The only thing is that he seems to only treat one condition at a time - that is, I've been seeing him for my back, but I have pretty bad pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders too, and he does not look at them except in passing, and I believe he would require another set of x-rays even to look at them. On my first visit, he asked me what my biggest concern was (my back), but offered to take x-rays of my upper back and shoulders as well for greater cost if I so chose. I tentatively decided yes, but the option was never mentioned again, so my neck pain was never treated. I may continue to see him for my back problems, but I am looking for another chiropractor who can take care of all my alignment/pain issues in one visit.

Well after a few sessions here I felt much better, I'm not out of the woods but headed in that direction. From the treatments I was able to walk 80 miles in one month, not all the same time. And MTB 22 miles that two rides in a month. Which meant the treatment is helping. So here's a case of don't judge a book by its cover. They are very nice and have great mind sets to help. They sent my documents back to the VA requesting more treatments. This weekend I was able to ride my MTB to the lower lake and back and earn my Local Legend status back, I most likely will lose it because I'm not able to ride like before.

The guy massaged my body over sheet first then eventually had hands on. He did my neck all the way down to my legs. I don't think he managed my head, temples, or feet. When I flipped over, I'm used to a towel being placed over my eyes. This place is only open during the day time and they didn't have black out curtains, so it was a little brighter than usual in the room. Calming music playing but it was very low. The acupuncture- I wasn't quite sure what I could inquire about. Was hoping for a list but he just asked what my main concerns were and then told me to lay down on the table. Luckily I wore a dress and sandals. So I didn't have to remove anything except the sandals as the places he placed the needles were already exposed. I was too scared to look at the needles. Kept my eyes closed the entire time. Just felt a slight pinch when he placed the needles. They felt very small/thin. The only place I really felt any discomfort pain was my left foot/shin. I told him that at the end and he said I may feel sore for a day but the pain disappeared within hours. I felt so calm relaxed with the acupuncture. Definitely want to come back for that. Maybe not the massage tho.
