Its really convenient to order online and schedule a pick up time thats what we did. Our order was ready for pickup 730am as scheduled went into the store and was a fast pick up and go. I dont really order pancakes cause im a rice guy but i tried something different. I got there omelet with macnut pancakes and their pancakes were soft and fluffy! Food was Ono! Will come again.

Ok it's been a while since we had Koa's so having this as our first food place to eat the morning after landing in Hawaii... CHEEHOO!!! It's in the shopping center across the parking lot from Juliez. We beat the rush... again. I dunno how we do it, but got parkin up front & had several tables open for 4 people. Seat yourselves. If you with a group, have 1 person order for everyone & the group sits down. If you don't you gonna loose out on seating. I got the Koa Moco with fried rice. Wifey got the 1 egg, podagee sausage & fried rice. Get choke food & was ono!! Jus like we remember. Service & food are always good. A Hui Hou!!

I absolutely love the Koa Pancake House and make it a point to visit at least a few times every trip to the island, especially when I'm staying at Aulani, the Disney Resort in the Kapolei area. Everything about this place is AMAZING, and it's the perfect spot for a morning breakfast. I really enjoy the corned beef hash, Spam, and their pancakes especially the banana pancake is my personal favorite. The staff are incredibly friendly, and I always enjoy my fresh cup of coffee with my meal. Staff are very fast and efficient if you're in a rush, but I usually like to stick around, relax, and enjoy my coffee while taking in the breakfast. It's such great way to start the day and delicious start to the day, and I can't recommend it enough!

I was craving pancakes and wanted local food (and prices) but so we decided to venture over from the resorts. We arrived around 10:30 on a Tuesday and it was pretty busy, but we were able to find a table and peruse the menu until we were ready to order at the counter. We ordered: - Chunky Monkey Full Stack Pancakes -- big portion with a heap of whipped cream on the top. There were plenty of chocolate chips, and they were high quality. Also a good amount of bananas and mac nuts. - Vinha D'Alhos Breakfast Burrito -- really good flavor but a little small. - Breakfast Plate with Portuguese Sausage, Scrambled Eggs and Pancakes -- big portions and the sausage had good flavor. They forgot to bring the short stack but apologized when we reminded them. Total was $51 including tip and drinks. The fried rice looked really good. Next time I want to try that. Only downside is the Diet Pepsi. The interior is nothing special but is clean and decorated with some local art.

Koa pancake house who is delicious. I had the blueberry pancakes and the person I was with had the Ube pancakes plus drink drinks very well priced. Customer service you walk up to the counter you place your order and they bring it out to you. Ambience is average plenty of seating

Sunday morning, breakfast at Koa Pancake House Kapolei. It wasn't busy yet, we ordered the Bacon and Eggs over Fried Rice. With a side of Sweetbread French toast. Delicious . Dining room still had some seats left but we took it out. The ladies at the counter were as always on point service was fast, friendly, and accommodating. Be advised Koa Pancake House Kapolei is Now Only taking Credit or Debit Cards as payment. Nope they will no longer accept Cash!

I could hardly wait to eat this burrito part of the reason you only see one half. This burrito is very filling with eggs, potatoes, cheese, and ham bits. Served with sour cream and salsa on the side. Perfect breakfast. The restaurant has seating in the inside and benches outside for extra seating.

    Yummy!!!

Inside the small restaurant is just your basic set up, but it's nice and cozy and it's packed so you know the food's gonna be good. The service was excellent young lady at the counter was very initiative and helpful with the menu. The food was made as I ordered it and if you're out visiting, this is a quick spot for a really good breakfast with local favorites. FYI-they are cashless here

Stopped by Koa Pancake House for brunch and had a really great experience. I ordered the Chunk Monkey pancakes, and they were fluffy, soft, and very filling. The sweetness was just right and not overpowering, making them easy to enjoy all the way through. The portion size was generous and felt like a great value for the price. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and cheerful, with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It is not a fancy spot since they use paper plates and plastic utensils, but it actually fits the casual, comfortable vibe and makes it feel easygoing and approachable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, greeting us with smiles and making sure everything was going well. My family also ordered the eggs Benedict and French toast, and both came in large portions. The dishes looked very appealing and tasted just as good, making it a solid choice for groups with different brunch preferences. Overall, Koa Pancake House delivers big portions, good prices, and consistently satisfying food in a happy, laid back environment. I would definitely come back again.

