Ordering frozen yogurt at this Pinkberry was one of the most horrifying customer experiences I've had. When I walked in, I immediately went to the display showing all the toppings. I've never been to a yogurt store that makes you pay a set price first before selecting toppings, which also means toppings are limited based on the yogurt size (something I only realized later after looking at a picture I took in the store). The employee who was supposed to help me immediately gave me attitude, as if I was supposed to already know all the "rules" of the store. I said nothing that would have warranted that reaction -- I simply went over to the display. At the register, I scanned my rewards app then couldn't find the card reader to pay. After about 20 seconds, I realized it was sitting on top of a case of water bottles (pictured). The topping limit signage was also placed off to the side of the register where customers wouldn't naturally see it -- it wasn't even on my side and was partially blocked. I only found this out when I went up to the counter after I got my yogurt. While choosing toppings, I asked how many I was allowed, and she responded, "How many toppings do you think you're supposed to choose?" with a noticeably rude tone. When I chose cookie dough as my fourth topping, she only gave me a few pieces, dropped another on the counter (pictured), and ignored it. The cookie dough topping was stale too. I also noticed she did not seem to treat other customers the same way. I eventually went back to the register - I asked her if the yogurt was actually strawberry matcha because it tasted like vanilla. I also asked about her rudeness because I genuinely didn't understand why I was being treated that way for asking simple questions. She said the information was "on the wall," even though it was difficult to see. I actually ended up apologizing earlier because she made me feel like I was burdening her. The only personable thing she said the entire interaction was that I didn't need to apologize, but the tone still felt unfriendly. Two customers sitting nearby ended up leaving without ordering. I understand it was Super Bowl Sunday and she appeared to be working alone, which may have contributed to stress. Still, I left feeling extremely shaken and even spilled yogurt on my jacket afterward. I would not return to this location. I used to come to this location sometimes, but after this experience -- and a previous visit where I ordered a tea and received very little -- I would not return. read more

Froyo used to be the thing and Pinkberry was probably the one that started it all. Now most of the froyo places no longer exist but Pinkberry is still around, this says something about Pinkberry. I must say the tart taste is unique and it is our favorite. We still enjoy it, but seems like the toppings were not as good. The service was not bad but so-so. If you like froyo IMO this probably is the best tasting one. read more

I've been stopping by this location whenever I'm in Koreatown, and it's always a great experience. I dropped in again after dinner tonight and was genuinely blown away--a very friendly African American gentleman who helped me on a previous visit actually recognized me! With the number of people he must see every day, that kind of personal touch really stood out. I had my fav, chocolate with Cap'n Crunch and brownies--trust me, it's the best! read more

I am so disappointed by this Pinkberry location. When I first started eating pinkberry in 2022 in the UWS location, they would give a HUGE amount of frozen yogurt based on the cup size. They would fill it up to the brim and then more on top. Nowadays in 2025, Pinkberry has definitely been cutting cost as the frozen yogurt sizes have definitely gotten much smaller, maybe only filling it up halfway or 2/3. However, this pinkberry essentially gave me a small size or maybe less in a medium cup. I ordered the original and pomegranate flavor as the bottom was not filled at all. They told me that it was supposed to only be 6 or 8oz as the requirement for mediums. If that is the case I'm not sure if I will come back to Pinkberry, I know its for the good of the company but the frozen yogurt just look so sad. The flavors are still phenomenal though! read more

Ordered the "Dubai Chocolate" and it looked nothing like the menu photo. Instead of a layered, pretty dessert, I got a messy cup with chopped strawberries, a blob of pistachio paste, and random scoops of cream. For $16, the presentation and portion were super disappointing. Taste was okay, but not nearly good enough to justify the price. Definitely a "what you ordered vs what you got" situation. read more

I havent gotten froyo in a while, and didn't realize how inflation has impacted froyo prices :O This shop does provide samples, if you ask. You ask for the order at the register; the smallest size, I found, is a "mini", which is smaller than the small size. To me it was the perfect amount because I was still full from dinner, otherwise the small would have done the trick. If you order toppings, you go to the toppings counter in the back to choose from a large variety. This shop has ample seatin for a very casual setting (especially considering theres many better options for a more formal sit down dessert option in Ktown), but it does the job and provides for a refreshing palate cleansing dessert. read more

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our last visit to Pink Perry - a place that used to be one of our favorites both in the summer and throughout the winter. Instead of the usual warm and friendly service, everything this time felt stressful and unpleasant. There were two girls who were supposed to serve us, but one was on the phone and the other seemed busy with something else. We had to wait, even though we were in a hurry, while in the past we were always served quickly and with a smile. On top of that, our order was mixed up - we specifically asked for no cone, but it was served in a cone that started dripping before it was even handed over. The toppings were also wrong. All of this created unnecessary tension and left us with a very negative impression. read more

