Immediately after, moisture entered the watch, and the buttons stopped working. I drove back, and they refused to take responsibility. Moisture had already entered the watch so I asked them to at least cash me out for the G Shock (which was only a few years old and water proof to 200m, I'll remind you). Ali refused, wouldn't give me a refund for the battery replacement, and wouldn't replace my watch, even though they did not make sure the watch was sealed properly. He claimed it was wear and tear, and that it was my fault and he doesn't take responsibility. NEVER trust them with your more expensive jewelry, considering this is how they treat cheap $100 G Shocks.

I was really happy with my service and how I was treated by all of the staff in the store. They have a lot of very beautiful pieces and I hope one day to get a cross necklace or a ring from them. When I asked about it, I was told it was normal. A few months later, I lost a diamond from the band where one of those thin prongs was. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Fast Fix. Tony was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to explain exactly what my ring needed and how he would repair it. He took amazing care of it, and now it looks brand new!
