The worst experience I've ever had with a supplier. We ordered 3 sets of French doors as well as two large windows. The seal on almost every pane of double glass was faulty and needed to be replaced. It took well over a year and dozens of calls (their voicemail is always full) for them to finally send someone to replace the panes. The installer has come every other day with no notice and regard to our schedule. When he doesn't show up, I have to call Kobi and waste 20 mins on the phone to only be promised that he'll come tomorrow and finish the job. He still has at least two days of work remaining to finish replacing and clean the excess glazing. It's a complete mess. I wish I paid more attention to where our contractor sourced these. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid them at all costs. read more

Went to this place. First meeting was ok. Everything was explained but I felt very rushed. Then my architect left THREE messages over a week time period of which None of them were returned. So I called. The response was "we are busy with people in our store". REALLY?? The woman then got the owner, Kobi himself, on the phone to talk with my architect. She asked him some questions at which one point Kobi said "we are speaking different languages" and then HUNG UP ON HER. I was sitting right there and she was being Very friendly in her questions.
