Despite multiple visits to both a chiropractor and an acupuncturist, nothing seemed to alleviate the pain or make it even slightly more bearable. It wasn't until I visited Debi that I found real relief. She immediately noticed how tight my hips were and pinpointed issues in my posture that I hadn't even mentioned. The work on my back was okay at first, but as the session continued, it felt like there was little to no technique involved. Overall, it seemed more like rubbing than an actual massage. I've had many massages throughout my life, and I can tell the difference between a therapist who is experienced and one who is not. My back and shoulders were not massaged with proper technique, and there was very little attention given to my feet, arms, forearms, and hands. To make matters worse, when the session ended, I chose not to leave a tip because I did not feel I received the service I paid for. As I was leaving, the therapist watched me from the doorway and asked why I hadn't tipped. That interaction made an already disappointing experience even more uncomfortable. Tips should reflect the quality of service, and I don't think it's appropriate to question a customer about not leaving one. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