Absolutely love this place! Whenever I'm in the area, I have to come and get Pinkberry no matter how cold it is. It is a shame there aren't as many locations as there use to be. Convenient location near shopping and K-town. Lychee and original flavors never fail. Employees always get my order correct without incident. Tables do get a bit messy towards closing time but other than that, a decent place to get my froyo fix. read more

Stopped by pinkberry with my fiancée so she could get her free birthday fro yo. Tip: If you sign up for an account online and put your birthday they give you a free small frozen yogurt on your birthday and you have a few weeks to claim it! They also randomly drop coupons in your account as well. Who doesn't like a good freebie and deals? The staff working was super kind and we were allowed to choose the base fro yo flavor and additional toppings as well to go with it. We always love going for fresh fruit and the mochi! The only thing I'd caution against is getting fruit that might not be in season as the fruit might be on the sour side. Definitely a sweet tangy and delicious dessert for a hot summer day! This location does have seats available for you to sit in and eat as well. We can't wait to come back and try other flavors as well! read more

Second time coming here, do not remember it being this bad the first time. First off, the girl making the frozen yogurt was really impatient: I had just gotten to the display and was briefly looking at the toppings to decide what to get and she looked at me as if she was annoyed and was like "What toppings" in a super impatient tone. There wasn't even anyone waiting in line behind me, and it's not like I was standing there for a long time I literally just got there and wanted to look at what toppings there were. Second, the mango was horrible. That's why you see it on the table, it was hard, sour, just terrible. Please don't get it. Third, the center was completely hollow, which I swear has never happened before when I've gotten frozen yogurt anywhere. Considering it's $10, why would you not fill the center?? read more

The frozen yoghurt is fine. But the upselling is a turn off. I wanted a small yoghurt and the cashier 'accidentally' rang me up for a medium, and said I will have to wait for a manager for her to do a refund and then charge for the right amount. Really by then I did not want this snack anymore. read more

Haven't had Pinkberry in I don't know how many years, so I stopped by to get some while in Koreatown. Employees seemed kind of "meh" in attitude. Not really negative, not positive, just apathetic. I got a medium plain with toppings and did overall enjoy the nostalgia of eating specifically Pinkberry froyo. You pick a size and it comes with 6 toppings of your choice instead of paying by weight. You first walk to the register on the right side and then walk back to the left to tell the employee what toppings to add. read more

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews about customer service... I've been coming to this Pinkberry for the last 5 months since returning to the office and have not encounter said bad employee. (Guess I'm lucky?) It's Pinkberry, (remember the "crackberry days"?) tried & true, probably one of the better froyo spots (rip red mango at the food court, yogurtland in Chelsea, mostly gone). I enjoy the original flavor, the tartness wakes me up in the afternoon... and there's usually no line... except some mobile orders. Yes, there's usually 1-2 people working there. Yes, when there are like 3-4 customers, it can back-log a bit but never horrendous (which some reviews points to...). Yes, sometimes... one of the toppings can taste a bit stale... probably not enough traction for that particular topping. Fruits are always fresh tho. I always get a medium (which comes with 6 toppings), and only asks for 2 toppings... every time, they are generous with my 2 toppings! And I always tip cash. Be nice to people. With inflation, and market... I can understand the price tag... it's like a dessert (a known brand donut costs about $5-6... and a Mr. softee now costs $5-6 from a truck!). To each its own. I still enjoy my froyo when I have the craving. read more

I love pink berry but this location is not it. Do not go on a Wednesday around 7 because you will get the worst customer service experience. We were encountered by a very rude lady in her mid 30s who, 1 did not help us nor serve us what we wanted and 2 was rude to the point she wanted to argue with me because I did not know where we could order ( we asked several times). She handled the situation very poorly and still laughed when my family was no longer comfortable with purchasing anything from this store so we chose to leave. I would suggest to speak with your staff and fixing their attitude. read more

Whatever happened to the popularity of frozen yogurt? Came here after dinner in the nearby area for not too sweet dessert, and was quite satisfied. I got half pomegranate, half original, and the nice tartness really makes the froyo quite enjoyable. The froyo was very bland tasting, for both flavors that we got. We thought it was sugar free for a second because of how unsweetened it was! The toppings came all separated which I loved. It gave us the opportunity to make our own froyo at home. They forgot our utensils and we were staying in a hotel so ended up eating it with straws that we found in the hotel room LOL! read more

