    Dragon roll...

Good service and being this is the first time I have been here, I really liked it. Role was just a tad bit on the small side, but I ended up being full with no leftovers which is probably a good thing.

Surprisingly excellent sushi! Really loved the - 1962 roll (tuna and seared steak) - snow mountain roll (with tuna instead of crab sticks) - Godzilla roll Definitely will be back - highly recommended!

Amazing sushi! The Spicy California Roll, Spicy Tuna, Oregon Roll, Philly Roll, and Shrimp Tempura Roll! All were fab!

Sweet potato tempura roll, yellow tail and blue fin nigiri.

Staying nearby and craving some sushi, so we called in an order to-go. Ordered 3 rolls and two nigiri. I ordered one roll special, adding cream cheese to my avocado, and asking for eel sauce on the side. All other orders were as they come. Our order was ready early, and luckily my husband checked to make sure the sauce side was included...cuz it was not. Everything was good, average sized rolls with slightly above average amounts of fillings. I'd say some of the sweet potato tasted ever-so-slightly undercooked, could've been a bit softer, but still tasted great. No complaints about the taste of anything at all, fresh ingredients and good presentation. We wouldn't hesitate to return when in town.

Shrimp Yakasoba to go. It was ready for pickup when I arrived, and hot temp. Full of medium sz shrimp maybe a dozen? Only went in for pickup but the place was full families eating together., and the parking was full, that's a sign of good. !

The sake flight was also tasty and fun. My partner found the matcha ipa to be unexpectedly good. The menu could be easier to read though! Inconsistent formatting and usage of pictures. Skip the croquettes though, these were bland deep fried breaded mashed potatoes that seems like they'd been heated from frozen mass produced. TLDR: Ramen AMAZING, croquettes meh.

The vegan and GF choices here were actually exciting. My friends ordered the vegan Khao Soi and the Kati noodle soups, and both were full, thoughtful dishes, not afterthoughts. It made dinner so much easier and way more enjoyable for our whole group. This isn't a traditional ramen shop, but my husband's black garlic chintan was every bit as satisfying as some of our favorite ramen spots back in the Bay. Rich, comforting, and absolutely worth ordering at $19 for a hearty bowl. (The others were slightly pricier at $24 a pop) That said, the star of the night was my spicy shrimp ramen. Easily. The broth reminded me of a laksa base with a deep, layered flavor heavy with aromatics and umami. The shrimp on top were excellent in their own right, perfectly seared, well-seasoned, and not just a garnish pretending to matter. I also want to give the ramen eggs a shout out. I can't believe how many places get this wrong. These beauties were perfectly marinated and served warm. It's one of my biggest pet peeves to have an ice cold ramen egg dropped into my hot soup and I appreciate the consideration given to addressing this common faux pas. Fast service, a beautiful outdoor patio with a great view, and food that genuinely impressed all of us. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
