This was our first time at Outta Bronx and we'll definitely be back! My husband ordered the Empire Steak and I tried a Chopped Cheese for the first time. It was absolutely delicious! We both got combo meals with fries + a drink and the shoestring fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. We also ordered the fried mushrooms, and they were some of the best we've had... perfectly breaded, crispy,l and served with a good ranch! Our oldest son got the shrimp and chips and our two younger boys split the kids chicken tenders and fries. The portions were so generous they couldn't even finish everything. The food was amazing, but what really stood out was the customer service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like regulars even though it was our very first visit. It's also super close to my husband's work, so we'll definitely be coming back often. With out a doubt, the best "Philly cheesesteak"sandwhich I have had here in Arizona. If you drive by and see this place, stop, get out and go in!! My boyfriend and I both ordered the Empire Steak, served with thick sliced beef, grilled bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, melted provolone and American cheese on a French baguette. The sandwich came out hot and fresh. I stopped in with some friends for a late lunch and will definitely be coming back! This was my first time trying a chopped cheese and it was quite tasty. Ordered online for pick up- the system they use doesn't have the option to customize your sandwich e.g. "no onions". I got the Southside which is supposed to be a corned beef sandwich, but what they gave me was a turkey sandwich with a tiny bit of corned beef. The taste is great, the sandwiches are super messy: too much mayo, too much Italian dressing, the bread is left soggy and you'll need quite a bit of napkins. Outta Bronx is a little restaurant that we decided to pick up sandwiches and take them home. When you walk in, the shop is small but they make the most of it with tables and chairs. They have a little cooler with individual slices of different cheesecakes and other cakes. We were greeted when we walked and and provided with recommendations and customer favorites. We decided to try the Empire Steak and the East Coast sandwiches with a side of 50/50 onion rings and French fries. The Empire Steak was really good and loaded with meat, cheese, onions and peppers. The bread was absolutely delicious. I decided it needed a little more so I added some jalapeños making it perfect. The East Coast was good. The pastrami was a little fatty but had great flavor. The other night my son was over and we had been talking about wings. That started the craving. I had heard of Outta Bronx and I've been eyeing their sandwiches so when I saw wings on the menu I was all about it. The delivery was pretty prompt and the wings were still hot and delicious. They were semi crispy which made it even better. I just ordered a bunch of food from here to try for the first time, and I just ate the best meatball sub I've ever had in my life and I'm from Philly originally. The service was prompt and friendly, and they're also open late. I work long hours so I often eat very late, so I'll definitely be frequently this spot. I'm definitely looking forward to trying more! Only suggestion is they should have different options available without going in (ie pizza fries without pepperoni or cheesesteaks other ways). read more

Food- fish n chips were mushy and salty and the chopped cheese sandwich was good but salty. The place opens at 11:00 and we're got there at 11:30 and it was locked. The owner was running late and was alone. He was nice and quickly got our order going. The place was totally empty and quiet the whole time we were there. There is a hookah place next door and the smell is strong in the restaurant. However, they had their politics right out in the open, written on a sticker, next to the register. Did we need to know their stance on Israel, Gaza, and Palestine??? We have no problem supporting good food and good people but we will not be preached to. You decide but we won't be back. read more

I had a decent sandwich at the Outta Bronx in Phoenix, so when I spotted an Outta Bronx storefront in Chandler, I had to give it a shot. I ordered the Black & White Club on baguette and was totally satisfied. This is a cold turkey and bacon sandwich, essentially. I opted to have the avocado on the side, since it can sometimes dull the other flavors of the fillings. The bread seemed über-fresh and they did not skimp on the mayonnaise, which is how I like my sandwiches dressed. Service was friendly and professional. Outta Bronx makes a rueben where the flavors are balanced. The corned beef is delicious. It is balanced by the sauerkraut and thousand island dressing in each bite.. I also had their onion rings. So my friend wanted to try this place I was familiar with the PHX location off McDowell Road. I wasn't impressed with the PHX location however I agreed to try the this location. Place smelled, order took 20min, order was WRONG and yet they had the nerve to argue. We are fairly easy going but they just SUCK! I could go on and Im sure when they are slow they probably due a decent job as the food isn't that intricate that it requires a highly skilled cook to execute this menu. FYI we ordered Jalapeno and upon receiving our food there wasn't any.....they said it was diced and added to the meat. Also menu reads 1000 island and they had Mayo all over my burger. read more
