We love this beautiful cabin so very much!!! It is always clean, comfortable & truly warm & inviting. Makes you feel like you are home, which is why it's so hard to leave. The backyard is serene and love laying in the hammocks just breathing in the fresh air. We love that our fur baby is welcome just as much as we are. The welcome basket with yummy snacks is such a kind and thoughtful touch. No need to pack a bunch of unnecessary kitchen ware as they have everything you may need. The grill and spacious deck are perfect for enjoying a nice home cooked meal or romantic dinner taking in the beautiful pine surroundings. Whether it's a walk through the quiet beautiful neighborhood, snuggled up reading a good book on the couch in front of the fireplace, or relaxing after a day of hiking/fishing in the jacuzzi tub...if serenity is what you are looking for, it is definitely here. Guy & Dixie take pride in their home, no question about it. They make you feel like like an extended family member not just a paying customer. In the past 6 months I have stayed 8 times in 4 different cabins in Greer and Pinetop. The night before a weekend getaway I received a call from one location stating that they needed to rescheduled/cancel my stay due to a water pipe that broke. At 1 AM Friday I took a chance and contacted Guy with Kobey's Cozy Cabin. I made a reservation for the same day. It took some doing to get all the paperwork completed while traveling to this location. I was extremely concern as I like my getaways to be awesome and without any unpleasant surprises. Guy assured me that the place was would suite my taste. From the moment I arrived the stress of not knowing what to expect was lifted. I entered the cabin and was overjoyed with the place. I went to the downstairs bedroom and dropped off my bag I had assumed this over size bedroom was the master bedroom. Then I went upstairs and found the master Bedroom I could not have been more pleased. I could not find one thing I did not like about this place. Guy made things very easy for a last minute reservation. I would recommend this property for a small family getaway. And I will be staying at this location again. read more

We had a lovely stay at this Kozey Cabin in Pinetop! Super comfy, excellent location to town and nearby activities, this home is suited for all to enjoy, whether you have a group or just a couple and the doggie, (which was my group!) The home has a nice front and side porch to sit and play games, have a glass of wine or coffee, and there is plenty of room for your pup for outside. Two huge hammocks and a sitting area in the back yard, with an open lot and good green space surrounding you. Stairs on both porches, to note. The master bedroom upstairs was not used, but perfect for guests for their own space and privacy. Bunks for the kiddos, and we used the guest room as our master on the first floor with our dog who does not do stairs. Come stay and play, and have a great host, we were very happy and content. Relaxing Summer Retreat We had a 3-month adventure at the Magnolia Mountain Cottage. Getting away from the heat of Goodyear AZ and enjoying the ambience of Prescott was delightful. Our hosts (Guy and Dixie) were very helpful when we had questions about finding places of interest. Carol and I enjoyed many adventures having lunch and take out from various eatery's in Prescott and the surrounding area. Our dog Missy enjoyed the walks to see all the wild life including 5+ deer and several verities of birds. Most of all we all enjoyed the cool mornings and nights of July, August, and September. We stayed at the Cave Creek Spa House and had a fantastic time. The inside of the house was beautiful and the outdoor seating, amenities and pool were phenomenal. We used the hibachi grill every morning and night to cook up meals. It was not only convenient, but a lot of fun. We're in Az from the east coast on an annual golf trip and have been doing it for 21 years. This was the best place we've stayed, Several golf courses within 15 minutes of the house. We were set in the mountains and each night actually had a cool breeze, which was welcome in July. Guy gave us everything we needed, provided plenty of useful information, and guided us through arrival and departure. We will definitely be in touch with Guy for year 22. read more

We loved staying at the cottage in Prescott! It was cozy and had the proximity to town we were looking for, while also feeling like we were out further in the trees. We found the family to be charming and easy to work with and the place had all the amenities we could have needed. Especially fun for our family was the old albums and record player! We happen to be a crew with teens who appreciate these types of old albums and the older music they had in their selection so we got a lot of use out of it, and even found some more albums in the antique stores in town that we came home and played one night. The patio and also the little deck were nice for sitting with coffee in the mornings. We'll definitely be back! read more

