outside, enjoying a beer and great BBQ with friends and family. I can only hope they don't start charging double as the snobbery from Jackson continues to pour into Driggs inflating the price of everything else! read more

I ordered a wedge salad for takeout and was shocked to see the food dumped into a box, no utensils, napkins, nada. lettuce was dry, tomatoes and bacon bits thrown into a box with a wedge of lettuce thrown on top. Very fun spot if you sit outside. Never been inside. The outside has a patio or a grass area and dogs ARE allowed. The service was wonderful! The food was not as good as expected but it was fine. The views and sitting in the gardens was very nice. Had hummingbirds flying by as we ate. Nice to sit with a glass of wine and just look around and enjoy the beauty. We had the basic two meat meal. Brisket was maybe a 4 out of 5. Sides were good. Service (by Keria) was good and attentive but no to intrusive. Overall it was a good dinner in a great setting. Would go again just to sit and drink a glass of wine while enjoying the scenery. read more

The waitress was nice. The margaritas were made with fresh squeezed orange juice-a bit perplexing. We ate the rack of baby back ribs- but they were not baby backs. If only they had been slow cooked the meat would have fallen off the bone. As it was we had to smother them in sauce which was ok. The Mac and cheese was bland and tasteless, Kraft would be an improvement. The baked beans were good. We are not returning and it was not worth the drive over Teton Pass. read more

This place is terrible. We waited a long time to get seated which was ok but then once sat we waited 1.5 hours for our food. When the food arrived it was terrible. The food was so heavily salted as to be tasteless and the burnt ends were 100 percent pure fat. The only decent food was the chicken sandwich. Terrible service with staff having a terrible attitude. They added 20 percent tip which was very underserved. Skip this place for sure. read more

We casually stopped in our way up to Jackson on a Wednesday afternoon. When we walked into this little country bar, we managed our expectations... We ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the large plate. We were pleasantly surprised by the portions that were placed on our table. This meal had us groovin to the classic music they had rollin. The chicken sandwich was juicy and packed with flavor, the bun added a perfect toasted texture. Now the large plate could feed a small army... the ribs could have been a bit more tender but the brisket reeled me back in. The burnt ends will make you wanna pull out an American flag and parade around the restaurant singin freedom! The Mac n cheese is something to call home to mama about. It is an amazing local place with many things offered on the menu from steak to burger and soup and salad. We tried the artichoke dip as an appetizer and it was nicely warm served with homemade chips. The bacon wrapped filet-mignon and ribeye steak were extremely delicious. Decades ago this was a burger joint, good for after skiing, but now it's a "supper club" which I accidentally went to not realizing it had changed. The food was way too pricey, but it might be an enjoyable hang out for folks who want a somewhat posh (rustic mountain posh) place to drink on a regular basis. In some ways it reminded me of community pubs in the UK. It seemed like a friendly place to drink. But since I don't drink, I'm not a great judge. I think a certain sort of well off drinker would like this as a haunt devoid of gawky things found in bars. read more

Great view, great atmosphere, great food, and great staff! We came on the Fourth of July, and despite how busy they were, we were seated immediately and the staff was very attentive.
