Do not take your vehicle to this dealership. They are absolutely terrible. They left the oil cap sitting on top the engine after they supposidly did an oil change. Charged me for a tire rotation they did not do and charged me for brake parts I did not need after mis-diagnosing the problem. Our Experience with Koepp service department was FAR from being good. Our 2025 Chevrolet truck went down due to a anti theft issue so we called Koepp to come out and tow it back to the dealership for repairs. Before making this decision we asked how long it would take for them to get to our truck for service since my husband uses this truck for work. The manager said they could get to it right away or atleast within then next 2 to 3 days. Well after our truck arrived to the lot, over night we get a a call from the La Vernia Police dept that the truck lights were left on. So my husband had to get out of bed and drive to the dealership just to shut off the lights to the truck since Koepp failed to do so. THEN, the next day we had to call them to see when they would possibly start working on the truck and have it finished so we could continue operating our business. Then it became a comedy of excuses. "Cant get to the truck for atleast two weeks" they said. At this point we decided to go ahead and eat the expense of the tow fees and haul it again over to another dealership "Covert Chevrolet" in Bastrop were we purchased it because they said they could get to right away. This is were I really get angry and disappointed, Koepp asked us to pay the towing bill in the amount of $327.17 in order to release the vehicle to Covert which we had NO problem doing. With multiple times they would send us a link by email and by Text, it was obvious they were having system issues. So instead of admitting there is a problem on their side the service lady (Jessica) insist on raising her voice and arguing with me in addition to having a very hard stance on our card being declined like we are some kind of dead beats,, AND to add insult to injury she is saying this ALL in front of the next tow truck driver picking up our truck to take it to COVERT. The Covert driver then calls the service dept over at Covert and tells them that our card was declined twice causing unnecassary drama... Jessica with the service department at Koepp was very rude and highly insulting and should NOT be in a customer service business. I have owned and operated a business for over 29 years and treating your clients with such disrespect will ruin your business referrals and customer base. I dont think that is a mistake a small town dealership can afford. Well I assure you, we are NOT DEAD BEATS. She Finally takes my card over the phone and puts it in manually and APPROVED it was. Same card, same account. SOOOO I told her to make SURE she goes and tells the NEW tow truck driver from COVERT Chevrolet that it was indeed THEIR system issue and GUESS WHAT? SHE never did.. No apology, Nothing.. I rate this dealership an abslute 0. I took my new truck in for its first oil change and tire rotation. I checked the truck when i got home and found the tire not rotated and the tire were not aired up too. called and spoke with the service manger and he denied anything. finding out this was not the service manager after all. The service manager had quit. So i did not trust them I took it to a other gm deale and had them check and found out the oil had not been changed so i had them provide the service needed. Contacted the owner and president of the dealer ship and he said he would check and get back with us and he would send us a check for what we had to pay since the first oil change was covered from GMC . The Koepp Chevy dealership is the WORST place filled with thieves and crook employees. Normally I don't give bad reviews. I give the beniefit of the doubt, but they had too many chances. I bought my car there 5 months ago and everyday since then I've had problems with the employees. Scratches that we were told would be repaired before the purchase were "fixed" and now I took it in to be repaired and just got my car back 3 weeks later. Jason the "manager" was never in the office conveniently when I got a flat tire in my first courtesy vechile (that had no spare tire) and then the next vechile had swarms of ants and broken blinkers. And lastly...when I returned the first rental I left a pair of boots and a full tackle box (I know probably my fault).. but when I went back to get it they said my boots were in the office, but the tackle box was separate and "locked in the mechanics office" and it would "be back" to the office around noon. ?? Excuse me what does that mean? So I get it back and open it to make sure it was all there. Someone went through it, scratched the paint off the top that had names and dates of the gift. Then I call Jason..again and I was told no one opened it.. then oh someone did but they didn't move anything.. (oh wait I'm getting caught in my lie) someone had taken it home because they thought it was a trade in and someone left it. SOMEONE WENT THROUGH MY BELONGINGS AND TOOK THEM HOME. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. Also I called Mr. Koepp weeks ago to get this taken care of and I got no return call from him. This is the only dealership in La Vernia and I would rather drive across Texas than ever do business with them again. read more

Reluctantly brought my truck here for a quick recall fix, I'm hoping the service department did better than the service agents because they are in great need of training as far as customer service. I came in and told him what I was here for. I had an appointment was here 20 minutes early and after the gentleman had looked at everything I asked to confirm what I was told if it would take approximately 30 minutes. He looked at me like I was the dumbest person on earth for inconveniencing him after I had walked in he didn't say anything no greeting no nothing and say well I don't know. So I'll wait in the waiting room for my vehicle a female now comes in handy my keys and tells me thank you I'm done, but it's not it tell me where the truck is. I go out to look for it and it's like an Easter egg hunt on Sunday morning to walking around the property looking for my truck. Before I found it, I did pop my head back into the service and found the mail sitting there on the phone who again gave me a disgusted look like I was, interrupting his very important day. I highly suggest taking your vehicle somewhere they actually care about you. I don't need to be but kids or anything of that nature just a little common decency would be nice.!!! read more

Over all good experience. Was able to go in to look at truck I wanted no trouble. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Jason was our sales/manager and was very polite easy going and on point with everything. Offered solutions to us which helped since we were buying used vehicle. Decent dealership. Priced about average. Very polite welcoming service staff. Sales staff seems very standoffish...which works for me, but they never even asked if I needed anything or had questions. I am super busy with work and I was dreading having to drop off my vehicle because I had no clue how long it would take or if I would even be able to take my car home that day. I called the dealership and the sweet lady in service quickly scheduled me the next day and I had my car back within a few hours. It was so wonderful not having to wait in line and it was even more wonderful that the dealership is on my way to work! Update* Took new car back in to fix broken lift gate after a week. They kept it for another week and didn't fix anything, said it was fine now. They also allowed someone to run my new car into another vehicle or wall. I literally just paid for and installed a bull bar on the front and they smashed it in to the bumper and dented it. That takes a lot of force. Blake acted like he didn't know what happened. I had to provide dated pictures from the day before I dropped it off showing that I didn't buy and install the bull bar wrecked. (eyerolls)They fought me and offered to "split" the cost of the damage. Lucky I was 40 mins away at the time. They paid me for the entire damage, but that was the 3rd trip out there on my dime. I also then had to pay $450 dollars to have the lift gate fixed and another $500 dollars for the sun roof to be totally redone as it was internally completely broken and leaked all over ruining the interior within a month. Should have known when it was always parked in a covered spot on the lot. Also, found out a year later, I paid cash for this car, that they put the registration in their name and I, in Colorado had to fight the state to register it, as it somehow didn't belong to me. Just drive to SA and go to a real dealer. You will get what you pay for it you opt for conveinence. read more
