He took the insurance company's estimate, thoroughly went through the car, found other items that needed to be placed, not repaired, scrutinized the used parts the insurance company insisted on using for any issues. I ended up hitting a bollard on my passenger side of my Tacoma. I was devastated. Caliber said it would take at least a month to repair. I did some quick Googling and found this gem which was down the street from my brothers house. David and his team at In-N-Out Collisions services had me in and out in less than half the time, plus he offered me a great deal on some fading that was occurring on front passenger side quarter panel and the passenger side door. I will not suggest this company in any way. David quoted my daughter's a price to paint the fender and bumper beforehand, and another conversation revealed the same amount when we went to drop off the parts. David called my daughter after we left to let her know that the bumper would require additional refinement (he did not think about that before?), which would increase the cost. Naturally, my daughter was surprised telling him that they didn't agree that. We discussed a price she said, by message/call and when we dropped off the part remained the same, which David or "Dave" responded, "Well, if you don't like, come and take the parts and go somewhere else," right away. Additionally, he stated, "This is America, not Puerto Rico." I stepped in at this point and questioned, "Are you being racist?" How can you said that, I'm not even from Puerto Rico and he replied well from Mexico or wherever you are. He said I am not being racist CABRONA I'm from Mexico. I asked for respect after that terrible situation and hanged the call and of course I went back for the parts. He should I gave us an estimate and then give us a final price when we were there. Maybe is a strategy. Very dissatisfied with David's customer service and untrustworthy company. No recomendaría esta empresa de ninguna manera. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A ZERO BUT ITS NOT AN OPTION I took my 2020 mustang to get some body work done. Worst service that I have ever gotten at a body shop. David made me feel comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands but man was that far from the truth. I was originally told it would take 2 weeks and it got bummed up to a month because he didn't have an technicians to work on it, then it got delayed even longer due to parts, I had to wait a total of 2 and a half months .The week I was supposed to pick my car up I go down to the shop to find that my whole windshield had be shattered due to a lack of experience and quite frankly conmen sense. These numb nuts didn't have the hood latched which caused a greater delay. And David would on multiple occasions when confronted about the delay on my car he would just say that I have to understand and when I pressed the matter further he would get upset and hang up the phone and avoid me all together. To make matters even worse after I had gotten my car back my cars check engine light came on. I took it to Ford and had to pay $209 for them to tell me that the body shop that I had taken my car to had remounted my condenser on incorrectly which caused it to break the Turbo sensor and that it was wrapped in electrical tape MEANING THEY KNEW THAT IT WAS BROKEN AND DONE INCORRECTLY BUT WERE HOPING THAT NOTHING WOULD COME OF IT.
