I love how Kohl's have a lot of sales and clearance items. It's a great place to look for a quick gift. They usually have great coupons also! Gotta love how they accept coupons even for their clearance items also. They have good service and their staff is very friendly. read more

When Kohl's first hit the scene I absolutely hated it. Their prices were too high for the quality of clothes and name brands that they carried. Over the years Kohl's has made a lot of noticeable changes. They've lowered their prices, offer tons of weekday and weekend sales, carry a few popular name brands and remind me a lot of the old Mervyn's department store. I highly recommend shopping at Kohls. They offer plenty of incentives for their customers ( Kohl's Cash, Kohls Reward Card, and a Kohl's Credit Card that can earn you additional savings.) I also recommend shopping at Kohl's during Black Friday, you will score plenty of good deals. Get out and get shopping! read more

This review is for an order I placed online. I placed it on Thursday, picked it up on Sunday. I got some great deals and although this location is not close to my home I figured it would be ok. I went there and they somehow seemed to loose my order. I ordered 13 throws to donate to the dogs at the animal shelter. The associate in customer service looked but wasn't sure what to do. I purchased a few blankets since they didn't have what I ordered. She took my phone number and said she would call and let me know if they find it or not as she was working all week. I haven't heard anything. I called customer service yesterday morning. They said they would look and call back and it's now the evening and nobody called. I ended up calling corporate for customer service and what I ordered is sold out due to their lack of follow-up. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location. read more

They have a great selection of items but didn't have mens gloves. The staff is pretty useless too. One girl totally tried to fake the answer to one of my questions. When I called her out on it she admitted that she didn't know and just made it up. One extra star for honesty! Department stores all pretty much have the same thing at around somewhat comparable prices. In my mind if they want to excel they need to do so by having a friendly and helpful staff readily available. Kohl's just misses the mark. read more

I had to return a christmas gift the day after christmas here and the service was great. Yes of course the lines were long but they moved very quickly and as soon as I got to return my item it was simple and easy with no hassles. I wasnt sure if I had the right receipt for the tshirt I wanted to return but luckily it was right and the person who worked there told me next time I can just match the barcode number to the gift receipt. There was a separate line in the back for returns and it was pretty well organized. read more

This store is horrible. Starting at the beginning, I made an order for in store pickup. Long line to get it. It was broken. I ordered another one, again for in store pickup. I also needed to return the broken one. Simple you'd think but already I had to go twice for 1 thing. had to stand in a long line to pick up order & return broken one. They refused to take back the broken item without the paper that was in the box. They would NOT accept my order number or my name. They would not accept the texts that my order was ready To pick up and the order WAS Picked up. They required the credit card credit that I used to order. Why could they search by credit card & not by name, order number, or electronic confirmations. I had my drivers license. The girl was rude. Kohl's is concerned about Kohl's. This was such a pain that I decided it was worth eating the total cost of the broken item & flue it just to avoid the 3rd trip for 1 thing. read more

I love shopping here!!! There are always coupons and if there aren't usually you can earn Kohls cash! Usually I never get asked if I need help when I am shopping the women or jewelry department, but this time was surprisingly different. I went shopping here with my mom in the home department because we were replacing old towels with some new ones. There happened to be some that we needed which were the large bath towels and then some smaller hand towels that we couldn't find enough of. There was an employee named Joker (funny nickname but thats what his tag said lol) back there who was really nice and asked if we needed help. We asked if he had some more of the towels we needed and he actually took the time to go search for them and came back with exactly what we needed without having to go check the other Kohls across town. He is what every employee should be looking to be like!!! **Side note: Nothing against my earlier review their return service in the back was totally insane. Their easy return policy wasn't so easy one incident. The ladies back there couldn't even explain it to me correctly so it would make sense. Had to come back three times before I eventually lost it and told them that I have had to come back three times and each time I was told different things. All I wanted was a different size of jeans which sounds simple to a normal person but to these ladies it was like I was asking them to make them from scratch for me which wasn't the case. Please train those ladies better because when ALL employees are on the same page and KNOW what their doing I wouldn't have to lose my cool. read more

