I recently purchased doors and hardware from this company, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Levik and Vahan were sales guys who worked on my project, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were on time, worked efficiently, and treated my purchase with great care. Not to mention great pricing and Both were friendly, respectful, and clearly knew their stuff. They even took the time to explain how everything works. It's rare these days to find a team that cares with such professionalism and courtesy. I highly recommend this company -- and if you get Levik and Vahan on your job, you're in excellent hands! read more

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Kobi Windows and Doors! From start to finish, everything was easy and stress-free. My salesperson, Levik, was absolutely wonderful. As a woman shopping on my own for new windows for our entire house, I was nervous going in -- but Levik immediately put me at ease. He explained everything clearly, went over all the pricing, and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I had gotten several estimates from other companies, and Kobi's prices were by far the best -- plus their customer service is unmatched. Even after I placed my order, I changed my mind about something later that day, and they got back to me right away and updated my order without any hassle. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and honestly, painless. Great service, great prices, great people. Highly recommend Kobi Windows and Doors! read more

This 5 star review for Kobi Windows & Doors is solely because of the excellent customer service by Mr Levik. He was patient (extremely), knowledgeable and solution oriented. We had considered various companies who could fabricate the doors we wanted but we chose this firm only because of the great interaction with Mr Levik who he exceeded our expectations. In particular his attention to detail, responsiveness and professionalism are second to none and we feel any one working with him would be in great hands. Kobi Doors is extremely lucky to have Mr Levik as a model associate. read more

Run for your life. I wish I could turn back time and never did anything with this company. Left my building with unsealed windows and doors, unfinished work, never show up to fix anything. We are now tearing it all out and going with a different company. I'm not sure if it's the contractor or this company, but by the looks of there other reviews I would bet it's them. DO NOT GET WORK DONE WITH THESE GUYS. read more

The worst experience I've ever had with a supplier. We ordered 3 sets of French doors as well as two large windows. The seal on almost every pane of double glass was faulty and needed to be replaced. It took well over a year and dozens of calls (their voicemail is always full) for them to finally send someone to replace the panes. The installer has come every other day with no notice and regard to our schedule. When he doesn't show up, I have to call Kobi and waste 20 mins on the phone to only be promised that he'll come tomorrow and finish the job. He still has at least two days of work remaining to finish replacing and clean the excess glazing. It's a complete mess. I wish I paid more attention to where our contractor sourced these. Don't make the same mistake. Avoid them at all costs. read more

I've been working with Joni's windows for many years and its the best service and quality you can find.

We purchased a house and they all had single pane windows that were in bad condition. We called couple of places and decided to go with Kobi windows. We needed 23 new windows and 6 doors. Mina helped us choose and showed us different options with no pressure. We got price for 3 different options and differences in products. We decided to get Windsor. Our contractor installed everything and it looks just how we wanted! read more

Kobi windows and doors was able to accommodate my difficult issue with having to store the windows for a year at no storage fee as they understood my problems. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm a licensed contractor and wanted to buy several doors from this store. A nice sales person, Levik, helped me to finalise my order and at the end he suggested I talk to Kobi, the owner, and I did. But, when I got to Kobi's Office, he told me he doesn't want to sell to me and he said go get your order from somewhere else. I was shocked since I didn't even start talking to him. I encountered the worst racist person in my life refusing providing me services. read more

Walked in to get information on garage doors and was yelled at by an angry, grizzled "sales rep" who argued with me after every question I asked. I felt like I was in an SNL skit. Avoid this place. read more

Kobi, you and the group of people you hired, deserve this review, each and everyone of you, one by one! I am joining a wide group of innocent victims who were "burned" and treated badly by this amateur and most unprofessional business you own. To everyone else who reads this: As a good and honest client , I purchased all the doors, windows and wood paneling for my house. This group of people (staff and ownership alike) did a great job in making me loose all the excitement I had as well as all the joy one deserves to have when Remodelling their dream home.they are rude, bad customer service, unprofessional staff, not responding to phone calls/ emails, ignoring valid complaints, hangs up the phone on clients and on and on. It's been over 6 months of a nightmare dealing with this business. I hope this business will finally listen to what people say about them and improve rather than then making fun of honest paying clients. read more

Went to this place. First meeting was ok. Everything was explained but I felt very rushed. Then my architect left THREE messages over a week time period of which None of them were returned. So I called. The response was "we are busy with people in our store". REALLY?? The woman then got the owner, Kobi himself, on the phone to talk with my architect. She asked him some questions at which one point Kobi said "we are speaking different languages" and then HUNG UP ON HER. I was sitting right there and she was being Very friendly in her questions. Needless to say, we will be taking our business Elsewhere. Personally, if you have read this review and use them, you get whatever comes your way!!! And know that there are PLENTY of other Door and Window places around!!! read more
