First, I thought to myself I wouldn't be able to be in a tank. Fortunately, it was an open space. The smell of Epson salt is strong, but I got use to it and it wasn't overpowering. With the ear plugs in, I could hear the traffic faintly. But the rest of my body was jello in the best possible way. It's an hour long of float and the time passes by so fast. I love the option they have for light (low blue light) in case complete darkness is a problem. I used it once to ground myself. Lastly, the water fountain shower after with tee tree and eucalyptus wash shampoo/conditioners and lotions provided at the end wrap up the whole experience. I was just as happy to sit in a bit of traffic body relaxed and mindful. Look forward to returning! Thank you!

They do not accept no fault insurance but they were able to provide information I needed to provide to my insurance for reimbursement With that being said, I did a 45 minute first time massage with Cole and he was very good at what he does. He found spots that I didn't even know were there and helped me release a ton of tension in my right shoulder, which has been bothering me due to my accident. Masseuse brought dog in room, asked me to go golfing with him- INAPPROPRIATE, constantly tried to make conversation during massage, inquired about my personal life- even attempting to text me a "what's up" on the weekend (after I never went back and gave up my sessions, which I immediately blocked the message because that's not ok), and did not pick up on cues that I was uncomfortable. Never should I feel uncomfortable if it's a truly professional place. Go somewhere else if you want a peaceful respectable massage. My skin crawls that I even went for as long as I did and I hope to save someone else the trouble. Not saying the guy was a bad person, but needs to go back to school to learn professionalism.
