Jeremiah and his team diagnosed the issue, cleared the codes, and let me know that my water pump was on its last legs. They advised me to closely monitor my temperature gauge and strongly consider replacing it sooner rather than later. The check engine light stayed off until I was just 10 miles away from my smog testing appointment. Rather than miss the appointment, I went in and explained that I likely wouldn't pass. I called Walnut Creek Auto Pros, scheduled an appointment to replace the water pump, and asked them to check the EVAP codes as well. After the repairs were completed, I returned to the smog station and passed without issue. Even though they're 35 miles from my home, Walnut Creek Auto Pros is the only shop I trust to work on my truck.

I had a coolant leak on my BMW (2021 330i). Dealer quoted me $1800 before taxes. European Werkstratt was around $1700 after all taxes and fees. Orhan told me why my BMW had these issues and also gave me an estimate before I dropped it off in the shop. It did take longer than I expected because they had to order a part from BMW Napa. Even without the loaner, I prefer their expertise and they make sure I get the best deal. They've talked me out of services the dealer suggested and fixed my seat belt sensor after I accidentally spilled water on my passenger front seat. My car was under certified pre-owned warranty when I brought it in. This is how much faith I have in them. Again, as a woman I was afraid I would be up-charged due to not knowing about my car. But not the case here. I have more knowledge on my car and we joke that BMW means "broken more than working" at times.

Recently I convinced my boyfriend to take his Honda Pilot in that was having issues with the speed sensor on the transmission. Another shop he took it to tried to scam him and make him pay thousands for a new transmission instead of being honest about the issue being the speed sensor. I convinced him to give Andy a call and let him know about the speed sensor diagnosis. We organized a time to have the car towed in, they were able to take a look at the car and fix it in less than 24 hours! I decided to give the shop another chance a few weeks ago, but in hindsight, I was mistaken to be swayed by the low prices. I requested a diagnostic, but instead of a thorough evaluation, I was referred to the dealership. The dealership conducted their own diagnostics--adding to my expenses--and ultimately repaired the issue, which the shop had initially suggested replacing entirely, without exploring alternative solutions. While this shop may appear cost-effective, I've learned that cheaper isn't always better. Sometimes, the lower upfront cost ends up being more expensive in the long run. Never going Back Again.
