The sticky ribs I would highly recommend ordering. The meat is so tender, falls off the bone, and has an amazing flavor from the sauce. The hamachi crudo was a fav of mine and a go to app at any asian fusion or sushi restaurant. It is usually served with a ponzu sauce or similar, but I love their take on it. This is the best place we ate at in Nashville and we already can't wait to come back!! Everything we had was so freakin' delicious! We were looking for places to eat and stumbled across this restaurant. Korean-fusion tapas style? Count us in! It was Valentine's Day weekend so they were fully booked all weekend, but we were fortunate enough to be able to dine at the couch. Yes, you read that right. It was such a unique dining experience. The restaurant has two couches set up in an "L" shape and a large coffee table in front of it. From the decor, lighting, the music, and even the small things like the light up ice cube in the alcoholic beverages, this place was such a vibe. We ordered the crispy rice and tuna, k-pop chicken, gochujang gnocchi, kimchi bacon risotto, gochujang mole, kalbi steak, and basque cheesecake. Oh, brother... all of the dishes were a 5/5. Kalbi steak was sliced thin and each piece was super tender and covered in a sweet sauce. My wife doesn't eat much steak and she absolutely loved this one. This will be the dish I will always be craving. The k-pop chicken was insanely good as well. It was crunchy and coated in a sweet & spicy sauce. It's like bb.q chicken but better! I also want to highlight the crispy rice and tuna appetizer.. the rice has a different texture from any wherever else I've had this dish and you can see that in the picture I uploaded. Most places just give you a small scoop of tuna, but not here. I had way more tuna than rice so that made the meal an ever bigger bang for my buck. All the other dishes we had were all delicious and we would everything all over again if we could! I also want to give a shout out to the service. Our server was sweet and attentive. The restaurant was fully packed yet we never felt neglected. This is also in part to the owner. He was running all around the restaurant helping out where he could and just making sure the guests had an enjoyable experience.
