I ordered the special, a steak and onion sandwich, while my coworker order the Cuban. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious and devoured. There is nothing specifically unique here. The sandwiches just have good ingredients, cooked well, and the combinations were thought out by someone who understands flavor profiles. The only thing that was out of place was the price point was probably $5 more per sandwich than I would typically like to pay for lunch. The uncharted is worth it (pun) given the nearby options, but does make it a place I would look to have catered or as a planned spend, rather than a spur of the moment lunch. Service was good, and staff friendly. Look forward to sharing this place with others. Thanks for having us.

Not two minutes after I made my order I get a message stating the order is cancelled because they couldn't fulfill it. No other context. Maybe it was the timing? Maybe they were out of ingredients? Who knows, but not me! So I just moved on and got a sandwich elsewhere. I gave 2 stars as the menu does look good and there's a handful of 5 star reviews that lead me to believe they could be good, but only time will tell if I dare to try again.

I recently visited Knuckle Sandwich, a sandwich shop that's been on my Yelp radar for some time. The anticipation was high, and I must say, the sandwiches did not disappoint. The shop is spacious, and the fresh aroma of bread and ingredients hits you the moment you walk in. Their sandwiches are quite large, packed with fresh ingredients that tantalize the taste buds. I got the Philly Cheesesteak which if you see the type of cheesesteak it is and understand that then it does not disappoint. My wife got the hero sandwich which she liked as well. However, a small hiccup occurred at the cashier. She asked if I wanted chips and soda. Eager to support local businesses, I added sodas to our order. They have one of those fancy soda machines with 127 flavors, which sounds amazing in theory somehow they had like 10. I have never seen that in my life. Why push for soda and not give us a warning? We went with tea...I don't understand this was a letdown, especially considering the price. For two sandwiches and two drinks, the total neared $30, which felt a bit steep given the soda machine issue. Overall, Knuckle Sandwich is a great spot for sandwich lovers. Just be cautious with the drink options and pricing. I will say it's a 3.75 but I'll round up to 4. Wish it was a tad less expensive and they were more honest with the machine. Despite the minor setback, I'll definitely be back for those delicious sandwiches more often if it wasn't as pricey. read more

Been to Knuckle Sandwiches about 5 times now. Overall a great sandwich. First three times I had the Hero and it was great! I tried a meatball sub last week and it was just ok, good flavor and an awesome size for the price. The only bad thing I can say about the meatball sub is that it is WAY too big to be able to eat like a sandwich, more like a knife and fork kinda thing. Today my boss and I decided to get a couple of Hero's Togo. Wow what happened?! Bread was nearly stale, very tough. Don't get me wrong I know what good bread is... crunchy flakey on the outside but soft on the inside (I'm used to Amoroso kinda rolls not the stuff most westerns like). This was NOT that, it was horrible bread today. In general the sandwich was not what it has been in the past, just not as flavorful as the last three times we have had it. The sandwich seemed to be missing something. There was very little lettuce, a smattering of mayo that looked more like an afterthought, a couple of thin sliced onions (most of which were on the paper and not the sandwich) and two slices of tomato. There was plenty of ham but other than the pepperoni the other meats seemed to be missing. If this was anyone other than Knuckle Sandwich (and I KNOW that they can do a better job than this) I'd give this review only 1 star. But since I know how good their sandwiches CAN be I'm giving 3 stars. read more

The sandwiches are acceptable but it's hard to enjoy them when you are see TV screens spouting conspiratorial hate-filled nonsense. I don't need to Newsmax showing cartoons with CNN, BBC etc at a firing squad by Dear Leader 45 who can't accept he lost. Do customers really need to deal with politics at a sandwich shop? Can't your food stand on its own? The owner claims he is an just innocent bystander to what they program on their own TV's in their own establishment. Really? At least take responsibility for your actions. If you want to alienate 60% of your potential customer base that's on you. Just own your business strategy read more

Tonight my family I attempted to go to your location for our Shepherd fundraiser. I have visited your location before and was looking forward to trying something new. When we approached the doors there was a generic sign on the door stating they were having plumbing issues and needed to close early. While there, dealing with another issue, I saw the staff complete 3 online orders and take additional ones, without word of closing early. There were at least 2 of the staff not wearing mask. I am very disappointed by this experience, when we made mention of our fundraiser and they acted shocked and surprised. read more

My husband and i just tried Knuckle Sandwiches for the first time. We both had the Steak Sub. The sandwich loaded with steak, grilled onion, mushrooms and melted cheese on a 9 inch sub roll served with a dill pickle wedge. The sandwich was very tasty. We both agreed we would order it again. $10.40 ea. which is reasonable for that size sandwich. The place was clean with plenty of seating if you wish to eat in. the sandwiches at this location are really good. I love getting the one that has the beef on it. That was definitely the favorite one that I had. Me and my family ate about two or three different sandwiches as well but the one with the beef is definitely the one that I appreciated the most my son got extra cheese on his sandwich. I had a mixed experience. The food was decent, but I was quite disappointed with the portion size. I ordered a sub that cost $14, and it was small for the price. The roof was visibly dirty and added to an overall unpleasant dining atmosphere with the fans nearly rocking off the ceiling. Second time in. Greeted soon as I walked in, asked what the gentleman recommended. He was on point with everything I got the Dagwood. It was stacked higher then I was expecting. That's didn't stop me from destroying it however. Compliments to the chef and I commend these guys from branching off and making a name for themselves. She told me that I needn't wear a mask and was defensive and rude when I replied that I was actually disappointed that she wasn't masked. I was disappointed to see that my Schlotzkies was gone, but not for long! The previous owner/manager now has Knuckle Sandwich in its place. Same wonderful people working here. MUCH BETTER MENU! Only one soup a day but it's home made. Potato/pasta salad. Sandwiches are wonderful. Tried the steak today, highly recommended. I will be here more often then I was at Schlotzkies. read more