Pinkberry was my official last stop before boarding my train back to Philly and as a froyo enthusiast, I do find it saddening that it's becoming harder and harder to find froyo spots. What makes me even more upset is that I have to give this place a 4 over a 5. Pinkberry is my ultimate favorite froyo chain and I was so happy that they had this location in the heart of Manhattan's Koreatown, but the experience unfortunately did not live up to par. I will start off with the yogurt itself -- it was phenomenal. It actually even tasted better than the usual froyo run. I opted for a small original froyo with toppings and ended up upgrading to a medium, which was only a dollar more. What a deal! The original flavor is the perfect tart and I chose mochi, strawberries, gummy bears and popping boba as my toppings. Unfortunately, the cashier who took my order was not the pleasant part. She just seemed like... she didn't want to be there. She gave us an attitude and she was just not the nicest encounter. They also didn't take Apple Pay -- Hello, we're in 2022?! I was debating if I should give it 3 stars, but because of the heritage and the love I have for this chain, I opted for 4 stars and I hope the next time I return to NYC, I can change it to 5! read more

I order delivery from here often (Postmates) when craving a sweet treat. I prefer Pinkberry more than other similar froyo spots because their toppings are abundant and they offer a lot more fresh options vs the competitor! MULTIPLE fresh fruits (kiwi, strawberry, raspberry, mango, blueberries) that are always ripe and delectable. I love that you can choose a ton of toppings with your medium sized froyo, it makes it so much more fun! Versus the competition where you're limited to just 4 toppings and it's the same price. My go-to order is a medium tart froyo with toppings. Best toppings are their fresh fruits, different array of nuts (some candies, some raw and some toasted), boba and mochi! She tried a small sample of it and said it was sooo light and refreshing, so we ended up getting both the Limoncello and the Original frozen yogurt. Again was hunting down a frozen yogurt near me and went to this Pinkberry. I like that they don't do it by the weight because that's annoying. They pour it for you and as many toppings as you want. I got The strawberry vanilla cream and the mango dairy Free flavors. There was a bit of a line but staff were polite. There are places to sit which is great. I thought the flavor options were limited. It's definitely not the best, but it wasn't bad. read more

Pinkberry is always a good idea. They have arguably some of the best tasting yogurt in my opinion. And on this visit to Pinkberry in Koreatown, I was pleased to find the same taste and quality that I've been accustomed to at their other locations. We ate while we walked. It was so hot outside that it melted some of our yogurt. I drank the rest of it because it tasted that good.. so no issues there. The first issue with this location was upon entering this shop. The A/C must've been broken because it was just as hot inside as it was outside the shop. Mind you, we were experiencing a heat wave. I was ready to leave asap, but my partner convinced me to stay and make an order. Second issue was the service. The staff just seemed disinterested in being there, much less to answer any questions. But, on second thought, maybe they were just so hot and irritable. The owner should really look into fixing their A/C if they haven't already. It might solve some problems. read more

Not surprised to see the reviews about customer service. Stopped in today at 12:15pm and rude employee told me they were closed. When I asked what time they open he said 12. Lol ok? Then was like but you have to wait. Before I could say anything he said you can't wait inside! Dude what's the attitude for? That's how you treat someone who wants to come in to get your crappy yogurt? No thanks. Dime a dozen in the city. I'll take my business somewhere else. read more

There are different types of cold treats: gelatos and more slushie like consistency frozen confections that are served in a cup. My vegan friend appreciated that he could choose from multiple vegan flavors, not just be limited to the one and only offering, which is what most places usually have. Melon flavor was incredible. Tasted like frozen melon was crushed with ice and chopped into an ice/smoothie blend. Super refreshing. Very sweet, though. All flavors are very sweet, so a small portion can be shared and you will feel satisfied. I personally enjoyed their in-house special flavor of gelato: honey cream with crushed almonds, pistachios, and hazelnuts. That was bombastic! Love how nutty the consistency was. I love nuts, so this almost reminded me of a chunky peanut butter situation: just more fine grained and smooth, with gelato being the base. Highly recommend trying this flavor! Focacia was okay. A bit too dry and bland for my liking, but still decent. My favorite item was the pistachio bombolone which is officially now my favorite dessert. This was magnificent! The yeasty dough was so light and airy--perfectly light and balanced. The filling of pistachio cream was very delicate and not sweet at all, which was such a nice surprise. I do not like saccharine dessert. The fresh raspberry jam was a perfect balance to the pistachio cream. I never like jams in my desserts, but this was a perfect complement. Woooow, what a treat! Can't wait to return for it and to try more of their other flavors--hazelnut & chocolate, coconut, white chocolate, tiramisu. You could taste the superb quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend.

It was fairly dense as compared to the cheesecakes I mentioned, which is think is why it's more pricey. I would go back to dine in and try their other cheesecakes.

I grabbed my gelato to-go and chose the amarena and hazelnut flavors, topped with the signature pistachio sauce. They poured the sauce at the bottom of the cup, and it hardened slightly to create a delicious shell underneath the gelato. I enjoyed it while walking through the Village, soaking in the late-summer atmosphere of the city with gelato in hand. Simple, sweet, and exactly what I needed.