My two daughters and I spent 2 nights at this wonderful place and we will be coming back for sure. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. From the welcoming cozy aesthetics, spacious area, workout room, beautiful balcony views, amazing record player, feeding and playing with chickens, great conversations with the hosts. I mean it was worth the visit alone just for the cabin. The cabin in very close to downtown and outdoor adventures. It was so nice in fact, it was difficult to want to leave. I highly recommend staying here for a great getaway by yourselves, couples retreat, or family fun. Thank you for allowing my family to stay here. Awesome location and awesome hosts! This beautiful little guest house was stocked with everything (and more) we needed for a wonderful stay. My family and I were greeted by Dixie with fresh eggs upon our arrival, which was a first! We had never stayed at a guest house before, and I have to admit, I was a little concerned about privacy. No issue at all! Guy and Dixie were very conscientious hosts and we found ourselves looking forward to crossing paths with them. We had some great chats with with them, in the patio. They offered up suggestions of things to do and places to go in the Prescott area. We will be planning another trip to Magnolia Mountains! read more

Kobey's Cozy Cabin is a great place to stay. We were welcomed with a gift basket full of snacks along with a very clean cozy home to walk into. It's also a great place for dogs because of the large, fenced in yard. The master bed is one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in, away from home. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and very nice and comfortable patio furniture. We ate every meal outside on the side deck. I highly recommend this cabin, located in a beautiful neighborhood. It is really close to my favorite hiking trail (Mt Baldy #94), plus close to the Hon-Dah Casino if that's what you enjoy! read more

We had a wonderful spring vacation at the Cave Creek Spa Home and Golf Retreat. The house was a nice size for two families, including four kids. The pool was fantastic, we enjoyed using the teppanyaki grill for morning pancakes and afternoon BBQs, the outdoor fireplace was fun at night, and the sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop deck were amazing. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. Proximity to grocery store (Walmart) was helpful in keeping our fridge and pantry stocked. Many fun family-friendly activities in the area (we rented a car). Overall, we had a wonderful vacation! read more

My family, friends, and I stayed at the sky lounge resort and we couldn't be any happier. The cabin was big enough and spacious. Having the theater room and game room was definitely a plus. Unfortunately there wasn't any snow when we went in early January but that didn't stop us from having a great time! We ran into some car issues and Guy was very understanding and helpful and allowed us to stay in his drive away when we had to departure, that was very heart warning. This cabin is perfect when your going with a big group, and it's so clean and neat we loved it!! read more

Guy and Dixie's Paradise Valley Oasis was the perfect place to house a large group of people with plenty of space for sleeping all of us comfortably.The directions provided made check in and check out very easy. The home location was a short Uber to the airport, downtown Scottsdale and many golf courses in the area. Our favorite part was the amount of space in the patio and pool areas (where the majority of out time was spent). If the trip is planned again for next year, this location will definitely be the first option. read more

I stay in vacation rentals often and it doesn't get any better than this one. The rental was clean and if something I needed wasn't there, Dixie offered me anything from her kitchen I might need including her bigger oven! They were close by if needed, but never in the way. This is how a vacation rental is supposed to be, perfect location, perfect hosts, perfect guest house. I just might come back to Prescott more often, just to stay again at this wonderful rental. Great location and great cabin. We are a family of 4 (plus a dog) and the house suited us perfectly for a 4-day getaway. Great location just outside of Pinetop in the Pinetop Country Club area... close to activities for us such as hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Neighborhood was nice and quiet (and gated). House was well kept, well stocked with the necessities, and there was even a gift basket for us upon arrival :) We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pinetop. read more

Lovely, roomy cabin which is very well equipped for a stay in the mountains. A very nice welcome basket with all kinds of little goodies as well as a well stocked kitchen and the items necessary in all rooms of the cabin. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking a walk or sitting at the cabin on one of the porches, enjoying the amazing weather! We had dogs with us and they were able to roam free in the backyard which was very nice for us. It was an awesome experience! read more

We stayed at Kobey's Cabin for three nights in May. The cabin was very spacious and well taken care of. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard and also the many hiking trails just across the street from the community. Everything was very clean and in working order. The gift basket was a nice touch and came in handy when we didn't feel like going out for snacks. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Pinetop. read more

We stayed at Kobey's wonderful Spa Desert home in Cave Creek, AZ- and it did not disappoint!! We drove with a couple close friends to work remote from their home, it was an absolute dream. The landscaping is beautiful and the home has plenty of room. There were 7 of us total for a week, we didn't want to leave!
