OMG!!! I LOVED THIS PLACE!! Not only was our server (Carolina i think) extremely attentive and kind but the food was amazing! My family picked a bento and different kinds of sushi and loved it! It was a nice area where you can sit either inside or out! Another plus is that its in a plaza with a bakery as well so if your not feeling any of the deserts they have theres always a bakery around the corner! Something to note is that when we went it wasn't busy at all so i don't know what its like when it is but i would definitely recommend . read more

This is a cute little sushi spot in Doral. The Tuna Tartar/Aderezo de Atun was amazing. I would of just had that for myself for dinner, honestly it was that good. They had a nice selection of rolls. The one I had was the Salmon Dynamite Roll. I liked it, but it had cream cheese, even though I asked for it without. I'm not a huge fan of cream cheese in my sushi. And many of the rolls on the menu do have them. read more

Im so glad I made the decision to dine there! My wife loves sushi and she usually likes places we go to but it's hard to wow her with food as she's very picky. We had scheduled a reservation twice already because we have had scheduling conflicts and we really wanted to go. The reservation was made easy and with no issues. Parking is easy as they are located in a plaza They have inside and outside dining and the ambience is super comfy, lighting perfect and temperature to the point. We met the owner/chef Gerardo during our visit and he made our visit even more pleasant. She shared his experience about the food and recommended us plates. He shared some history and taught us on best practices the Japanese have with sushi. Him taking the time was so nice. Our server was Genesis, very nice and on point with things. Great service We ordered: Same cocktail appetizer; salmon with avocado that melts in your mouth, perfect for an appetizer to share Rolls: Geisha: Rice paper roll with a touch of sesame oil and masago, by far my favorite the perfect balance with the sweet miso sauce that's on top Sashimi roll: good, nos amazing but definitely a great choice Caribbean: tempura with plantain! Sweet and delicious Dessert: Kokai cake: you have to order this. Nice little sushi spot close to my hotel. Very quiet and have decent seating outside on a pond. The food was very good and decently priced. If you want service at your table you are requested to push the call button. My recommendation would be for the staff to still come check on the tables, vs waiting for the call button each time. Every time the call button was used they were there in seconds to see what the table needed. read more

I really liked the sushi here. The decor was adorable. They have seating front and back. We ordered 4 different rolls. All super tasty. 2 with eels and 2 with salmon, avocado and some other. OMG the best sushi I ver had in mind life, and let me tell you, I eat sushi at least twice a week, so I had tried many different places, but never, ever had a sushi so good! It was surprisingly tasteful and unique, my favorite was an appetizer "Magic Sake" it was such a nice combination, an explosion of flavors. We had an espectacular roll call sweet sensation, that had sweet plantain on it, it was crispy and so unpredictable good! Definitely coming here everyone and come to Florida!!! read more

I am so torn about this review because I really wanted to love this place. I know they are popular in their Doral location and I was excited about them coming to Weston. Unfortunately our experience was not good at all. We got there and they had only one server for the front restaurant tables. She was really sweet and quickly took our drinks order. The drinks arrived promptly, however the sangria was absolutely terrible. After a while we noticed two other tables had sat down and they had already ordered drinks and their food and no one had check in on us to get our food order. We tried to get the servers attention a few times and when she finally got to us she realized that she had completely forgotten about asking us for our food order. She was very apologetic and promised the food would come out quickly. Unfortunately the kitchen took a while to prepare our rolls and we were starving. The food was average to say the least. Their Instagram has some amazing pictures but it was nothing like what we were served. It was extremely disappointing. I used the restroom right before we left and the smell of trash was terrible (I was glad to have a mask on). I might give the doral location a chance but the Weston location was not good at all. I was really bummed because I truly had high hopes for this place. read more

Super disappointing to have to write this review bc we honestly use to love it. But it's been nothing but a headache to order food and try to contact this restaurant. Yesterday I tried calling to place a pick up order. The number that was on google, their website, etc, didn't work. So I had to place the order online. Not ideal since I was driving, but fine. I forgot to specify that I needed light cream cheese on a roll, and of course it was imposible to tell them. Fast forward to eating ... the rice was HARD, it didn't even seem like it was undercooked, it seemed like it was old rice that they took out the frig and reheated. Our tuna was SOO hard, imposible to chew. And the gyozas unfortunately were placed in the container with the sauce and they were cold and soggy. I tried to contact the restaurant with a number provided in an email I received and every time I pressed 3 to speak to the restaurant, it hung up. To make matters worse, I try to avoid writing a bad review and email the restaurant directly and I just got an email from Google saying that my email was not able to be delivered. So this seemed to be the only way for them to know how disappointed we were with our food. Sad to see this place slowly going downhill. read more

For main course we shared EBI SPICY NO SAKE and TROPICAL they were very tasty. A lot of the rolls were very similar that was the only negative thing I could say. Stopped in for a quick bite and ordered a small house sake which was mildly overpriced ($12.50). While waiting for our steamed gyoza ($9.50), which honestly Trader Joe's has better ones you can make yourself at home, we were overwhelmed with the amount of flies that were around our table while indoors! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife, son, and I decided to go for dinner last night as we are new residents of WESTON And I have worked in management at one of the car dealerships for a long time .When we arrived, the place was not that busy, and they were two open tables, eventually, after waiting for them to clean one of the tables, they sat us down. After waiting a good 15 minutes, we realize no one had even walked over and asked us if we wanted water ,drinks or any appetizers or any sort of food at all. It's not like the place was busy. They might have had a total of six tables with people, and it looks like 3 waiters or waitresses. They weren't even busy.When we looked around all of the staff were chatting like it was social hour, same goes for the seven people they had behind preparing sushi and it looks like a couple manager standing back there. After being ignored, we decided to stand up and walk out and go to another restaurant to eat dinner. This is a terrible way to treat any customers, especially people that are new to the City of Weston. Whoever the owner of this place is needs to rethink whoever he has managing his restaurant after hours when they go home and if the owner was there when we let no one asked if something was wrong. TERRIBLE SERVICE STAY AWAY . I will make sure no one from my Work eats there ever again and will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I see my review for their doral location and you can see how much I love this place but this one is sad sad sad in comparison. The workers here are straight up rude and everything takes longer along with that the rolls are smaller and far lower in quality than the doral location. I am vastly disappointed by the Weston location. read more

Really yummy place. We got the Alaska Deluxe, Fantasy, and Vulcano rolls. The amount of sushi that comes in the plate is definitely worth the price. The mango sauce on top of the Fantasy roll was amazing, makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Only down side is that the service is a bit slow which is not the best when you go with an empty stomach. Definitely will be coming back anyway! read more

The food was very fresh and delicious. They don't give you a lot of food and their prices are really high. Appetizers start at $18. I had a Marugo Tataki. The fish was super fresh but the sauce was very sweet. I had another dish but there wasn't much on it. The service was very slow. I had to get up and ask for my bill. Server never came and checked on us. I actually left hungry but I spent a pretty penny there. There are so many better and cheaper sushi restaurants around. I doubt I will go back. read more
