I wanted to obtain a quote from this company after reading solid reviews on Yelp. The first several times I called, the line was busy. Are we in 1985? The next day, I was able to reach Benny. I directed him to a photo of a door I found on their website that appealed to me and he texted me a photo of a similar one he had in stock. I made it clear that I was interested and didn't get a return text. I called several times over the next few days, and twice, Benny answered and said he would call me back but never did. The other times, the line was busy. I finally nailed Benny down a couple days later and reminded him of the door I was interested in. I usually only do food reviews but I had a good experience and that should be rewarded. Needed a giant custom French door. Found these guys on Craigslist. Got a response within a half hour. Stopped by and saw their big selection. A lot of custom work was being done on-site so I felt confident. Was helped by Armen who at least sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He was very helpful and talked us through the pros and cons of different wood options and considerations for size and side glass. I paid a deposit and was told it would be ready within two weeks. I figured I'll see my doors in about a month after some prodding. Nope! On day 14, with no follow up from me, Armen called and told me that my doors were ready for pick up and to bring a small army to lift it out. He also offered the services of a mover whose rates were very reasonable. 4 guys and a u-hail rental later, got the giant beast to the build site. I'll try to remember to post some photos once it is installed. Basically if you need some good solid wood windows or doors, and especially if you need custom work on a budget, this is a good spot to consider. read more

Wayfair: $2K for single 36" doors Home Depot: $1500 for single doors with poor reviews of holes and cracks! Lowes was very similar. I got to this place and for my surprice i felt that the guys working there had no intention on helping me. May be they thought i was not serious about buying. I dont really know. We bought what we thought were going to be beautiful double doors last year. Our contractor, at the time, picked up the door and delivered it for us. Because we didn't pick it up we did not have the chance to inspect it. Fast forward to now, we have a new contractor and we finally got the door installed (contractor issues, COVID issues, etc). Now that it's installed, I can see how poorly it was put together. 1. Mismatch in color: They didn't even try to match the wood so that both sides looked consistent/matched each other. I get that it's wood, and the color can vary, but it was bad enough where even our new contractor was like "who made you door? Why is the color so off?" 2. Light and air coming through the door (NOT where the door opens... no no... I'm talking in the MIDDLE of the door): The door has space/cracks between the panels. It's not a crack from something hitting it or it breaking. They literally glued on the panels over open space and didn't measure it out right so now light and outside air is coming through our door... in 2 different places. See pictures. 3. Uneven panels: the spaces between the panels are not evenly spaced. I'm not talking millimeters off... I'm talking half an inch off.. which also throws off the alignment of the panels with the other door. There's more, but I think there's enough here to get my point across. With that said, if you still decide to order from here, just make sure to really inspect the door before it gets delivered or before you load your truck and pay the full invoice. They can send you a picture of the door, but DONT rely on it. Go in person and look at the door so that they can fix it the way it's supposed to be before they take your money. You cannot inspect it thoroughly through a photo (I couldn't anyway). The reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because I should have taken the extra step to thoroughly inspect it before delivery. It was my fault for trusting them and assuming it would be done right. read more
