Thanksgiving evening....Customer Service is for on-line pick-ups, exchanges, returns and electronic pick-ups. I have one item to exchange however this location is allowing people with over-flowing carts (and they do not need any of these other services) to check out through customer service. The entertaining woman in front of me admitted she only has items to check out, that she comes into this store every month and they all know her so she's entitled to not wait in the long checkout lines upfront. This is HORRIBLE Customer Service! If you need more registers, open them up front as I saw there were registers not being used in front. Customer service needs to be available for the customers who need these special services that are only available here. Management needs to address this quickly as I heard several other customers who have transaction for customer service also upset the line is so long due to these other customers that simply don't want to wait in the proper lines. Not to mention the associates working in customer service were overwhelmed trying to checkout the overflowing carts without having adequate counter space to do so, these customers were arguing with them about prices along with their computers going down. read more

Bad costumer service! I'm walking around for 15 minutes trying to find a shopping cart to put my little one in, and they are nowhere to be found, I finally ask one of the cashiers where I can find any and she was rude and said " we don't have anymore, or they are scattered everywhere" first of all as I was walking around I didn't see any and second I probably saw 7 carts total that people were using, so if that's the case they need to get more carts or have there extra employee just walking around start gathering them up...so frustrated! And it's not even busy! read more

This store has been in disarray every time I have tried to shop there. I love finding bargains on the clearance racks, but the clothing is never arranged correctly by size, so I have to look at every single hanger to see the size I am looking for. Today much of the bath towels that were on clearance were not marked so I had to trek to the price checking machine. In addition, like a couple other Kohl's locations, it is rare to find much selection in women's "x-small" and "small." Most of the racks are filled with "x-large" and beyond. read more

I went to this location one day to exchange something and I had bought. The woman at the customer service desk was not friendly at all and acted like each person she waited on was bothering her. When I was my turn she practically ripped my exchange out of my hand and threw it on the counter. I was so mad that I just returned the item and left. I didn't even want to deal with trying to fin the size I needed. read more

Terrible. I'm never one to complain and have absolutely never wanted to yell at a cashier before, until my last experience at kohls. They literally tricked my friend into signing up for their store credit card, all under the ruse that it was 'just a discount', this was after my friend saying MULTIPLE times she did not want a credit card in her name, the worker still signed her up for one. This happened the last time I shopped at a kohls too, they present it as just an amazing discount, and then before you know it you're entering your social security number. I've never had a worse shopping experience, it took us thirty minutes to check out, and the whole thing felt sleazy. Thankfully we were able to cancel the card, but long story short, be warned before shopping here. read more

Tried to return a gift card that was gifted to me. It has $10 dollars on it. I do not want any of the cheap crap that they are selling for less than $10, and I am not willing to spend any of my money on something that will benefit a company with such rude and unhelpful employees. I work at a retail store, so I know bs when I see it. And this was some bs. I recommend you steer clear of this location, and try your luck at a more professional establishment. read more

This store is a total disgrace. It is filthy dirty and clothing is off the racks scattered on floor all the time. No matter what time of day you go try and shop there. My wife recently has been telling me that I need to get caught up in modern times. First we bought a new 54 inch flat screen tv. Then we bought a new lawn mower (YOU CAN RIDE ON THE NEW ONE). And now she wants me to get new clothing due to all my shorts are from when I was in my high school band. I went to this location and was impressed by the wide amount of clothing brands. There was one small problem, that was the clothes were TINY they would fit my son who is 6 year old. I gave up and asked for help, Melissa was my girl, she directed me to the Male section ( who would have know there was a boy section), after being show the Male section I had the time of my life trying on all types of clothing, any thing from a snow jacket in 114° weather outside, to a swim suit that has pandas on them. This place is really lacking customer service and training. When issues were brought up to Brenda the store manager she had nothing but excuses (lack of training and financial software). She didn't want to listen to my issues but rather hear herself make excuses. I would recommend putting her in some communication and listening courses. read more

This place is much like any other Kohls, except that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I recently threw my back out and I wanted to buy something but it was too heavy for me to carry. Within seconds there was an employee there happy to assist me with carrying the item (a box of heavy dishes) to the register and out to my car. read more

As with many of the retail business in this country, the bottom line that matters is corporate earnings at the end of each quarter. Unfortunately, as a consumer, we suffer because Khol's hires uneducated, unskilled workers and managers. I was at the receiving end of cashier who was argumentative and rude. She was incapable of understanding how her actions represent Kohl's as a company. This store had a in the past had very friendly and receptive employees. There has been a definite decline in recent customer service. A change in policy where this store will no longer accept expired Khol's cash is acceptable. The attitude of the Mr. Aria's, who "decides"  to whom receives the discount appears to have a "superiority" complex. "Give HER the discount THIS time." When I asked the cashier not to roll up the clothes after I folded them, she began to say in an offensive manner "I am folding them!" this cashier was confrontational, argumentative and rude. Sarcastically, she says "Have a nice day" then, her lead, or as he called himself manager, says to her "Don't worry about it." then he yelled at me, yes yell out "have a nice day!" I walk back and said "Your the Manager and you allow this?" Mr. Arias would not respond. I had to ask him three times before he would tell me his name. "Then he called on his radio for Steve, probably the real manger, I guess he thought I would perceive that as his threat and I should leave because he called Steve. I have no problem leaving Kohl's and never coming back. I have had my MVP card renewed thirty times. But that does not matter, what does matter that if one person decides not patronize a store it may not hurt, but how many other customers are being driven away by the incompetence and rudeness of this stores employees actions? read more