Bad customer service the minute I stepped through the door I wanted to come in to ask a question about pants I got from a different store and was going to see if they could take off the sensor because the store I went to forgot to take it off and I had the receipt in my pocket to prove I bought it. But the lady kept cutting me off mid sentence as I was trying to explain and gave attitude towards me and didn't even bother to ATLEAST try to take off the sensor. It's Kohls. I live in EG and have shopped here about once a month for 3 years. I've never had either a great experience or a terrible one. Customer service is Ok. Ladies dressing rooms are often cluttered and messy. I sometimes find great deals in clearance and they have a few decent, durable brands. Many of them, though, are also sub-par and shrink or are not very durable. You really have to know which brands are good and you can find some great deals. read more

Meh, Kohl's used to be a good place to shop for clothes for decent prices. Many policies have changed that have me looking elsewhere now. For example, "sales" are now Buy one, get the 2nd half off. They mark up the price for this "sale". Coupons have so many exclusions its not even worth using. Only reason why I come here time to time is because I don't feel like driving out to the mall or outlets. Also, they used to give you 20% off for using your Kohls charge (even if you forget to bring your coupon) now they say that they are not allowed to because again, they changed the company policy! read more

Waited on the phone call for 20 mins, they put me on hold while they go "look" for the item i've requested for. Afterwards, the hunged up without saying anything. By the time i got there, i asked about the item. They responded, "let me check on that for you, we do carry that". Few mins later, she came back and told me that they don't have it at all. The worst kohls I've ever been too. Im an associate at another location and they questioned me as if i was lying when i presented my associate discount card and i even had my id for proof. The e3 manager even told me shes gonna call my store manager like i was lying.. The lost prevention questioned me about an item (as if i was going to steal) that had already been scanned that i was in the middle of purchasing. then the manager didnt know how to read a coupon i had received in the mail for applying for a charge card. She told me it was expired , it wasnt. She had no idea how to read it and after i explained to her that it wasn't expired she proceeded to question me as if it was fake. It was for 15% -_- the worst shopping experience i ever had. And im a company associate. They still treated me horribly. Do not come here. Kohl's might have tons of great deals from my experience, and it's a great thing with the sales they have and whatnot. However, the place always looks like a mess, and clothes are everywhere. Also, you can never find an employee for help when you are trying to look for one. The people who work there are so cold when you talk to them. Additionally, that woman who picks up the phone when I call them (I think it's Doty or something like that, I don't remember how her name is pronounced) to Customer Service is unbelievably rude. And I mean REALLY rude. If you ask her a simple question she tries to close it in your face so that she doesn't have to work or help you at all. I called her to speak to someone in specific to who works at Kohl's, and she was like "Oh and this is in regards to..?" It doesn't freaking matter and it's NONE OF HER BUSINESS either. She's so judgmental, and disrespectful to customers. I will never shop at Kohl's again, just because of her. It's so embarrassing and humiliating to take your time to call them (more than once) and have an employee of their's try to sort of close the door in your face so that you don't have to ask a question. read more

