This is my second time here and I have to say it is clean and the gentleman at the desk is pleasant. I went in for a relaxing combo massage. We are asked to fill out what pressure we would like. It was 1-5 I put a 3 thinking that is a good in between. Well next time I will put 1. The guy giving the massage was so rough and was grinding in my back with his elbow. It was far from relaxing. I told him it was way too hard so he lessened a little but it wasn't what I wanted. My husband also said they were pretty rough on him too . We were both in pain the next day. Upon arrival we were asked to write down what service we wanted, the duration, and pressure level from 1-5. I wrote down 60 minutes, foot and leg with a pressure of 5. The massage was done with pressure of 1-2 and at one point the man massaging me stopped for several minutes. I had to look and see if he had fallen asleep. I looked at him at he looked at the timer, got up, and walked away for 5 minutes. He then stopped the massage with 8 minutes still on the clock. When I was leaving I gave a $2 tip because I felt like not tipping at all would be awful. The man stopped me and said "you did not tip enough." I said it was not worth more than that and you stopped almost 10 minutes early. He argued with me and I ended up walking out. Really Koi F. Business Manager? First of all, it was my first time here. How was I supposed to know about the option of wearing gloves?? You should be concerned about the service your technicians are giving to customers. I've never experienced a technician getting up from my massage to go up front to get on the computer. My time was cut short two times in this process. As a business manager you should KNOW the customer is always right. If I get mistreated I complain. Such a waist of money. This business and services are awful. Again, there shouldn't be an option to leave a star. read more

Yes!!!!! I just had came back home from a vacation and my poor legs were so swollen from 7 hour flight (lay over too...just crazy flight back home) coming back home. Needed an immdiate relief and looked for a place who specializes in foot massage and Yelp popped up this place. The best thing about this place is that they welcome walk-in clients and they have ample space to take in many people. But the down side would be that it wouldn't be tranquil or private while you're receiving the massage. The masseuse didn't seem to speak English that well but I did not have to communicate with him because he knew exactly what he was doing. Yes, they are very affordable too. $45/hour for neck, shoulder, & foot/leg massage. No fancy spa items but man, they know how to relieve tension and muscles here!! If you pay cash they will discount $2 off. It was the best $43 I've spent and although this was my last minute pick, I shall be back for more massages soon!! This place is awesome. Very clean, open, friendly. I've been to dozens of these foot massage places, A lot of other places spend half the time on your shoulders head and arms, which is actually fine too. But this place will do five minutes of shoulders and head, and then dive right into the feet, and they aren't messing around. It's wonderful. I came here for the first time based off of all the great reviews. I got the 45 min foot massage for $30. The first 7-10 min consisted of a light massage of the head and arms. The rest of the time was focused on my feet. The massage consisted mostly of being rubbed with lotion in a back and forth motion. No massage techniques used. It wasn't bad, but it could've been better. The front desk people were nice. I was a little disappointed and probably won't come back here again. read more

This was even better than I imagined! I had seen ads for this place but finally got a chance to go in. You walk in and you can tell it's clean and kept up beautifully. You sign in, choose which massage (foot, back or combo) and then length - I chose 30 for my first time but will def do longer the next. Then you choose the pressure 1-5. (I would suggest going one lighter than you think - I picked a 3 but it was a little more pressure than I would have wanted - not that my sore muscles didn't need it though!). Even with a foot massage, it started off with my feet in some warm water and a 5 minute neck and shoulder massage! Then you get in to the super comfy chair, they cover you with a long towel and put one over your eyes. The massage is not just your feet - it's basically knees down and then at the end he did some quick massaging of my upper legs and got my legs moving again - very well done. They also wipe you down with a hot towel so you don't have lotiony feet when you walk out. They are affordable (yes discount if you pay cash), clean, professional, and a definite plus to the end of my long week! read more

This place is amazing, It seemed kinda sketchy when I went in cuz I've only been to massage places in resorts and it looks different, but let me tell you I felt 5 years younger when I got out. The first time I went was for a foot massage cuz my feet were killing me after a trip to WDW for 6 days where I walked like a million miles. After the foot massage I felt like I rested for a few days. The second time I went I got the back massage, my back and hips felt funky after having my 5 month old and decided to give them a try since the foot massage was bomb. Ooo let me tell you the lady went ham on my back twisting me like a pretzel and putting hot rocks on my back. I thought well this is weird but when it was all done I felt amazing! The lady was so kind she asked me multiple times during the massage if i was ok and greeted me at the door with a cup of water when I left. Something is going on with the service here lately. I don't now if it is under new management but some therapist don't put any effort in. There has been one guy that was rude to a customer when I was there, she was too heavy and asked for a pillow since she was well endowed there. He replied 'maybe a foot massage would be better for you'. Shocking the least. I like asking for Jerry and he is very very good, went in and the workers there seemed to play dumb and didn't know who he was. That was the tipping point for us my wife and I.. we will have to search for a better place like this used to be unfortunately. Disappointing because we REALLY like the service before. I finally got around to getting an hourlong combination body/hot stone/foot massage here and it didn't disappoint. I will go back. The masseuse was great, hitting all of the problem areas. I felt so relaxed after the massage, it felt like I got an attitude adjustment! $45 for a combo body and foot massage is such a great price. WOW!! Just WOW!! Came in for the first time with my mom, we did an hour combo massage each- my mom had Alice & LOVED her and I had Sam and he used the perfect amount of pressure!!! I had anxiety/pressure in my chest before going in and it was immediately gone once the massage started, I felt like I was on a cloud and my anxiety disappeared! My sister and I were in the area for the night and wanted to wind down after a long day of shopping. We are reflexology connoisseurs and started searching for a place close to our hotel. We decided on Koi from how clean the pictures looked and the positive reviews. It is located in a small corner strip mall, nothing fancy but not sketchy either. We were a little worried walking in due to the loud restaurant a few doors down but once inside all worries went away. It was just as clean as the pictures and the quietest massage place I've been to. We signed in and were impressed by the screen with wait times. We usually get the chair massages which at our normal place includes head neck and shoulders but since we weren't sure about the offerings here we decided to go with a combo massage to make sure our neck and shoulders got some attention which was done on a table. We both had male masseuses and both did a great job. We probably would have preferred the chair massage as laying on a flat table for that long ends up hurting my neck/back so my only suggestion would be to include a short description of the massages offered so new customers can choose what's best for them. Overall though I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area. Clean calm atmosphere, great customer service, and good massage. read more
