Part of Heavenly Hawaiian, and worth a stop every time we come here. Their flavored cold brews stand out to me as perfectly sweetened but with the coffee flavor still shining through. Their prices are reasonable as-is but we got an even better deal on National Coffee Day. The staff at the coffee shop and the entire farm are all incredibly wonderful.

AMAZING coffee and they have freshly baked bagels that are melt in your mouth delicious! For a little coffee bar, they have so many options to choose from. They offer not just the best coffee in Kona, but also tea, lemonade, and handcrafted Italian sodas. My favorite drink is their pour over Silk Medium. They also have a special menu for each month and one of the items was this refreshing Li Hing Mui Lilikoi Lemonade (try saying that three times fast). Connor, their bar manager, was so awesome and answered all my coffee questions. If you are looking for the best place for your morning pick me up, visit Konalani at Heavenly Hawaiian farms. P.S. The views are also amazing! Who wouldn't want their brews to go with their views?

Absolute fantastic. If you love coffee you'll love this place! Not only are all their drinks amazing, the view are spectacular! Also a very friendly staff who is eager to answer any questions you have. AND there's lots of cats roaming around that are very very friendly. The drive up is a little narrow so be cautious but this place is worth any endeavor! 10 out of 10

I think the crepe may have been made with buckwheat as it was darker in color and had a rich taste. All savory crepes come with cheese which doesn't work for me so they put that on the side for hubby to have. Definitely recommend this cafe. They are busy and everything is made to order so be patient if you come at the lunch hour.

I walked in and was completely ignored though there were two people behind the counter and only one person in line ahead of me. I waited patiently, feeling like this was a test. Locals know you go slow and be patient and you get good service. Aloha only. As friendly as I could possibly be, I asked for drip coffee of which there was only the dregs left in the pot, but enough to fill my cup. I was okay with that and paid, about $4.20 before tip... then found my cup (16oz) was only half full. I said thank you cheerfully and left, thinking they'll just pour the rest of that pot down the drain. The food looks good if a little expensive, but I'll never go back there. There's other places where the service can really suck but the food is ono and the price is good, like L&L. You can get a meal there for less than $10. I can deal with poor service, but poor service and high prices... nah bro.

Great Kona coffee in a wonderful casual atmosphere!…read more I had to meet up/interview a potential Big Island candidate in Kailua-Kona and I was basically looking for a casual place where I could meet, enjoy a drink, and have a little bit of conversation. Kona Coffee & Tea was the place of choice here in Kailua-Kona. Located at the Kona Coast Shopping Center, you can find this little coffee shop just next door from KFC. The coffee shop is easy to find, as other business surrounding this business is the KTA Superstore, Hele Gas Station, HFS Federal Credit Union, O'Reilly Auto Parts, as well as many numerous eateries. It was late in the afternoon, so I basically came here for some drinks. I had to try their Kona Coffee, and I must say it did not disappoint! The coffee shop has indoor, as well as covered outdoor seating. The shop does sell some food items, but I did not partake or looked at what they had to offer. There was also coffee shop merchandise, but I did not have time to take a look at what they had to offer. Overall, as great coffee shop and if I'm in the area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by for their wonderful coffee.

Unless you're a coffee connoisseur, you may want to skip the pour over for something a bit less special to save yourself a few dollars. The coffee was fine, but my unrefined palette was not able to fully appreciate the cup of brew. In terms of atmosphere, Kona Coffee & Tea has plenty of seating outdoors around the porch and a few high tables indoor, where they have AC blasting at full strength. They have free Wi-Fi available as well, so I saw a lot of people posting up on their laptops. Parking is plentiful and easy to find since this coffee spot is located in a strip mall. If you have a discerning palette for the subtle flavors that show up in different coffee beans, you will definitely want to stop by for a cup.

An Exceptional Coffee Farm Experience…read more I had the opportunity to tour Heavenly Hawaiian Coffee Farm, and I can't recommend it enough. A big part of what made the visit so memorable was our guide, Rick. From the moment the tour began, it was clear that Rick has a genuine passion for Kona coffee and the history behind it. He walked us through every step of the process--from growing and harvesting the coffee cherries to processing, roasting, and tasting--with a depth of knowledge that made the experience both educational and enjoyable. What I appreciated most was his ability to explain complex topics in a way that was easy to understand, whether you're a first-time visitor or a serious coffee enthusiast. He was patient, engaging, answered every question thoroughly, and shared fascinating stories about the Kona coffee industry and the farm itself. The property is beautiful, the views are spectacular, and the coffee speaks for itself. But it's people like Rick who make the experience truly unforgettable. If you're visiting the Big Island, I highly recommend taking the tour--and if you're fortunate enough to have Rick as your guide, you're in for a real treat. Mahalo, Rick, for sharing your knowledge, your enthusiasm, and your aloha. I left with an even greater appreciation for 100% Kona coffee and the incredible work that goes into every cup.

It was a wonderful experience where they showed you the whole process of making coffee from picking the coffee bean and ready for sale. Also got to try all different kinds of coffee, which was the best part! There is also a gift shop where of course had to buy coffee. The tour guide Ben was very knowledgeable and friendly and just awesome!
