The staff was very friendly and pointed me in the right direction for recs, and I ended up selecting a hot guava latte with almond milk and a couple of alfajores. The latte wasn't too sweet yet still had a pleasant guava aftertaste, and the alfajores were the perfect treat to go alongside my coffee. I'll definitely be back!

The waitress took her order and ultimately served my mom not 1 but 2 entrees. My mom did not tell her the order was wrong but how could anyone not think that they might have misunderstood what my mother was ordering. To pay her bill (which was not itemized), she was told to go to the register to pay. My mother is almost 95 and uses a walker - why did the server not offer to take her payment to the counter? However, when my mom got to make payment, she asked for an itemized receipt which the cashier then started verbally telling my mom what she was being charged for and said OH- if you pay by credit card there is an additional fee. My mother called me shortly after she got home and said it was the worst billing experience she has ever had and will never go back. Please look at your total customer experience (including billing) and review with staff about how to be mindful when serving elderly customers. It is likely that it will be harder for them to hear, see, and move quickly - treat our seniors with grace and kindness. Thank you.

There is a sweet Zero tea but it's sweetened with Erythritol which upsets our tummies. The guy at the register was SO FRIENDLY. He thought he recognized me but it was my first time.
