Justin, Lori and their crew just took care of a major suspension problem on our 2006 Acura MDX, as a result of hitting too many potholes on our roads for the last 18 years. They replaced the front strut assembly and the rear shocks and performed a wheel alignment at a very reasonable price within a day of dropping the car to their shop. Laurie (Justin's lovely wife) checked me in and I trotted over to the conveniently located bagel cafe right behind the auto shop. Less than an hour later, with a belly full of warm bagel & cream cheese, I was back on the road, exactly as Justin estimated when he booked the appointment for me a week ago. I highly recommend getting your car inspected and worked on at this shop. Honest, Friendly and straight to the point and they do not charge you for something that was never needing to be replaced. I have never had to take any of my cars back and forth for being missed Diagnosed. They could have easily cheated me like many others have. I know nothing about cars and I rely on an expert. In all my years this is the 1st place I am confident about. sucks to have to spend any money on repairs:( but at least they are honest and do great work. a little extra bonus is they take time out to explain and treat you with care, many place don't listen to a persons concerns. Took vehicle to this mechanic because it would not start intermittently and brake pedal hard to press! After being told what was wrong with automobile we agreed to have car fixed. We payed $365.00 and took it home. We are still having the same issues with intermittent starting of vehicle and hard to press brake, so basically vehicle with same problem as when we brought it in. When Justin notified, he said there were multiple issues, however, this is the first time we heard this and if so, should have been disclosed prior to us agreeing to have vehicle repaired. Also, the owner, Justin became very defensive and unprofessional when questioned about repairs. My wife and I would not recommend this business!!!!! read more

We have taken our fleet of cars to a different mechanic for years, but chose to visit Justin's Auto Care for the first time after a friend recommend them. We took our Land Rover to them with an alternator issue. We dropped our car off at 8:30am, and it was complete by 1:30pm. Justin was super nice and Lori (or Laurie) was amazing. Friendly, relational, and kind. I told my wife I felt like we had known them for years even though we only chatted for a few minutes. Let's be honest, nobody likes to take their cars to a mechanic because it often means you will be unexpectedly shelling out a lot of money and get taken advantage of. Our alternator fix wasn't cheap, but I never questioned their honestly and integrity, like I have with many other mechanics. I have driven past this place at least 1,000 times, not even knowing they existed, but I plan to take all our cars to them in the future. read more

I needed some leaks repaired and the air conditioning fixed in my old Jaguar. Bringing it to the dealer isn't worth it as they are very expensive and the car is old enough to easily pay for a repair that cost more then the car. Justin checked out the car and showed me all the leaks. Oil coolant radiator oh boy. He said he could fix it all and felt he could fix the AC as well. I scheduled the repair with Laurie his Wife and brought the car in as scheduled. Justin called me to tell me what he found and how he fixed everything. He had to get one more part and finish the repairs the next day. Everything is working great with no leaks. Dealing with Justin and his Wife was like hanging out with friends. Great service. I found myself in quite a predicament today. Fortunately, Justin's Auto Care (JAC) was a mile away. I limped there on a flat. See, I got new wheels recently and did not realize I needed a pinwheel socket. Changing a flat is about as quick and easy as getting dressed in the morning. Well, as luck would have it, the new wheels also came with a spacer. What?? And one of the lug nuts decided to lock on the stud. Again, I was very fortunate that the guys at JAC were more than happy and willing to help me. If I didn't already have a regular mechanic, JAC's would be my spot. Friendly guys, welcoming atmosphere, ready to lend a hand. I had no appointment and they were quite busy. Cars up on the racks, several more outside the garage. If you're not looking for the place, you'll miss. Located on the backside of the Valero gas station, this garage is conveniently located. Spent a couple hundred bucks to change my battery when the problem was never battery related. Save your money, go to a dealership service.

Needed an oil change but also had a strange noise coming from under the hood. I had typically used a local Toyota dealership for service but their diagnosis of the issue was suspicious so I postponed the repair. Justin and Lori were super helpful. Justin diagnosed the problem and his diagnosis was much less expensive and solved the issue. I will use JAC for all my car and truck service from now on! read more
