Came by for a quick weekend brunch and it was a great time! The breakfast bagels are solid, and their bagel variety is large! I really liked the Monterey, and their bagel variety scrambled eggs and cream cheese paired really well together. Fruit smoothies also contain ice cream which was interesting. The staff are super friendly, and there's plenty of indoor and outdoor patio seating. Not too loud so you can definitely hold a conversation with friends here.

    Bagel with burned onions!

Yet another review! We were in a rush and got our bagels to go. Great bagels and love the bagel breakfast sandwich recipes. Today they burned my onions on my onion bagel. When I grabbed ahold of it most of the burned or overcooked onions fell off. So, the taste of burned onion was minimal. Guys! If you see burned bagels toss them! Don't serve them! (It could be sneaky to serve them to 'to go' customers but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt), or sell them as day old and let the customer decide. Thank Kokobelli! And... I'll be looking for your day olds on 'To Good To Go' - great way to clear out the days overages.

    Nice ambience and good food!

Kokobelli is a neighborhood favorite to many, and it's now become mine too! I tried it once many years ago and thought it was ok. This time, the service and the food were so good, they will be seeing us more often. I tried it on a Sunday, at around 1:00pm. I was surprised to see how busy it was, especially when they close at 2. I ordered the sunrise with Turkey bacon, without cheese on a toasted sesame bagel. I also ordered a latte with almond milk. Despite being so busy, my order was served pretty quickly and the bagel was piping hot, and so was the coffee. The bagel was so delicious. They added a generous portion of turkey bacon which was crispy and flavorful. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The bagel itself is pretty big so I was full by the time I finished. The coffee was my favorite too. Although I am not really a big fan of alternative milks, this latte was delicious I finished it all! Not sure what brand of almond milk they use, but it works really well with their coffee. I noticed while I was ordering that Kokobelli offers four different flavors of gluten free bagels too. I overheard a customer who after finishing his meal made it a point to go to the register and let the server know how much he enjoyed his gluten free bagel. He said "this is the best gluten free bagel I have ever had!". The server then shared that Kokobelli does not bake gluten free bagels at the store but they source their bagels from a third- party provider in Scottsdale. This allows them to manage cross contamination in a better way. So glad I gave Kokobelli a try after so many years. Their service was very friendly and the food and coffee were delicious. They are also very clean including the bathroom which was spotless. We will be returning :)

    Everything bagel with butter

What are great little bagel shop! I stopped in for a quick bagel and was not disappointed. I just got an everything bagel with butter, the butter was a little light and bare in some areas, but still delicious. A little more attention to detail would be great because you wouldn't leave a bagel bare with no cream cheese. The service was good. The person taking orders was neither friendly or rude. There is a lot of seating inside and outside, which is nice. You have to have a code to use the restroom. Overall, I would eat here again, but maybe ask for an extra side of butter.

When you think east mesa, Kokobelli is one of the main staple restaurants that comes to mind. Their food has been delicious for years. Literally one of the best bagel places I have ever been to. Even my 4 year old thinks it's 'very good'. Thanks Kokobelli!

From the moment we stepped up to order, service was very nice! I didn't catch the name of the girl who took our order or the one who gave us our food, but everyone was smiley and kind. I ordered the onion bagel with chive cream cheese, bacon, and a vanilla iced latte. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich with the cheddar jalapeno bagel, pepperjack cheese, and jalapeno cream cheese. We devoured everything! The bagels were so perfectly toasted and the flavor of everything was so good. The side of bacon I ordered was really crispy which is exactly how I like it! If we lived in the area, I know we would be regulars here. It's spacious inside, their window of bagels is very big compared to other places, and they were stocked with all the different types. Walked in and ordered from the screen -- which is fine -- but be prepared to wait longer than expected, even when it's not particularly busy. Tried a bagel with cream cheese, and this is where things really fell off. The bagel itself was large, but the cream cheese didn't resemble anything I've had before -- the texture and taste were off to the point we ended up scraping it off and tossing it. At close to $6, I'd much rather see quality ingredients over quantity. Overall, very disappointing and not something I'd return for. Saluti.

The sandwich itself was just okay, but the bagel was noticeably dry and didn't taste as fresh. When you're going to a place known for bagels, you really expect that part to be spot on. Instead of being soft and chewy, it just had a stale, dry texture that took away from what could have been a solid breakfast sandwich. The egg, cheese, and sausage were fine, but the bagel is really the foundation of the whole thing. I also ordered a hazelnut coffee, that was really good and worth the wait as they had to brew it. Overall, it wasn't terrible experience, but it also wasn't great. With a fresher bagel and fresh coffee ready to go, the experience would have been much better. Hoping it was just an off day.

I saw this location had some good seating to have 10 of us as a send off. The staff was incredibly friendly, and even offered extra chairs and help move tables if needed. What We Ordered: - German Potato Salad: My cousin ordered and really liked it. I'm not a fan of German potato salad, so I didn't enjoy the flavor. I'll stick to my potato salad. - Potato Salad: Pretty decent for a potato salad, but nothing standout for me. - Meatball Sub: My cousin and his son split this, and they said it was quite large. They wished it had more sauce, but still overall a decent meatball sub. - Caesar Salad + Chicken: I couldn't snap a photo before my cousin's girlfriend and his daughter tore into this. They seemed very pleased with the salad and at a glance, it looked pretty delicious. - Philly Cheesesteak: My dad said it was very good and ate the whole thing! - Roasted Veggie Wrap: My mom said it was nice, and veggies are refreshing on a hot summer day. It was wrapped well, and enjoyed the umami of the mushrooms and balsamic glaze. - Pastrami Reuben: I loved this sandwich! The pastrami was delicious, and I'm excited to have leftovers which is saying something. I'm not usually one to look forward to leftovers. - Turkey & Swiss Wrap: My auntie throughly enjoyed this, and said it was the perfect last meal in America before heading back to England. - Chef Salad: My auntie and I split this to have a bit of veg. Lovely salad with lots of ingredients that complimented each other well. - The American (Reuben-style): My cousin really enjoyed this sandwich and said it was quite large. Next time, she could easily split with me or her fiancée. - Cuban: My cousin's fiancée ordered this and said it's the best Cuban sandwich he's ever had! Quite high remarks.