Manager was rude and did not care to even ask what the problem or issue we as customers had. So I was trying to use the code for 20% off if you spend $100 or more. My total rang up to only $98.10. I was only able to use the 15% off code if you spend under $100. I wanted the 20% off so I went to customer service to do a return and repurchase to make the $100 mark. My total rang up to $100.10 with the additional candy bar. I tried using the code again for 20% off. (There were NO exclusions stated on the code for online only) it still only gave me 15% off. That's where part of the issue we had was, not being able to use the 20% off code. So the customer service rep called a manager to assist her and she was straight up rude and did not bother to ask us if there was anything she could do. She only said to us that they had a new system and she could not override anything and that code was for online only. She did not apologize since we were unhappy. So I kept explaining to her that there were no exclusions stated. She obviously did not care at all nor tried to apologize for the confusion or whatsoever. She did not even try to accommodate us and disappeared before we were even done. (She was there for less than a minute) So we returned a few items since we were just unhappy the longer we had to wait there. Also, employees were unhelpful and did not seem to know much when we had questions. I would give negative stars if possible. The manager needs some lessons in customer service. You're the manager. Kohl's is a nightmare. It's always a mess, there are never any employees available and the lines are always soooooo looooooong. I guess the lines are long because they are always having "the biggest sale of the season!", "the biggest 50% off sale of the season!", "lowest prices of the season!". Man, you'd have to be a real sucker to buy something full price there. Absolutely have had the worst customer service here. I had come in early on Wednesday to do the early Black Friday shopping only to find out it had started only for online orders. I had said that I was worried about not buying everything altogether so that way I could get my Kohl's cash added up. The lady at the register said that I could combine online order totals with in store orders to have my Kohl's cash accumulated. Went in Thursday to do some extra shopping and had brought print outs like the lady had told me of my previous orders so I could combine all my receipts. Only to be told I had to call Kohls.com to have them combine my online and in store receipts in order to get the extra $30 in Kohl's cash emailed to me. I get home, call Kohls.com and have the customer service lady laughing at me saying they cant do that over the phone or have it emailed, saying the in store customer service manager was misinformed. So I spent $100 and am receiving no extra $30 Kohl's cash due to store associates/CSM's being misinformed. SMH! read more

Watch out folks! I just purchased little girl panties at Kohls for $18. for a package of 7. The IDENTICAL package at Target was $9.99. I also purchase boxers for my grandson which were $14 for 2 pair at Kohls (the $14 sticker was covering up an $11.99 sticker). At Target, I found the same brand for $11.49 for 5 pair. The things I purchased at Kohl's totaled $51. At Target, the items were $33 and I got and xtra pair of boxers to boot. Do you think they can afford to give you a $10 "Kohl's Cash" certificate. Kohl's a convenient store to come by every now and then because it's close by! But everytime I go here I always find the clothes strange! It looks nice on the rack! But when I try it on it looks strange on my body! Hmm.. but other than that Kohl's has good customer service, their clothes are well organized, and it's clean. I love this store for the great deals and you can find something for everyone here at great prices. Sadly it only gets 2 stars because they have horrible customer service and lazy employees. My sister and I had went a few days ago to get a fathers day present and some other things for ourselves and other people. We stumbled onto this display of this amazing gazebo with an adorable mosquito net that made it even better. Well we found this chick Irene who I later found out is the supervisor of housewares. I asked if we could purchase one, and she got on her little head piece and started doing whatever. She looked at me and said they had no more, and I asked if we could purchase the display. She looked at me with a horrible look of dissatisfaction and said, "Are you sure?" Of course I'm sure 60% off of 400, for a beautiful Gazebo I had been pricing around for. Yeah, I'm sure. She got back on her headset and then tells me, "It's already sold." Ok so I asked if she could call around and find me one. She kept asking me where I wanted to go. I had to tell her many times I don't know where other Kohl's are so wherever they have one. The closer the better. Arden would have been the next closest, which she said she called but in all reality DID NOT!!! So she found on off Zinfandel (sp) which is horrible far. We drive to go get it, we find out the net didn't come with it and they didn't have anymore. So we began calling around, Arden had just sold their last one as we were buying ours. Well I called back to this store and got some chick who informed me the display was no longer there, and that they had to notify the people who had put it on hold because it had been on hold for a month. Well I was told it was sold, and since it wasn't and I was ready to purchase it, WHY WASN'T I ALLOWED TO. She told me if they didn't pick it up in the morning I could call again, and try and buy the net then. Well I hung up and called back b/c I was even more mad and way dissatisfied. The gentlemen that answered this time was Jose, and I explained everything that just happened. He apologized and put me on hold and actually checked for the net. They had six and he put one on hold for me. I cannot believe this chick Irene never looked or actually called around. She sent me as far away as possible and was rude. Another gentlemen I spoke with Dustin was great too. They really saved the store from getting a complaint. read more
