Not only I but two other shoppers thought the same thing waiting for her, if she sees people actively waiting for her so they can look at this section for their kids or whoever they may be shopping for she shouldn't have to be told to move 3 separate times and the last time I actually told her how rude she was and she needs to be considerate of the shoppers shopping experience. Instead of moving her way of "moving" was toward the toys instead of out of the way. I explained how rude she was and how inconsiderate she is that's crazy to me if someone is trying to look at something let them look so we can move on with our day and you can with your work.

My most recent experience involved a sale item I purchased online--clearly marked down--but when I came in for an exchange, I was charged full price. No one caught the mistake. No one seemed to care. Now I'm stuck dealing with customer service, wasting more of my time, and going out of my way to return items--all because no one here has the empathy, common sense, or basic customer service skills to fix a simple transaction. The attitude in this store is as off-putting as the incompetence. You're not Hermes, You're not even close. And yet, the condescension is thick in the air. Eventually, this kind of disregard catches up with a brand. In due time, I fully expect to see this location shut down. Given the way it's being run, it would be a fitting end.