I ordered takeout from Koa Pancake House and was really looking forward to a comforting meal. Unfortunately, when I got home, most of the food was burnt. Such a letdown. I honestly would have gladly waited a little longer if it meant the food wasn't overcooked. The only thing that turned out well were the pancakes

We got the Koa moco and vinha d'alhos moco plates. Koa: this was a corned beef hash + hamburger combo over a fried rice (extra), with scrambled eggs. Great value for $17! The fried rice was fine, nothing special. I'd probably skip it and just get regular rice. The corned beef hash was awesome and very flavorful. The patty was hefty, but under salted. I'd probably just get beef hash next time. Vinha: for me, the pork was slightly sour, but that's just what vinha is. I personally wasn't expecting that. The build a mocos are great value and can easily feed two people.

The GOOD: unlimited steamed lobster, snow crab, fresh poke, oysters, decent service, and lovely live music. The BAD/AVERAGE: - We were told that some of their ceiling fans weren't working so it gets pretty hot if you're seated by the pool/live music area. Our table also rocked back and forth throughout the meal. It's starting to feel outdated. -There were flies around some of food -The prime rib was the driest/overcooked I've ever had at a buffet, and the lechon was mostly dry as well with some parts were hard crispy. -Compared to previous visits, there was no sashimi station or steamed dim sum, which was a huge disappointment, especially since they had already done away with the pan-grilled lobster. -For the cooked/hot dishes, there were egg foo yung, stir fried veggies, one chicken dish, one lamb dish, and noe pasta. Also were average taste, and just very limited options compared to other brunch/lunch buffets! -There was also a whole cooked fish sitting on the opposite side of the buffet, away from the seafood station, with no label at all. It was completely untouched the entire time we were there, which honestly said a lot. -The ramen bar is a cool concept, but the broths don't taste good and had odd topping choices. -The dessert selection felt limited, and the vanilla ice cream had a strange texture that fell apart instead of being creamy. What frustrates us the most is that the price continues to increase (3-4 times), yet nothing really stood out or added to justify it. If anything, it feels like there are fewer options than before. We've been coming here since the good old days too and it's apparent that it's not as amazing as before. The unlimited lobster is really the only thing that sets this buffet apart, and while I understand you won't find that at most other buffets, it's still hard to justify $135 per person for the overall experience we had. We won't be coming back.

(Im overdue with the review so forgot what pizza it exactly was) but i remember this was good. It was in the happy hour menu is all i can remember. - wings but unsure about the goat cheese dip. I prefer plain ranch - the kids pasta was good. Well, one kiddo loved it while the other didn't. So it depends on preferences on this one. I will say i did taste it and it was meh... - another kiddo got the shoyu noodles and its plain. So if you got a simple palate plain jane child, they will like this one. For drinks, it depends on taste and preferences. I was bummed on this one. Mainly looking fwd to the drinks and it didn't satisfy my tastebuds. It was too twisted, fusion, modified etc. i prefer a mai tai a plain old fashioned mai tai without the fixings. The orange foam was too strong it overwhelmed the dark rum im used to and prefer. So i decided to try the ube rey instead which was much better but still not as much to my liking/preferences. Went back to Aulani a but bummed and decided to get another at Aulani the next day instead and I will say, i liked it better as it followed the more traditional way of making it. So if you prefer traditional ways, this may not be for you and if planning to drink, simply keep with the simplier generic drinks, wine or beer. If you prefer to try different ways and flavors, then you will love this. Service was great and our server was attentive at all times. Thank you. Ambiance was good but outdoor seating may be a bit of a nuance due to flies swarming around you often. The swinging table fan helps but are still annoying plus the tropical heat also didn't help.
