Love Konbini Club! The Eggplant Sando and Katsu Sando are my go-to sandwiches. Everything is fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The owners are super friendly too. Definitely stop by if you're at the Cupertino Farmers' market!

Unique food truck in Bay Area! This isn't just a food joint but it's an experience!…read more Vegetarian reviewer: To start with, I am not usually a big fan of too many eggs on my plate, but I thoroughly enjoyed their innovative creations. They have interesting dishes with paneer and chicken as well. We ordered two dishes- Leela lasun keema - This dish was intriguing, with cheese, grated egg, and a rich, spicy gravy. The portion size was generous; a single person won't be able to finish it with just three breads. It was very filling, we took back home the leftover and enjoyed it later with some rotis. They have another version of this- "kachu" with runny eggs instead of grated eggs.. well thought option! Volcano egg biryani- The dish is as interesting as its name suggests. The base is an omelette, and the rice is flavorful with bell peppers, finely chopped veggies, and aromatic spices. The center is with a tomato-based curry. The cheese on the side was amazing, and I loved it. The spicy guava drink is super refreshing with a playful mix of spice, salt, sourness, and the sweetness of guava. I really enjoyed it! They have music playing and the place is lit, creating a total vibe for spending time in the evening on a lazy weekend/ after work, or post-workout. The food is pure indulgence and covered our protein requirements with eggs, along with some fat to burn off. Kinda guilt free. Also, they have games, garba events and other many interesting things going on at different times. Superb vibes, never disappoints! Conveniently located in Sunnyvale - easy to find parking. Ask the owners for their recommendations based on your preferences. They are very nice to talk to and are super passionate about this truck, having brought something they loved from New York to the Bay Area.

Since I wasn't sure how good it would be, I played it safe and ordered just one carnitas burrito to bring home and share with my husband. After placing my order, I walked next door to 7-Eleven to grab a Big Gulp. By the time I came back out, my burrito was ready. The burrito was generously sized--more than enough for the two of us to share. The carnitas were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The meat was well-seasoned without being overly salty, and the rice, beans, salsa, and fresh toppings all came together beautifully. Every bite was hearty, satisfying, and tasted freshly made. My husband and I both loved it, and we'll definitely be back to try more of their menu.

The meat on my tacos was amazing, generous portions, and packed with flavor. On top of that, it's cheaper than most taco spots in the area. Highly recommend if you're craving authentic, well-priced tacos. Their al pastor is amazing! Also the grilled pearl onions is something I have never had elsewhere. Ambiance is non existent but great for take away. Definitely a repeat for me. Three tacos and a drink was $13.

My favorite taco truck in West San Jose is hands down Tacos Santiaguito…read more I have been sending taco fiends here for about a decade now. Located right off of N Saratoga ave, between hwy280 and Stevens Creek blvd, on the east aide of the street. You will find this gem in the evenings. This place has all the meats that a down foo was raised on, but my go to is always the Al Pastor! Perfectly marinated, huge portions, and even with the pineapple and sautéed onions deliver an amazing plate experience. Now what puts these guys a league above! You get to put your own choice of up to 3 different salsa's. Green and flavorful, orange habanero heat, or spicy red pepper goodness. Ample extras of radish, jalapeño, or onions and habanero slices for the folks who just have guts of steel. This place has such a following, there have been times when I was 10 people deep waiting in line to order. They are quick, yet always tasty. Give your tastebuds a treat!

(Roughly under $4 per taco, I had a slightly lower price at night) Tacos Santiaguito is conveniently located in a huge parking lot off Saratoga Ave and Stevens Creek Blvd. During the day around noon, there's a different truck parked here that I personally prefer. I first stopped by a few weeks ago and ordered the cabeza, lengua, and tripa. The lengua was tough, the cabeza was decent, and the tripa was bland. I went home ready to type up a review, but after reading that they're better known for their al pastor, asada, and campechanos, I decided to hold off and give them the benefit of the doubt with a second visit. Stopped by again tonight, and unfortunately, they're consistently average at best. The workers looked like they didn't really want to be there on either visit, they're pretty skimpy with a strict two-sauce-cup maximum, and none of the meats really stood out. Out of the six tacos I've tried here, the cabeza and al pastor were the best. However, the bar is pretty low. It's a textbook 3/5, wouldn't make a special trip out.
